We had a James who was a great person to work with here in Florida. He was very responsive. Even when they moved him from us to someone else. He would still answer and or resolve any issues. As for the home itself keep in mind that what you see as a demo is not what you are getting. I was told we were being upgraded to quartz from granite. Only thing is was the thinnest quartz I have ever seen. So much so that I went to several countertop shops and was told they would not sell me such a thin slab due to concerns with quartz getting damaged. That leads me to think if they took a short ...

Quality control and workmanship is below avarge and a lot of mistakes.Close on house and had to spend 1500.00 to have tile floors cleaned and not the only one.

When looking at the home, we were told that ALL lawn and landscape maintenance was covered - lie. We were told that the gates would start to be closed for security - lie. We were told that the amenities we are paying for are for use of only residents - lie, because the gates are left open anyone can and do come in to user our sports courts, pool, and trespass fish. Closing on the house was a stressful situation in itself. I've had several issues inside and outside of my house to include quality of craftsmanship and quality of material. My door frame has been split since before moving in but I could not see due to the builder painting over the split in the frame until recently due to opening/closing the door on a regular basis and the paint wearing off. The drainage in the yard has been an ongoing since I moved in.

Accountability was the key issue with our build. Arriving at our initial pre-closing inspection, our Construction Manager was not there. He was on vacation and had not advised of another CM to take his place. MOST of our cosmetic walk through items were ignored. Larger items like cabinet replacements, holes in the walls, filthy tile grout.... all avoided. The hinges on most of our interior doors use multiple types of hardware, utilizing drywall screws, galvanized and Zinc screws. The whole Lennar experienced was a disgrace. Lennar did not communicate well with other Lennar employees which made my experience a bad one. From purchasing, workmanship, and responsiveness have greatly made me put this business at the bottom of my list, due to the fact they don't care about their customers, nor timelines to get things done. Highly do not recommend anyone ever buying from this company cause they are really just out to get your momey.

We bought because of the area and pricing , realtor was 5 stars all around and still is, even after we bought he has helped in so many ways. I definitely recommend Aaron 100%. As for the Loan officer , was a terrible experience after the 1st interaction. She would never answer texts, emails or phone calls till she needed something from you. Not very good options for townhomes!

The prebuilt town homes have very cheap appliances. I had to replace all of the appliances. The town homes also do not come with can lights throughout, so expensive to add on a town home with upstairs. It is a dark place later when the sun goes down. I had a lot of issues since I moved in which is not normal, as I have purchased 3 new homes in the past from different builders without any issues.

Our salesperson didn’t know what was going on, i had a different person for every step which was annoying, I want one person to deal with through out the process! Terrible company and miss managed badly. Thank goodness i had my own realtor to help deal with all the different people at Lennar. I’ll never buy another Lennar home. Oh nothing is square in the house, I’m having other work done and there having to make adjustments to install things because nothing is square. Cheap track built home

I was familiar with lennar homes because family members had purchased homes with lennar. However the buying experience was less than ideal. The selling agent, lennar lenders, title company... none were on one accord. The craftsmanship of the homes is questionable, especially given the speed with which they were built. There are some structural issues that Lennar has been slow to respond to, which is frustrating. The value is good but be prepared to have to deal with Lennar's slow post-closing repair process. The representative for Balm Grove - Rob - is unresponsive at best. Do better.

Sales people do bare minimum and take in the earnings. I advise to get any promises in writing from them. Simple gestures were not followed up with. As simple as putting up an Occupied sign. The finance team is phenomenal. Answered questions and kept promises on deadlines. Joel and his team were outstanding.
