Overall great experience with our new Home. Michael took time to make sure everything was fix prior to our closing. Few things still need to be done. But overall my wife and I are very happy with our new Home!!

The initial buying experience was great, Phil and Jennifer did a great job getting me looked after. There were several issues with the features of the house that I was nit happy at all with unknown to myself or the sales department.

Currently amenities are not available and yet we’re paying for them. My husband is a trim carpenter n noticed lots of caulk used at the base. A lot paint flaws on drywall. We enjoyed working with our Salesman Ole.

Overall great experience. The consultants were awesome. But as far as workmanship, fast and sloppy not quality materials used. They don’t even come with ceiling fans anymore.

Looks like all the stuff was done in a hurry, like outlets are not straight, some are loose. Painting had a lot of bad spots, Door painting is rough, nothing was sanded down well before painting. Main water line is covered up hard to get a water softner in, lot of extra cost.

So far we love our new home. Subcontractors have been very responsive. We have had an outstanding issue for about a week that has not been addressed and probably takes 5 minutes to solve. Contractor grade appliances but they are proforming OK.

Jeremy was great to work with. He always responded quickly to my text and emails. Christie was very helpful and did her best to take care of our concerns.

This is the second Lennar home I’ve bought within four years. From my experience, Lennar has greatly improved their services. I do like the educational videos, and their process for warranty requests have greatly been improved. I do like my home, but workmanship still has a lot to be desired. For example, my pavers at one spot keep collapsing, and I have noticed that there isn’t as much as a speck of the white polymer sand applied on the surface to fill in the spaces. As a result, the spaces are enlarging. I have had a couple tickets called in for repairs in certain spots, which were done, but the issue keeps resurfacing. I am confident that Lennar will have a permanent solution for the pavers. After all, curb appeal is an introduction to one’s home. MS Brook P. was very helpful and always kept us informed. Buying a home from overseas and have not seen it in person is very scary, but MS. Brook made it very confident and trusting. The quality of the inside work on cabinets, paint , door frames, carpet , could have been better . We had the feeling it was rushed trough ,to meet the deadline . We got the wrong appliances and still have not received the correct ones. Lots of damage on kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The house it self is beautiful and we love it . I bought a Pulte home last year, but it was too small and decided to go with Lennar on a bigger home. The overall workmanship was poor and the quality of materials for cabinets, paint, baseboards, size of patio only 6x4, irrigation missing spots and not covering evenly., handles on toilets breakdown after 4 months. I understand this is not a custom home, but even with higher building costs and labor I think a better product can be offered. There are many things I would change that would not affect the bottom line to much and provide the consumer a home they will be happy with immediately. P.S. why do you not put in a screen door for the back of the house slider in Florida. Had to pay $200+ from the vender. ... More

Whenever I have an issue, Lennar agents are Outstanding and responsive and very prompt.

There are many warranty issues that are hard to get fixed due to so many issues with other homes.

They very skillfully deviate the problem to another party and so on

A lot wrong after closing. Rushed to close then slow to fix problems

I wish I had not bought a lennar house it has really bad workman's and very cheap materials.

Still waiting on repairs
