The overall buying experience was ok. There was a lack of communication and I felt like I was forgotten a lot. I was given an ultimatum and almost lost the house due to lack or organization on the sales person. I would recommend having a realtor working with you so you have a better experience.

We had an overall positive experience with Lennar. The only constructive criticism is that in an effort for the mortgage application process completely online, the personal feeling is lost. Sometimes, it is nice to have a point of contact who will talk to you instead of trying to do everything by email. Especially for older clients. I am 57 and still working with technology being a part of my current career in teaching. There were times when I just wanted to hear a human voice to assure me that I was doing the right thing, that papers had been received, etc., and I felt as if I was bothering my point of contact. So for those of us who prefer human contact over AI or online services, it should always be an option, and clients should not feel as if they are taking up someone's valuable time by having a conversation. The thing that really bothers me is when I moved into my home and then realized there were zero toilet paper holders in 2 1/2 bathrooms. No towel holders and the main bedroom bathroom had no drawers but the guest bath did. Where do I put the things unless I buy them myself. The floor from main room connecting to carpet into bedrooms had nothing to keep carpet from fraying. I call that cheap. You pay more for a home but get less!'

My home is of the best quality. Any issues have been dealt with timely attention.

We wanted to give more stars, but the overall experience, from lending being disorganized, to having to get the insulation redone, was stressful. Difficult to get minor issues resolved after move in. Construction manager keeps promising to stop by and then we never hear from him. Lumps in carpet in the entire home, missing carpet borders, outlets that don't work, weird scratch marks in sink.. We owned a home from another builder, and the quality is distinctly different. We already changed out all of the kitchen appliances, and the washer/dryer. The originals didn't match in the kitchen, and were of very poor quality. Everyone at Lennar is nice and seems helpful, but we can't seem to resolve minor issues, without engaging in endless follow up. It's tiring. We have a family and a business to run. Sales process was slightly disorganized through Closing and the underwriting process was clumsy and lacked communication. However, the end result was positive.

Over all is good experience so far as we just moved in. Hopefully it would stay the same way.

The people who helped us were amazing and with us every step of the way!!! We love our new house!!!

While the experience was very easy and life-changing the quality of the home is mediocre .

My originator Procesor and title company were on point. I got all the updates in a timely fashion. I've been in the Mortgage industry for 22 years myself so I understand all the things around the customer service when it comes to Mortgage banking services and I can tell you, Leonard did not disappoint!

The management staff at the clubhouse is absolutely wonderful and very responsive to our needs. Lennar did not put any gutters on the villas nor did they put any towel bars in the half baths or master near sinks.

We were ***** to about what our homes city and ZIP Code would be. The city was a big part of why we even chose to buy this house in this area and literally the week of closing we were told we would be in a different city with higher taxes and a different ZIP Code that would lower resale value. The team sent a document and told us to sign it without any explanation. After reading the document we found out that the city of our home would be changed. Our carpet had large stains on it at our celebration walk-through, the were several imperfections in the wall paint, and there was trash on our lawn from the workers (still an issue)- that's how Lennar presents a home at a celebration walk-through, where's the pride? On the day of closing, there was nobody there to meet us and tell us how to set up our front door lock. We couldn't choose a lock code until the next day after reaching out to the sales team. Nobody from the sale team was at our celebration walk-through. In addition to that, the community had no trash servicer - We had to inquire with multiple companies for over a week before we found out that Lennar had NOT signed a contract with any trash servicer. We had no mailbox keys until a week after closing. We've had our house for only two months and the floor is already creeks significantly and we hear all the pipes draining from the upstairs bathrooms in the walls downstairs, very embarrassing, especially when hosting guests. Due to Lennar giving us the wrong city after we had already chose our home insurance, our premium went up at the last minute. After we closed, Lennar dropped the home prices in our community by $30,000 to combat the change in city however we did not get that benefit and we're not offered. I would not recommend Lennar to anyone whatsoever. Our first home buying experience was very sour, as a new mom I was 3 weeks postpartum and this caused postpartum depression by adding unnecessary stress to our lives. The home was officially closed on June 29. But I received home keys on July 17.

Overall was a good experience with a little frustration here and there. With more clear communication and instructions should resolve some of the frustrations.

incredibly difficult process to get into the home, during the walk through we pointed out multiple issues such as water leaks under sinks and even the ac not operating and more. the problems seemed to be addressed but after just a few months the issues re occured and had to be addressed yet again, almost as if they just slapped a band aid on the problems to get me into the house. i genuinely worry about the workmanship and build quality of this house long term. i wouldnt recommend buying a lennar home, and wish i hadnt. a lesson learned on my part.

I have bought and sold many properties throughout my life, and while every transaction can have bumps in the road, this was by far the worst home-buying experience I have ever had. Nearly every department involved dropped the ball, and the lack of communication, accountability, and basic human compassion throughout the process was honestly shocking. The biggest issue was the complete misrepresentation of our lot by Sales Associate Jennifer *****. We specifically chose this home and paid a premium price because we were told it was the largest lot in the community. Jennifer personally walked us around the property and explained that the lot extended all the way to the retaining wall on two sides. That representation turned out to be false. In reality, it is one of the smaller lots in the community. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we almost certainly would have chosen a different home. We would have saved tens of thousands of dollars and likely been able to move before the birth of our newborn baby. If Jennifer was unsure where the lot lines were, she should have said so and verified the information before making representations that directly influenced one of the biggest financial decisions our family has ever made. Communication completely broke down once the appraisal came back below the contract price. We requested that the sales price be adjusted to match the appraised value, and Jennifer asked us to send our request by email so she could discuss it with management. That was the last communication we ever received from her. From April 2 through our closing on April 21, and even after closing, our phone calls, emails, and text messages went unanswered. We were left scrambling to find anyone who could answer basic questions about the appraisal, the lot discrepancy, and eventually the last-minute closing date change. That closing date change created an absolute disaster for our family. We were originally scheduled to close on April 17 in a simultaneous closing with the sale of our existing home, which was also a Lennar home in Pearl Estates. I made this timing extremely clear from the beginning of the loan application process in November to Loan Officer Peter *****, again to Loan Processor Nickesha ***** in March, and again to Robin at Lennar Title on April 7. At no point did anyone tell us that simultaneous closings were rarely approved or would likely not happen. We only learned that after everything had already fallen apart, when Homebuyer Concierge Natalee ***** informed us. Despite internal emails apparently circulating regarding changes to our closing date, no one communicated those changes to us. In fact, on the evening of April 16, I received an email from Natalee with the subject line "Closing 4/17." It wasn't until I personally called Lennar Title on the morning we were scheduled to close and move that I was told our closing had actually been moved to April 20. The explanations that followed were equally frustrating. Departments continuously pointed fingers at one another while providing conflicting information. At one point, we were told we should have known we were not ready to close because our loan had not been approved for remote closing, despite prior written confirmation from both Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Title acknowledging that approval. To make matters worse, the revised closing date was impossible to meet because the Closing Disclosure had not been delivered in time to satisfy federal TRID requirements. I only received the Closing Disclosure after specifically requesting it because the title company handling the sale of our existing home needed a copy. Had I not requested it myself, our closing likely would have been delayed even longer. As a result, we found out on the very morning we were supposed to close and move that we legally could not close. We had to cancel movers, reschedule appliance deliveries, arrange temporary housing with a newborn baby, two dogs, and cats, and absorb significant additional expenses and stress. Because of the delays, we also lived without a refrigerator for nearly a month. Throughout this process, every department blamed another department. Lennar Mortgage blamed Lennar Title. Lennar Title blamed Sales. Homebuyer Concierge blamed everyone else, including me. Sales disappeared completely. We constantly found ourselves chasing answers, tracking down names, making phone calls, and begging for updates that should have been proactively communicated. The only people throughout this process who consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern were Sandy from the Concierge Department and Jon Peters and Shae Macpherson from Quality Assurance. While Sandy's ability to resolve issues was limited, she always answered the phone, followed up, and genuinely tried to help. Jon and Shae were equally responsive before and after closing and were a bright spot during an otherwise incredibly frustrating experience. After closing, we were also told Lennar would explore possible options regarding the adjoining parcel that we had been incorrectly told was part of our property. Unfortunately, just like so many other issues during this process, communication stopped. Our follow-up emails requesting updates have gone unanswered. Lennar had countless opportunities to demonstrate accountability, empathy, or even basic customer service throughout this process. Instead, we were largely ignored and left to manage the consequences of mistakes that were not our own. I understand Lennar is one of the largest homebuilders in the country, but that is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. We expected a well-organized process with clear communication and accountability. Instead, we experienced the opposite. Flood maps are from 2014, prior to construction of community. Was told by salesperson that home no longer in flood zone but lender requires flood insurance based on old maps. Builder should address this by submitting LOMA's.

Builder was fair with looking over things before we wer showed before final closing. When office was called we got taken care of in decent time.

They should call or respond to my emails I was told I had to wait 6 months for a *****.

More flexibility - especially regarding the timing of inspections and final walk throughs.

They didn't complete any work order's I sent in.
