I had a very bad experience , the sales agent doesn't responsive and they cut down the price drasticallly next day i signed the contract, and i requested to give me some upgrades or adjust to compensate to that but they are very rude, and the loan clearance asked certian documents which took little while to get and they scared us if you dont close the home on the day you will be fined $300 per day . I dont recommend to any of my frienda

Amazing experience from the first step into Lennar sales office. Carlo our sales agent was amazing and also lennar mortgage and construction supervisors Jesse and Robbie who did walk thu with us. The loan process was a complete nightmare! We literally showed up to closing and were told that our loan had not had its final approval and had to wait an additional 3 hours for them to get it figured out. Mind you, this was after we were told the previous night at 8:30 that we were good to go. No one called us to let us know of the rescheduling either which is completely unprofessional. We also had to continuously provide the same proof of funds over and over and over again. We never expected to walk into this Lennar Home and find that it was about 99% exactly what we wanted from design down to flooring and color scheme. Brand new house but it's one problem after another.

So many problems, but the biggest one is that my brand new house that I closed less than 2 months ago, now has diffused mold in the kitchen and a water leak under the concrete. I can't even move in even though I'm about to make second mortgage payment.

The road noise from w.lake bld. Should have been disclosed. This is a heavily traveled drag strip.the plastic fence does nothing for roads noise. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase here. Also wasn’t disclosed that we don’t own the club house.

We had a pretty good experience. We have purchased from Lennar before so we were better at advocating for ourselves this time. With any home builders you always want to have the product independently inspected and the issues on the punch list completed before you sign off and go to closing.

My experience so far with Lennar Triple Creek 50 QR, has been very negative. Mainly since moving into the home there has been a strong (methane/sulfur) odor problem in the house that has not yet been resolved. A work order submitted via the Lennar Home Warranty Portal, only to have it denied stating "not covered under warranty" Workmanship, materials and appliances are of poor quality, The home is not worth the price paid. I regret making this Lennar at Triple Creek 50 QR home purchase.

Sales staff was great mortgage and insurance. People were great title company was great. We were a little disappointed with some of the things that they’ve cut to save money this is our third Lennar home and we can see that they’ve cut out a lot of things that they used to give like towel and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and complete white paint on the inside instead of the two tone colors that they used to use and they didn’t give any touchup Paint for future touchup other than that. Everyone that we dealt with in person was very good. In all, it was a good experience

Where to start? Immediate leak from upstairs kids bathroom the first time one of them took a shower. Leaked down into the bottom floor soaking insulation. My first contact was my sales rep. Carlo kept me informed of available homes and found one for me that met all my requirements. It was new construction and in it finishing stages. Lennar mortgage worked with me and I received an excellent mortgage rate. The closing went smoothly. I am very happy with my new home, especially with some "extras" I wasn't expecting, such as the ring camera and doorbell, insect treatment port hole, gas tankless water heater, and usb ports in some of the outlets.
