The loan office -Rachel was amazing. While the process was long I totally understood why. The team was amazing. While I am still finding small issues here and there, my rep Jon from customer service has been very responsive so that has been great.

One of the most appealing aspects of this location and villa model was that the open layout and design were just about what I would have picked for a custom build. Lennar's team made this process fairly painless and helped ease my mind in the midst of a crazy real estate market. The communication was excellent, and the house was ready on time!

Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive. The property was not ready on time, because of supplies difficulties and the pandemic. Lennar always updated on the time delivery and after 2 months of original date I have the Closing. My agent and Construction Manager kept me informed and updated. It was great experience.

Overall I’m very satisfied with my home. Probably could have used a few more weeks to complete the home to better standards.

We were happy to finally be in our home after the exhausting process. There were still issues that took some time to resolve. Lennar is a good company but some of the companies they have to use are sub par. The people who installed the washer and dryer were completely incompetent. Hooked us the waterlines backwards and failed to vent the dryer plus they banged up the wall bringing them in.

My sales representative, mortgage originator and Daniel the construction manager were all excellent. They responded very quickly to my concerns.

Enjoyed the home buying process and all that Lennar offers with their incentives.

Overall I was pleased with the process. A recommendation I would make is to have the final (warranty) walk through 3 days before closing so there is time to take care of any issues.

The lawn care is very poor. Most of my plants have died and the lawn has weeds and bare spots and the water does not drain completely. The HOA says that they are not responsible and will not fix this issue, given that the plants and grass were of poor quality. It would also be nice if Lenna gave the homeowner the option to get a water softener installed.
