During the process of buying the house all staff was great but costumer care is bad with the warranty stuff.

We’re a military family that recently moved to this area and they worked seamlessly with our crazy move schedule to ensure the house closed before we moved in. Big help!

Did what they needed to do to make thing right

Currently amenities are not available and yet we’re paying for them. My husband is a trim carpenter n noticed lots of caulk used at the base. A lot paint flaws on drywall. We enjoyed working with our Salesman Ole.

Jeremy was great to work with. He always responded quickly to my text and emails. Christie was very helpful and did her best to take care of our concerns.

The house look good but the problem is about the garantie for one year but there’s a something I need they come for review on my garage on the rolls is very important thing for me ok

Whenever I have an issue, Lennar agents are Outstanding and responsive and very prompt.

I bought a Pulte home last year, but it was too small and decided to go with Lennar on a bigger home. The overall workmanship was poor and the quality of materials for cabinets, paint, baseboards, size of patio only 6x4, irrigation missing spots and not covering evenly., handles on toilets breakdown after 4 months. I understand this is not a custom home, but even with higher building costs and labor I think a better product can be offered. There are many things I would change that would not affect the bottom line to much and provide the consumer a home they will be happy with immediately. P.S. why do you not put in a screen door for the back of the house slider in Florida. Had to pay $200+ from the vender. ... More

There are many warranty issues that are hard to get fixed due to so many issues with other homes.

This is the second Lennar home I’ve bought within four years. From my experience, Lennar has greatly improved their services. I do like the educational videos, and their process for warranty requests have greatly been improved. I do like my home, but workmanship still has a lot to be desired. For example, my pavers at one spot keep collapsing, and I have noticed that there isn’t as much as a speck of the white polymer sand applied on the surface to fill in the spaces. As a result, the spaces are enlarging. I have had a couple tickets called in for repairs in certain spots, which were done, but the issue keeps resurfacing. I am confident that Lennar will have a permanent solution for the pavers. After all, curb appeal is an introduction to one’s home. I love the house but I keep finding little things wrong with the house. Dina Cooley is a god send but apparently she’s frustrated with my calls and texts.

Overall great experience. The consultants were awesome. But as far as workmanship, fast and sloppy not quality materials used. They don’t even come with ceiling fans anymore.

Looks like all the stuff was done in a hurry, like outlets are not straight, some are loose. Painting had a lot of bad spots, Door painting is rough, nothing was sanded down well before painting. Main water line is covered up hard to get a water softner in, lot of extra cost.

So far we love our new home. Subcontractors have been very responsive. We have had an outstanding issue for about a week that has not been addressed and probably takes 5 minutes to solve. Contractor grade appliances but they are proforming OK.

MS Brook P. was very helpful and always kept us informed. Buying a home from overseas and have not seen it in person is very scary, but MS. Brook made it very confident and trusting. The quality of the inside work on cabinets, paint , door frames, carpet , could have been better . We had the feeling it was rushed trough ,to meet the deadline . We got the wrong appliances and still have not received the correct ones. Lots of damage on kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The house it self is beautiful and we love it . If the quality of the inside work will improve, definitely a company to go with again. ... More

I wish I had not bought a lennar house it has really bad workman's and very cheap materials.

The overall purchasing and closing was great. I was kept informed throughout the process. The follow up on the numerous issues with the home has been tedious at best.

Bad experience on the matterial

Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. We had a wonderful sales, mortgage and title experience with Lennar. But once we moved in there are sooooo many issues inside of our house. EX: Dishwasher broke after 3 days and we've been moved in now 2 months and still not addressed. Tile has spots on it throughout the entire house, pavers are pulling away from front porch and I could go on and on. Tried to contact their customer support person for our community and doesn't return calls without calling their manager but still NO issues resolved. Communication goes such a long way - even if it's going to take awhile, I want to know someone is listening and cares that we are new homeowners with them. I never had a brand new home before and honestly expected to have everything be perfect. What a complete disappointment in follow up. But we do love our new home! ... More
