I was really excited to start the process of buying a home with Lennar Homes. Throughout my homebuyer process, I was somewhat clueless of what to expect. The person that I spoke to initially, which I thought it was my Realtor, rushed me through the initial process to take a down payment within the first day of meeting her. I was only shown two homes Which the first was already sold and the second was the last available so I was told. Have serious drainage issues both sides of home and backyard. Sod has been in for months and hasn’t grown like it should, have had reps come out and virtual calls twice and no results. Have reported this to construction managers on multiple occasions have been ignored. I am not happy with Lennar at this point. For the price we paid for these homes these issues should be resolved. We have only been here for 7 weeks.

Appliances are bottom line quality. Too many web sites. Should be one portl with one usr Id and password. Too many regulations. Why do I have to pay an application fee after a project is approved. Not very responsive to some issues. Construction manager and staff make promises and take too long, if at all, to respond.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I did have problems selling my property and was charged a late fee. Because my closing was 3 days late that was 4000. Which I feel Lenar makes enough money off all of us

I worked with Joe to buy my Villa. he was amazing he helped me and continues to help me if I have question. Every person I have worked with have been professional, helpful, informing, and friendly. I had issues with closing in my other home and each Lenar team member I worked with me through the whole stressful process. My only Negative is that I was 3 day over my Closing date and the Company charged me $3,249.00 for not being able to close.

lennar is a good builder however I had many issues when I moved into the house regarding the creaking wood on the second floor, paint on the bathroom mirrors and the toilets were not working properly as well as holes in the wood part of the kitchen doors and cabinets

So far the experience has been great. There have been some adjustments to my villa but the Lennar team has been responsive, helpful and friendly. I’ve lived in a Lennar built condo before and know the construction was excellent for that time(40 years ago). Special kudos to Russell, Jamie and Bill. They try so hard to be accommodating and I really appreciate it.

This is a brand new home. We are aware it's not custom still doesn't mean when you move in there should be so many issues. Stop using the cheapest materials. We hung a small picture and the sheet rocks just fell apart. We have had a problem with almost every Appliance. I told my son I wanted new because I felt it was less stress I was wrong. The Trades were horrible. Cabinets were Cheap and doors warped. We've had so many problems. That being said. Worst New Home Transition Ever

The amount of cosmetic defects and the amount of time it has taken to fix these issue has been the worst experience of my house buying experience. We were rushed through the final walk through a lot of things were missed and the whole process just felt rushed! From the financial stand point all the way through closing. Miscommunication with the entire staff from sales to closing escrow agents. Worse experience ever. Never again will I get a Lennar home

We are pleased with our new home. Of course there were a few minor issues, but each has been addressed as we have brought it to Lennar's attention. We have repainted most of the walls in something other than boring white. We have ripped out the bedrooms carpeting and put in vinyl plank flooring. Shelves will go up in the villa and garage. Neighborhood is great, clean, and quiet. The host of activities available to us is Extremely nice. Haven't had a chance yet to take advantage of the Lagoon or Clubhouse area, but we will when we complete moving in and prepping our existing house for sale. ...

There's always gonna be something wrong whether it's a new build or an older home. With that being said, the luxury of having a new build is that you have warranties. Lennar was helpful with the interest rate and closing cost. I just wish that when you do need a repair they would make it easier without always happening to have a virtual meeting even though you upload pictures and videos from that then somebody will come out which is another day, you have to takeoff and then for them to fulfill the order and that's if it's done correctly, the first time around.

Honestly this was my 3 home purchase but if was the worst of the three. More stressful, communication wasn’t good at all, timeline kept changing, walkthrough and final walkthrough did not repair a lot of things that were broken or damage. Plan to purchase again but it will not be with Lennar.

Please take your time during your walk through. Everyone is moving 100MPH to get you to closing and lots of fine details are left out. We made the mistake of doing our closing the morning of our walk through...the men were still in our home "completing" the last-minute items which were still not done. Once you close, they are not timely in sending people to your home to repair. You go with many days and hours wasted of no one coming or calling you back. Adrianne was my sales agent and she did a great job. She was very responsive when we had questions and very caring about the whole process. The walk through with Cindy was amazing.
