The construction manager was amazing and the home inspector was extremely thorough. The closing process was quick and Lennar has responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had.

Our Construction Manager, Angel, took such good care of us, addressing AlL of our concerns.

Sales people do bare minimum and take in the earnings. I advise to get any promises in writing from them. Simple gestures were not followed up with. As simple as putting up an Occupied sign. The finance team is phenomenal. Answered questions and kept promises on deadlines. Joel and his team were outstanding.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. We were From Michigan so our walk through was great as our Realtor was able to attend on our behalf and see the property virtually. All the staff from beginning to end were amazing even the building supervisor and the person who helped us when we notice small issues in our home when we moved in. So far the experience has been great. There have been some adjustments to my villa but the Lennar team has been responsive, helpful and friendly. I’ve lived in a Lennar built condo before and know the construction was excellent for that time(40 years ago). Special kudos to Russell, Jamie and Bill. They try so hard to be accommodating and I really appreciate it.

They built what they said they were going to build. We had a pre-dry wall inspection completed and Lennar got high marks on that. The have a pre-close inspection and while there were several (minor) and mostly cosmetic items to fix, they were very responsive in getting these items fixed before we closed, a week or so later. I give them a B+ / A- overall.

Very helpful and explanations of questions when asked

The warranty doesn't help. they keep kicking the can down the block. You need to call here, and they say call there. I just want my front door lock repaired or replaced.

For me and my wife being our first time buying a home it was wonderful experience overall! All the way from start to finish and got to give thanks to our Lennar sales consultant Etta who was very professional and knowledgeable that help us along the way and address all our questions and concerns. Right from her visit to Lennar office in December 23 to signing the documents in April24 the journey has been very efficient and satisfactory. Laura kept us updated reg the progress of the construction. Walk through was detailed with Sharmin. The only thing I was underwhelmed by is my closing day. Firstly there is nothing like celebration. I did not have to go back and forth to the office to close and get the keys. Everything could have been done at the home after the final walk through with Matt who was very nice. I could have received all the contact numbers for utilities right on my kitchen island. I had to ask the gentleman covering for Laura in The office for them and then he started to message me with those numbers. There should have been a welcoming folder with all the important phone numbers like utilities, watering days, landscaping, pest control, lanai, pool etc. Laura was busy that day. Etta was amazing helped us get pre-approved so quick and was there sending pic of the process the best.

The exterior finish is good.The interior finishing was poorly. Items like paint, trim, interior door finish, flooring, concrete work and a host of other smaller items as a builder I didn't appreciate having had to take care of myself.

Our home purchase experience with Lennar was good overall. We had a bit of tug of war during the initial negotiations however once that was sorted out we definitely got a great value for the price paid. Our salesperson Taria and construction manager Cheyenne were very communicative and responsive to all of our questions, requests and concerns. Even after closing their warranty team has been very hands on. Our only concern at this time is that there are several homes within the neighborhood that were sold to foreign investors and being rented immediately for low income housing. This decision was made in poor choice as it creates the risk of decreasing the overall neighborhood value. People don’t work hard to purchase a home over half a million dollars to end up living amongst thugs and lowlives. Sell only to people interested in actually living in the neighborhood and want to see it thrive. ... More

This was my first home and I love it. Lennar is great

The house is great. A few issues when we did our orientation. There was a great deal of grout haze on the floor that I had to pay to get cleaned. Not cool. Also, the outside paint on our main wall had alot of streaks. I happen to know that the builders had men painting in the rain. And we are hearing water dripping when we run our sinks upstairs. I believe we have a leak. It hasn't come through the ceiling yet.

We were selling our home out of state and trying to find a home in Florida. We had a 72 hour window in order to coordinate the closings. Our relator asked us to consider new construction because the home prices in this area were inflated compared to new construction. I laughed because I didn't think we would find a house move in ready for our time line. Enter Lennar. We were already qualified for our mortgage but with all their incentives they made the home buying experience so much less stressful and affordable. Buying a brand new home was so exciting! Watching the different phases get completed was fun. I do wish they cleaned the house better with all the dust left over the windows, counters, drawers, etc. The flat paint is unnecessary. Especially in a 5 and 6 bedroom home. And with stairs. You should really think bigger family picture and spend a little extra money on the semi gloss paint that will last longer for the customer. The yard being on a little slope didn't help the sod stay so there's an empty patch. I felt it was too much greenery in the garden area. I have noticed so many residents removing to add their own color. Maybe that should be limited so it's not a waste of money and plants. They should have a recycling dumpster in the neighborhood. So many people moving in and yet no dumpsters to dispose. But the overall house is great ... More

Pay attention when you do the walk through. Know you will have to do extra cleaning. They are very good about coming to do repairs on the punch list.

It was a smooth transition and they seem to come out and fix things pretty quickly. My repairs have been minimal except for the Ring door bell.

Our salesperson was very helpful and we had a great experience.

We found a spacious house in Mirada for great price compared to other builders.

We had a great experience with our Sales Counselor Phil as he was very professional, knowledgeable and his follow up and follow through skills were admirable. Our Construction Manager was also helpful. Our Customer Service Rep Jesse, has been fabulous and the best of the best with her concern and responsiveness to a few issues we have had after closing. We truly love our home, our beautiful tranquil homesite and the community. We’re very pleased and I highly recommend Angeline as a community and Lennar Homes.

Excellent experience with the purchase process. The process was smooth and the representatives were knowledgeable and involved during the entire process to a successful purchase.
