The quality of the workmanship and materials is wanting.

Salesman was great but workmanship of homes are a mess, no quality control . Worst builder i have dealt with. I have purchased Lennar and other builders but this process was horrible

Overall pretty good experience. Fairly responsive to small issues. The only negative is that it was super late after the sale process that I was advised that the extended lanai was no longer offered. Was a big selling point for us.

In my opinion for the price point people are paying for these homes there should be much nicer products being put into them. I also think the buyer should be given more options to pick what products are in the home they are buying.

Our overall experience was going smoothly until our closing day. Lennar did not have keys to our own home and wanted us to sign off on the walk thru. It took over 2 hours to get our keys. We were diligent in our walk thru with the Lennar rep prior to closing. Point out defects that need to be fixed. 2 days before closing they still had not completed all of the issues. We hired our own home inspector which I highly recommend. Lennar’s warranty claim process is a joke. We have a one year warranty to report any issues. We filed a claim for the Ring Doorbell. This was a joke. The home warranty rep was of no help. We had to have the electrician come to check the wiring. The wiring was perfect. Then we had to contact Ring. Lennar did not tell us to call their dedicated Ring account. After several hours in the phone with Ring we were shipped a new unit. Ring gave us a free code to redeem installation after the new unit was received. The tech came out and installed the new doorbell and we were finally up and running with our doorbell security cam. This took us over 6 weeks to get resolved with no assistance from Lennar. Our second issue was with the pavers. We did not catch at inspection that about 12 or so are not exactly the same color. I am not sure if the ran out of pavers when installing ours and used some they already had or what. When they are wet you do not notice the mismatch as much. However when dry it is obvious. Filed a warranty claim again. The rep they have for warranty claims is a very. Rude and angry individual. He does not care about your issue. He told us we should have caught this at walk thru and it was not covered under warranty. I r Requested the page number from the warranty that states this. He then started being aggressive to the point we just had to ignore him. It seems from our point of view that the quality control at Lennar is minimal. We understand that been new builds will have flaws. However, when you have a one year home warranty from the builder it should not be a challenge to get it resolved. We do love our home and we have met some wonderful neighbors. Please make sure you check every nook and cranny at your walk hour and hire a third party unbiased home inspector. Still waiting on resolution of many issues with the builder. Electrical, appliances, painting and gutters need to be addressed.

sales personnel are great. construction management is horrible

They did not meet move in dates. Walk thrus we’re a waste of time as nothing was completed. Now that we are here we sent in a list of repairs two weeks ago and have not heard from them. Not sure what the procedure is but two weeks and more is unacceptable. Joey in sales was very nice and did a great job. Waiting till all is done and we can start to enjoy our home.

Nice layout however finishes are low end and workmanship was marginal

I always liked Lennar, but I see now the poor workmanship that we as new owner have to go through because the sub contractor get away with poor work standards. I have to submit warranty work for basic construction work example kitchen cabinets not leveled properly, rain gutters pitch towards the house and not to the down spout, paint on window frames and screens. MY BRAND NEW TUB big chunk missing and scratches because the subcontractors had cement all over the tub during construction with no protection. FYI I can only pray they taped all of the joints especially in the showers corners.. Lennar big message to you time to hold subcontractor responsible for doing poor work, charge them for all of the work and if you want to meet with me (I’m talking to the CEO and big bosses) Please contact me so i can show you what’s happening in the field. BTW my cabinets are schedule to be repaired in late August (I bought the house late February) and my tub repair is scheduled for August 1,2023. For half $1 million Dollars, the home wiring is all messed up. I’m trying to get it completed.

Overall a great sales experience. After we purchased, warranty issue after issue. The roof had 15 cracks from poor workmanship.....still no warranty resolution. Many neighbors shared the same experience with the roof.

The construction manager for this development either doesn’t know what he’s doing or he doesn’t care!! We have caught him in falsehoods (many). We had are home inspected and the multiple things that were bad were not addressed (yet) and we were told that they were amazingly well had our inspector take a second look and it wasn’t addressed on our home and sadly the construction manager still has a job. I would say it’s a fluke but we purchased a villa in this same neighborhood and same experience with the same construction manager

I am pleased with the quality of the home for the price I paid. I have had a few issues and they have been quick to respond. However, Lennar mortgage and Lennar title were awful! Mortgage company messed up loan, blamed me, threatened me and delayed closing. Cost me extra to close. The title company did not send the homeowner's insurance payment (which I paid to them in closing) to the insurance company for over a month. I had to pay the insurance company and wait for them to receive payment before I got reimbursed.

It was very nice having such a simple process to purchase a new home, but with no sales center at our community. Our conversation with the sales rep was short and to the point with many details missing. Also, the contract we signed in Docusign was missing the upgrades package for our home. We were also given zero information about our HOA from the sales agent. Gratefully, we had a good mortgage officer and construction manager. Because the did all the heavy lifting in make sure our process was smooth. The closing office forgot to reschedule us or keep us updated on the delays of our home. The construction manager Rob did that for us. The closing officer also didn't let us handle the tape during our walk through. She forced us to tell her what to tape. We ended up buying our own tape and walking through an hour after the initial walkthrough was done. Have contractors take their time and put out a better finished product

We really didn't feel like Lennar cared about our needs during the closing process. It was all about the close on the date they chose. No flexibility at all.

Our house was good and our salesperson was great. They responded to our needs but we found two things wrong after closing that we missed in walkthrough and we were told by warranty people they don't fix those under warranty. I think that was awful and you would want to make your new people happy. I voiced my displeasure with the warranty people.

Attempting to obtain a mortgage for the property was torture. I finally paid cash just to get it over and done with.

Bought a home that was already being built. Got a good interest rate through Lennar Mortgage and felt like we got the house at a very reasonable price. Only complaint was that they didn’t include glass front doors like the pictures and all the other homes in the community.

Our overall experience was good. Our sales representative Jessica was awesome!

Lennar’s selling process was well organized and pretty painless. Their online portal is great. While our house was delayed by 6 months that’s not entirely their fault. Charging US for 5 days of delay while we completed our home appraisal process after waiting 6 months for Lennar seems a bit unfair, regardless of the clause on the contract. Real disappointment was the quality of workmanship in paint, cabinets…pretty low-end.
