The purchasing process was smooth and without any problems. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I did not run in to any problems until after closing. Do not accept verbal promises to correct things after closing. Get everything in writing about what will be done!

Lennar did not fix items before our closing as promised. Much of the blue tape was removed even though the issues had not been resolved. Items are slowly being addressed via warranty tickets weeks later.

My only issue is the quality of the workmanship in certain trades. Most of what is discovered after move in, can be easily caught. Light fixtures off center, chipped tiles, etc. Lennar does stand behind their product. It becomes time consuming after completion.

Terrible Lennar financing experience, but love my new neighborhood and still have many issues with the house that has not been addressed.

It was very stressful. They approved me for a loan. I payed 30% down payment and after that they told me that I am not approved and I needed to pay off my car. That was not the plan in first place. I had to spend all my money before I made this big purchase. I don’t want to see any email from Lennar ever again.

Disappointed… easy to get in. Sales and mortgage groups were great. What promised was not what I was given. Now fence blown down and it seems they are taking their time to repair. We live on main road and it is super loud and cars have access to our back door. Very scary.

Best buying experience I had. All the teams at Lennar are thorough & caring. Couldn't find better choice for the price, service & quality that Lennar provides. So satisfied with my home purchase

I don’t know. There are more restrictions on what we can do with our house yard. I want to make it mine not look like other houses. The salesman told us we could do that and it wasn’t until later we found out we couldn’t. It’s taking a long time to get the clubhouse finished.

We have had a good experience with Lennar thus far. From the purchase to the title and financing things have gone very smoothly. There are a few minor things that need to be fixed, but their follow on group has been very responsive. Overall, we are very pleased with the value for the money. I would recommend Lennar.

Don't be rushed during the final walk thru, take your time to notice things that need to be corrected, if not it's harder to fix after the fact, they like to over book the number if walk thru's and rush through it.

My wife visited the community and found a property being built, but not under contract. The process took about 2-3 months to get from signed contract to close. There were a few hiccups along the way as to be expected, but Lennar was able to deliver without much delay.

In February, we purchased a new home from Lennar in the gated community of Lorraine Lakes in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The home was already under construction so we were able to see the lot and the progress made to date. We chose the Richmond plan (2,724 sq ft) as it is has a great layout with 4 bedrooms plus den. We elected to add a pool with an extended deck. We closed on the home in July. It was a very simple buying experience, with all documents being signed electronically. Even closing was done remotely by signing documents electronically. Our new home is beautiful. There was a short punch list of post closing deficiencies. We posted our list to the My Lennar portal. Within just a couple days, contractors made appointments to come and correct the deficiencies. All were minor items. We were very impressed with the speed and responsiveness of the Lennar after sale service team and their contractors. We have eaten at the Town Center dining room five times since closing. The menu and service are excellent. It is a great place to go when we just want to have a bite to eat for dinner without cooking. And while we have a pool in our own backyard, we went to the Town Center pool one sunny Saturday afternoon to enjoy the more lively pool experience with all of our neighbors. ... More

Poor from the moment we closed So many issues. Such poor finishing. Such a slow unprofessional service getting the house as it should have been. Even untidy, broken tiles everywhere, pool green etc etc Couldn’t have been worse

Our overall experience was going smoothly until our closing day. Lennar did not have keys to our own home and wanted us to sign off on the walk thru. It took over 2 hours to get our keys. We were diligent in our walk thru with the Lennar rep prior to closing. Point out defects that need to be fixed. 2 days before closing they still had not completed all of the issues. We hired our own home inspector which I highly recommend. Lennar’s warranty claim process is a joke. We have a one year warranty to report any issues. We filed a claim for the Ring Doorbell. This was a joke. The home warranty rep was of no help. We had to have the electrician come to check the wiring. The wiring was perfect. Then we had to contact Ring. Lennar did not tell us to call their dedicated Ring account. After several hours in the phone with Ring we were shipped a new unit. Ring gave us a free code to redeem installation after the new unit was received. The tech came out and installed the new doorbell and we were finally up and running with our doorbell security cam. This took us over 6 weeks to get resolved with no assistance from Lennar. Our second issue was with the pavers. We did not catch at inspection that about 12 or so are not exactly the same color. I am not sure if the ran out of pavers when installing ours and used some they already had or what. When they are wet you do not notice the mismatch as much. However when dry it is obvious. Filed a warranty claim again. The rep they have for warranty claims is a very. Rude and angry individual. He does not care about your issue. He told us we should have caught this at walk thru and it was not covered under warranty. I r Requested the page number from the warranty that states this. He then started being aggressive to the point we just had to ignore him. It seems from our point of view that the quality control at Lennar is minimal. We understand that been new builds will have flaws. However, when you have a one year home warranty from the builder it should not be a challenge to get it resolved. We do love our home and we have met some wonderful neighbors. Please make sure you check every nook and cranny at your walk hour and hire a third party unbiased home inspector. Everything was ok until we signed the paperwork and then all the all the Promises we were told would be fixed or resolved we are still waiting to be fix! We never got our box of tile we were told would be in our garage and that our lawn to be fixed! We still don’t have grass in our yard after living here two months! I will never buy another house from Lennar and I will be telling everyone about the poor customer service and empty promises we were told would be handled!!

I can honestly say our experience has been great from beginning to end. On closing day, the house was in great shape. Of course minor issues arised after being in the house but every time we have needed to request service they have been addressed quickly. All the Lennar staff in the neighborhood are great to work with and they truly want to make you happy. Of course there are those that can never be happy. That has not been our case. I would not hesitate to buy from Lennar again.

First time building with a track builder. Our sales agent, Sean, went above and beyond. He was very communicative with us throughout the building process. There were some structural issues found by the independent inspector we hired and they were corrected at the pre drywall Phase. We also had a real estate agent, Christina, represent our interest during the 6 month build. She kept us well informed on the construction progress. We would highly recommend hiring an independent home inspector. We feel our home is well built and Lennar’s “everything included” saved us money. Selection of house and the building process went smoothly until it was to close. During our walkthrough, inspections were not complete, house was not cleaned at all, some items were not completed, final trim paint was not finished. We did our walk through and made list of items that needed to be fixed or finished. We were told it all would be completed by the closing date. On the morning of closing, many items were still not complete and the final inspection was not completed. So we could not close. We had our U-Haul truck loaded and had to wait until late afternoon before we had final inspection for occupancy. However there were some items not complete yet and we were told that they would get done. So we close on the house and were able to move in that evening. But we still have items not completed. The experience has been great. My wife and I don't have any complaints. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed after we moved in and they were fixed immediately.

Salesman was great but workmanship of homes are a mess, no quality control . Worst builder i have dealt with. I have purchased Lennar and other builders but this process was horrible

Their selling price is very competitive. Construction and warranty managers are responsible and willing to help resolving issues. Their communities usually provide a lot of amenities.

All ok. The Frig makes a lot of noise .
