Lee has been outstanding. I noticed a small window leak and related drywall damage soon after moving in. After submitting a warranty ticket, I got a call within 24 hrs, and repair scheduled within a few days. He was also quick to check in and follow up after the repair to ensure everything was done. I’m grateful for the Lennar Customer Care team!

Exemplary employees at every level

I know there are several builders here in Florida but my heart went with Lennar. I saw several homes while looking but when I saw this community and walked in my house I knew in my heat it was the one for me. The process from start to finish was unbelievable each person from Anna to my amazing loan officer Jon was by far the most professional and experienced people to work with. I don’t think you can work with a better company with no hassles they respond quickly and clarify each detail needed to get the home buying process done. No problem with my home

We went from we’re just taking a look at an open house to unexpectedly buying a new construction home. For years we had been eyeing Medley homes for when the time was right. Then we met with Joe and we went over all the incentives and before you knew it we were putting a down payment. The entire purchasing process went incredibly smooth. Everything was transparent and amazing communication from everyone involved. We used Lennar Mortgage and title and it was all seamless. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry in the past and know home buying perils. I was completely in shock at how smooth everything went as they prepared us for everything. This home buying experience was convenient and home buyer friendly

Upon house hunting, I visited a few different builders. All with different wonderful options for those wishing to become homeowners. However, Lennar stood out most from the very beginning of seeing different floor plans with Adrianne, to the loan officer Regina, to the very end when we did our celebration date (the walk thru of the home). Everyone was pleasant, helpful and always answered any question without seeming frustrated or too busy. Lennar staff made it a pleasant experience. Overall satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend and refer them to anyone.

A great buying eperience and good quality.

Each and every Lennar personnel were knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressures and they provided me with options to meet my needs and wants. Thankfully, there were a few different style homes and the staff were patient in showing me all of them that met my criteria. Actually, the home I purchased was not even on my self chosen list. After making my decision, each member from the mortgage preparation to the closing explained the steps and provided guidance. As with any home purchase, you may need some tweaks addressed. The process to request some assistance in having a service technician come look at my inquiry has also been great. They are extremely timely in their response and the issues have been resolved.
