Great work continue

Amazing experience every step of the way. The NHC was very helpful in deciding what model and what elevation. James had a great answer for every question we asked. The Construction Manager Cindy did an excellent job, and even finished ahead of schedule! Each time we have contacted Lennar for a service call, it has been easy to put in the request, and a very quick response from the trade partner. Lennar is a great company!

Like the floor plan (though "open floor plan" not for everyone). Lots of receptacles in kitchen area. Very large master bedroom.

I was very pleased with the process of buying my home at Lennar. The sales agent Carlo was very knowledgeable and provide me a good rate on my new home with Closing incentives that made me make the decision to consider buying from Lennar. The mortgage lady Melissa was very accommodating and she offered me the best rate for my loan with the terms that I wanted. The loan process was quite fast, but the approval was a little lengthy I wasn’t sure when I was going to do the walk-through and the closing. The construction manager to discuss some items that I needed them to clean up before closing, but everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I’m very satisfying and pleased with the whole process in buying my new home in Tampa, where my family members live. We purchased following a short sale process. Everything was done exactly in 28 days as they initially said. Every night we were required to submit paperwork and was very stressful. Hopefully we had personnel that was just a text away. Usually they answered very quickly. The app was easy to use and convenient to submit requested info and scanned docs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

It was a pleasant experience. Only office staff was rude but otherwise all good.

The process of purchasing a new build villa was very easy. Lennar fulfilled all promises made and everything went very smoothly. They gave me a great rate and the mortgage staff were excellent and easy to work with also.

Overall, our home is wonderful. However, it has been difficult to get in contact with our liaison regarding issues. We have had minor issues with plumbing and A/C but have been able to apply them to our home warranty which was helpful.

Buying my first home was just a goal more like a dream a few months ago. When Suzzet called and told me that she had my new home I thought that was gonna be a protected move for the following year…The process to apply online was very easy and the fact that I was not treated like a buyer I was treated like family, made my experience so much easier. I consider my family and myself blessed to have gone through this seamless process and be sleeping in our forever home. Over all happy with my first new home!!

Lennar’s townhouses in Mirada are modern, spacious, and come with great home features. The community is beautiful, especially with the lagoon and convenient location. We had a few minor issues after closing, but Lennar’s warranty team handled them quickly. Overall, a great place to live and an excellent investment.

Everything went good like it supposed to be

Be make sure to have a good Lender that will help you out through the process. Steve the first lender we had from Lennar quits on us. and I feel that he didn’t do his best to help us get the house. the 2nd lender we had outside Lennar was one of the best and she helped us get our dream home. But whatever happened Lennar still one of the good builders I know.
