Lennar's workmanship is surprisingly sub par. This is truly a production home and that is what you get. There are such minor design features they missed that would move their home from below average to top notch but unfortunately, Lennar's home design team must be novices at best to have missed such minor things in their floor plans, at least in the many plans we reviewed. The community was the selling point for sure - NOT the Lennar home. We wanted to be in the community and had very limited home design choices with Lennar within our budget. I have a villa on Gable Dig loop. The single car garage could have been bigger. Drive way could have been bigger. Few guest parking spot could have been done for villa owner.its a 55+ community. No one would like to go to clubhouse to park the car for guest in Florida’s hot weather. Still builder can help building few guest parking spots on every street. These looks small issues but it’s not for 55+ people.

Thing was not done on time and still not done after closing , finance team was not good, and communication was horrible.

Don’t sign if items that need to be fixed aren’t done before closing date

On the day of closing I went to home to do another inspection and items like the cabinets that had scratches were not fixed. Was told that it will be done when I come back from closing. Never happened and it’s now been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed. So don’t sign until the items they need to fix is fix because then u will end up having to do the run around

The community is a good-looking community BUT since we got here, there are TOO MANY issues with the CDC not properly following up with things to do despite there is a major budget. So where does this budget money go? Also, they cancel meetings most of the time and the homeowner have little to say because they do not want to listen during the meetings. Also, gates are not working, sometimes the water fountain stop working, palms are all over the entrance, flowers have not been replaced nor the mulch and the grass looks pretty bad in many houses. They built what they said they were going to build. We had a pre-dry wall inspection completed and Lennar got high marks on that. The have a pre-close inspection and while there were several (minor) and mostly cosmetic items to fix, they were very responsive in getting these items fixed before we closed, a week or so later. I give them a B+ / A- overall.

Ally did a great job showing us the exact location we were looking for. Small issue that have come up were taken care of right away. Really enjoy the amenities and the friendly people who we live around. Closing was not a positive experience because they closed on so many homes on the day assigned to us.

Lennar has been pushing for closing homes before they are completed. Quality controls are suboptimal. I will list issues that we encountered after closing. We were not provided keys to the front door for almost 4-weeks after closing. Door locks had to be replaced on Patio doors because the provided keys did not work on them. The Mater bathroom toilet, sinks and showers were blocked and needed plumbing work. The HVAC need work because Freon was low and the vents were not properly opened. The crown moulding had gaps that needed fixing. Multiple Cabinets had chips that needed replacement. Doors ...

Customer service personnel were courteous. No towel rack or toilet paper holder ln bathrooms. No trees in backyard. These should be standard. Homes should have a back patio. Not worth the money. Very disappointed with Lennar. Lots of trouble calls to fix issues in the first month.

We are two months in from when we closed and I still haven’t even received a call back from our loan officer with answers to questions I had from when we moved on! I can say the only decent experience and people were Ana and Sharon who also tried to help. Project managers were rude and things did not get done when they said they would, the financing department never returned calls and when they did they were dismissive and made you feel like you were a bother. There was no follow up or follow through, to the point I almost lost my home insurance because they had not received the payment made ...
