We bought because of the area and pricing , realtor was 5 stars all around and still is, even after we bought he has helped in so many ways. I definitely recommend Aaron 100%. As for the Loan officer , was a terrible experience after the 1st interaction. She would never answer texts, emails or phone calls till she needed something from you. Was very negative that you would be approved although my income was double what was needed. I suggested if you do get assigned to NINA to run the other way. lol. Or ask for someone else. But the home is great , used some cheap materials and we had to do a few upgrades and adjustments to make it better. Wish the WiFi was able to hardwired in better places than kitchen and living room. Cu my offices can’t be hardwired since they are downstairs. Electrical is the bare minimum. So eventually you will have to upgrade. Master bathroom we had to upgrade because floor was very slippery and 3 different neighbors agreed. They said double pane windows but they are not. We have made about 5 warranty calls. The HOA is not good at returning emails or calls either till they are ready to talk to you. The response time is a snails pace. Otherwise great neighbors. The gym is terrin as well. ... More

The prebuilt town homes have very cheap appliances. I had to replace all of the appliances. The town homes also do not come with can lights throughout, so expensive to add on a town home with upstairs. It is a dark place later when the sun goes down. I had a lot of issues since I moved in which is not normal, as I have purchased 3 new homes in the past from different builders without any issues.

Our salesperson didn’t know what was going on, i had a different person for every step which was annoying, I want one person to deal with through out the process! Terrible company and miss managed badly. Thank goodness i had my own realtor to help deal with all the different people at Lennar. I’ll never buy another Lennar home. Oh nothing is square in the house, I’m having other work done and there having to make adjustments to install things because nothing is square. Cheap track built home

The construction manager was amazing and the home inspector was extremely thorough. The closing process was quick and Lennar has responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had.

I was familiar with lennar homes because family members had purchased homes with lennar. However the buying experience was less than ideal. The selling agent, lennar lenders, title company... none were on one accord. We kept getting conflicting information regarding the closing date, what we needed to close, etc. Once we moved in, we realized that issues that we were told would be fixed before closing had not been addressed. The stove did not work, a piece of the refrigerator was missing that was present during our walk through, the kitchen sink had scratches that were not present during the walk through. The interior paint has splotches and random paint drops on the floor and glue on some of the tiles that we have not been able to clean off the tile, and some cracked tiles. The grout on the floor tiles are different colors, and when it rains the sliding glass door leaks. These are just some of the issues that we have noticed so far. We plan to have a warranty inspection done soon to see what other issues there might be, although I am not holding my breath that the "warranty " will apply to these issues. Also, we were charged for electricity and water bill for the three months prior to closing (refund still pending). Overall, this is not the experience that I was hoping for. The only positive thing is that the neighborhood is gorgeous, well maintained and quiet. Hopefully we will be able to fix the problems with the house without too much of a hit to our budget and eventually make it feel like home. I would recommend checking out the other builders in this community, but would not recommend lennar. ... More

Lack of communication between departments. Not flexible. A lot of issues with the house. Cheap materials

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had in purchasing a new construction home from your company. While the initial interactions with the lender were smooth and professional, several critical issues arose during the process that have left me quite frustrated. Firstly, the inspection process and the service provided before closing were subpar. Numerous issues with the house were identified, and the quality of the repairs made before the closing was disappointing. Despite assurances of high standards, the final work fell short of expectations. Furthermore, communication throughout this process was lacking. As of today, I still do not have the keys to my new home, which was supposed to be handed over on July 31st. This delay has been exacerbated by poor-quality service and unfulfilled promises of remediation for the inconveniences experienced. In contrast to my previous home purchase last year with a different builder, where service and quality were exemplary, this experience has been notably distressing. I had hoped for a seamless transition into my new home, but instead, I have encountered significant challenges and delays. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and provide a resolution. Out experience with Lennar has been amazing. Starting from the no pressure sale to the handling over the keys. The financial people were amazing. Very responsive and doing everything they could to help us. The closing was done remotely and was done easily. The final inspection was great. All our questions were answered and explained to us. It was a pleasurable experience.

I had a lot of issues with the house they promise everything was going to be fixed by the closing date, then a month after still issues. I understand you built a lot of houses at once but you can’t turn your back to quality and good finishes. This is my second lennar I don’t think I’ll have a third one

The craftsmanship of the homes is questionable, especially given the speed with which they were built. There are some structural issues that Lennar has been slow to respond to, which is frustrating. The value is good but be prepared to have to deal with Lennar's slow post-closing repair process. The representative for Balm Grove - Rob - is unresponsive at best. Do better.

Our Construction Manager, Angel, took such good care of us, addressing AlL of our concerns.

Sales people do bare minimum and take in the earnings. I advise to get any promises in writing from them. Simple gestures were not followed up with. As simple as putting up an Occupied sign. The finance team is phenomenal. Answered questions and kept promises on deadlines. Joel and his team were outstanding.

I was really excited to start the process of buying a home with Lennar Homes. Throughout my homebuyer process, I was somewhat clueless of what to expect. The person that I spoke to initially, which I thought it was my Realtor, rushed me through the initial process to take a down payment within the first day of meeting her. I was only shown two homes Which the first was already sold and the second was the last available so I was told. I was told that I would be walk-through the whole process if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out to my her, Jennifer. Jennifer was absolutely no help. She was only looking to make her commission from the sale. I only really spoke with her once. She knew I was a first time homebuyer in my whole story and I thought she was trustworthy enough to help me throughout the process. She was not at all. Even after purchasing the home throughout the stressful process with all the other agents that I spoke with about the mortgage loan, I have yet to speak with her. Each time I reach out to her I either get no answer or I have to communicate with someone else that has no clue of any information to provide to me as well. The mortgage officer is were very rude as well. I know it is a stressful job, but the point of the Realtor is to take the stress off the customer and the mortgage officer . Neither department was effective, sympathetic or compassionate . They were all rude and demanding and completely unfortunately Uncompassionate to the process . The construction of the home was thrown together. I’ve had many issues since the start with electrical and plumbing. Again, I have yet to be able to speak with my realtor about this because she has not returned any of my calls. The warranty department seems a bit sketchy with Lennar homes as well. Thus far, I have not been completely satisfied but making do because I’ve set myself up for failure for a $300,000 home that really isn’t even worth 75,000. They say when you know better you do better, I only plan to stay in this home for maybe the next two years and then I will be selling. I thought this would be my forever home, But at this rate, it does not look like it will be. Lennar should have Realistic realtors that are really willing to work with first time homebuyers, Or any homebuyers that is. Explain the full process and detail what to expect and what is included. They should not be so concerned about the commission that they are going to make either way. I was told by Jennifer that if things were not correct, and I was not happy then I would become her headache that far. It seems like she’s been avoiding me by dodging my calls and never being in the office whenever I stop by. Not to mention that I’ve been in Home for almost 5 months now and I’m just now getting a mailbox key that works and our mail is just now being delivered. We were distributed other peoples keys and had to run down the office to get the keys corrected. There are millions of homes in this neighborhood and each person had a different person’s key. I can only imagine how much of my mail had been stolen if it was ever even delivered. The recreation center took forever to be completed and has still yet to be fully completed. Are key cards still do not work appropriately And the pool is never clean. Things with Lennar should be more transparent than they are. All in all, I am not happy with my service or my home, but I guess I will make do since I am stuck here. ... More

Well built house that was completed on schedule. In a great community. We are very happy.

getting help after you close is a problem landscaping all died weeks and still no action

From the mortgage process all the way to completion...a huge joke. Won't respond to messages. Won't acknowledge things not on original walk through that was a rush job. Made a repair that is now messed up again....

Have serious drainage issues both sides of home and backyard. Sod has been in for months and hasn’t grown like it should, have had reps come out and virtual calls twice and no results. Have reported this to construction managers on multiple occasions have been ignored. I am not happy with Lennar at this point. For the price we paid for these homes these issues should be resolved. We have only been here for 7 weeks.

Worst experience ever, i would leave any stars if it was possible

Appliances are bottom line quality. Too many web sites. Should be one portl with one usr Id and password. Too many regulations. Why do I have to pay an application fee after a project is approved. Not very responsive to some issues. Construction manager and staff make promises and take too long, if at all, to respond.

Not caring, no following up.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. We were From Michigan so our walk through was great as our Realtor was able to attend on our behalf and see the property virtually. All the staff from beginning to end were amazing even the building supervisor and the person who helped us when we notice small issues in our home when we moved in. I have heard some horrible stories about Lennar but our experience was great and i would highly recommend them ... More

I worked with Joe to buy my Villa. he was amazing he helped me and continues to help me if I have question. Every person I have worked with have been professional, helpful, informing, and friendly. I had issues with closing in my other home and each Lenar team member I worked with me through the whole stressful process. My only Negative is that I was 3 day over my Closing date and the Company charged me $3,249.00 for not being able to close.

lennar is a good builder however I had many issues when I moved into the house regarding the creaking wood on the second floor, paint on the bathroom mirrors and the toilets were not working properly as well as holes in the wood part of the kitchen doors and cabinets
