The house is great. A few issues when we did our orientation. There was a great deal of grout haze on the floor that I had to pay to get cleaned. Not cool. Also, the outside paint on our main wall had alot of streaks. I happen to know that the builders had men painting in the rain. And we are hearing water dripping when we run our sinks upstairs. I believe we have a leak. It hasn't come through the ceiling yet.

We found a spacious house in Mirada for great price compared to other builders.

Celecia was great very helpful from beginning to end - I’m just a little upset I was told trash was included in our hoa and it was not - joel w mortgage was amazing even though we ended up just going the cash route he still was awesome ! Anthony and Katie were awesome when it came to warranty time they really helped me get things done Tim the construction manager was such an angel a true blessing very helpful ! I’m super thankful for each and everyone my new happy blessed home I’m thankful to the lennar team -!

Working with Lennar has been fantastic from start to close meeting timeframes to close and builders completing work. Notably, there were some issues with the craftsmanship in the home, which may be a result of meeting those aforementioned timeframes, and there was a broken pipe in the wall that leaked all over the garage and bottom floor, a broken sprinkler system, and a few other issues found, when or shortly after moving in. These issues were quickly remedied with the warranty requests and the home is finally to what we would expect.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. On August of 2022, I was notified by a Lennar Sales Agent Adam Barton that a home that may fit my family needs was available. He advised me of the price and immediately notified Melissa to see if the numbers would work. Melissa diligently started working on my case and came back with an more than outstanding result. Once Adam had me sign the purchase agreement, Melissa immediately started working on my case (lighting fast). With the hundreds of questions, I asked Melissa she was calm, cool, very patient, and answered all my questions with ease. With subsequent phone calls on a million more questions, Melissa was available extremely considerate of me being a first-time home buyer and answered anything I threw at her. Melissa was even there for me on her birthday. She was knowledgeable and I could tell from the sound from her voice she wanted this purchase to happen as bad as I did. When Morgan began to handle my case, her voice was respectful, outstandingly courteous, and refreshingly understanding. As with any mortgage process paperwork requested can be overwhelming and sometime scary for a first-time home buyer. Morgan put me at ease, she took the time to explain what was needed and why. Every time I talked to her, I was impressed about her knowledge, professionalism, and what I appreciated the most was her kindness. Again, I felt Morgan wanted me to have this home as bad as I did. I have lived in Florida for the last 12 years since I came home from Iraq. My wife and I have wanted to own a home since the first day we moved to this state. I know in my heart the Melissa and Morgan made this possible for my family. I now own my own home for my young children and their children to grow up in. Melissa and Morgan are the best assets you have at Lennar Mortgage. If there is an award, recognition program, or even customer satisfaction bonuses offered at your company I respectfully request for Melissa and Morgan be considered. Lennar has been easy to deal with and any problems have been handled promptly

Overall a very great experience for me to be part of Cypress Ranch community. Love this location, because of nature preserve & easy accessible to stores, restaurants, schools and many more.

The loan office -Rachel was amazing. While the process was long I totally understood why. The team was amazing. While I am still finding small issues here and there, my rep Jon from customer service has been very responsive so that has been great.

Fast and responsive. Good customer communication

We were happy to finally be in our home after the exhausting process. There were still issues that took some time to resolve. Lennar is a good company but some of the companies they have to use are sub par. The people who installed the washer and dryer were completely incompetent. Hooked us the waterlines backwards and failed to vent the dryer plus they banged up the wall bringing them in.

My sales representative, mortgage originator and Daniel the construction manager were all excellent. They responded very quickly to my concerns.

Great experience aside from the underwriting one

Responded to issues quickly. Only complaint is the paint job and quality of the paint and there are 2 walls that are not leveled.

The home was built very well. The process was great no complaints with lennar at all! Only issues were with Cal Atlantic they were the worst and wouldn’t recommend them ever!!!!

The warranty team and the construction manager are trustworthy. Everything that they said the would do they did.

Sales staff was great mortgage and insurance. People were great title company was great. We were a little disappointed with some of the things that they’ve cut to save money this is our third Lennar home and we can see that they’ve cut out a lot of things that they used to give like towel and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and complete white paint on the inside instead of the two tone colors that they used to use and they didn’t give any touchup Paint for future touchup other than that. Everyone that we dealt with in person was very good. In all, it was a good experience

Great home buying and overall building experience. But I would encourage you the buyer to get your own home inspection done and stay on top of things broken prior to your first through

The construction manager was amazing and the home inspector was extremely thorough. The closing process was quick and Lennar has responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had.

We were selling our home out of state and trying to find a home in Florida. We had a 72 hour window in order to coordinate the closings. Our relator asked us to consider new construction because the home prices in this area were inflated compared to new construction. I laughed because I didn't think we would find a house move in ready for our time line. Enter Lennar. We were already qualified for our mortgage but with all their incentives they made the home buying experience so much less stressful and affordable. It was a smooth transition and they seem to come out and fix things pretty quickly. My repairs have been minimal except for the Ring door bell.

Es una empresa responsable ,pero tienen que ponerle más ojo a las personal quienes arreglan los detallles al final porque son poco cuidadoso y ordinarios ,pero en cuanto a la calidad de los materiales excelentes.

Experience was overall great. Everything went according to plan. Home was delivered in a timely manner with just a few issues but that’s goes with any new home. Just wish the builder would have a pest control plan worked into their warranty at least for the first six months of ownership. Living here in Florida these bugs are no joke. Second new Lennar home and they didn’t disappoint!!

In overall, it is a good experience, good accompaniment throughout the process, they could improve the materials they use in the bathrooms, update the laundry machines, provide information on how to contract the garbage service.
