I still do not have items repaired. I missed my closing due to the home not being done. I was misled numerous time and I have no trust in the construction team. My sales rep was just that a sales person. Made many promises that never was every followed up on after the purchase

The quality and the materials used in the whole house are not the best standards. There are gaps, and unfinished work, and the materials used are very basic quality. Even the amount of time and follow-ups it takes to get unfished works done from construction managers is also humongous. If no follow-ups, nothing we'll be done. So a lot of waste of time even after paying for the house.

Good experience overall! Very responsive to customer queries. Good quality property! This is our second purchase already!

Overall, the Lennar home includes several nice upgrades, but they will NOT add a thing, even if you are willing to pay for it. This is very frustrating. Secondly - and buyer beware on this - warranty service has been a nightmare. There is very little follow up once a warranty ticket has been initiated. The reps do not respond to e-mails or voice mails. Vendor appointments are missed completely with no warning or explanation. Other times, vendors arrive only to advise that the wrong part has been ordered, or that they are not authorized to make the repair corrected. Thirdly, on more than one occasion, I have been told that my issue is "a design item, not a warranty item" even though the "design" has resulted in mis-placed plumbing or lighting fixtures, or, in the case of the bathrooms, lighting that is not present at all due to a decision to eliminate vanity lighting in the homes. (How fun to try to shave at a dimly lit sink all the while getting soaked because the faucet oversprays.) All and all, buying a Lennar home is ok, as long as you have another $5-10,000 in your pocket to add lighting, replace faucets, etc. But if you truly want your home to be complete when you buy it, keep looking. ... The main issues were that they should completely test units before turning them over to the homeowner. Our dishwasher was not plugged in we thought it was broken. Also our AC unit was overcharged with freon we had to call the manufacture to come out to tell us it was overcharged and they fixed it.

We were selling our home out of state and trying to find a home in Florida. We had a 72 hour window in order to coordinate the closings. Our relator asked us to consider new construction because the home prices in this area were inflated compared to new construction. I laughed because I didn't think we would find a house move in ready for our time line. Enter Lennar. We were already qualified for our mortgage but with all their incentives they made the home buying experience so much less stressful and affordable. Where should I start, the construction manager promised to complete several jobs and did not. They forgot to turn on the water to the fridge and had to wait for service. The person that installed the dishwasher, left the cap in the tubing and caused water to flood and backup in the dishwasher. Had to wait to have that serviced. Had to replace the carpeting due to have a sinus reaction, to find out the flooring underneath was un-level and had to pay to have concrete lay down. Now, the AC breaker keeps tripping and I come home to a muggy hot house.

Buying this home started exciting but at the end there were no sparks. Closing process was rushed, lender required documents right at the time it was requested. It felt like I had to drop everything I was doing to provide them with what they needed. During the last walk through; day of closing things that were found incomplete/needing fixing/touch up by hired and Kenner inspector were not completed. Vendors were still coming through the house trying to fix things so that closing could take place. Just very rushed. Then had to drive to the appointment to sign closing paperwork. Many things that were supposed to be explained prior to signing were not explained, numbers were different. Didn’t even get the celebratory experience of pictures and whatever else that typically takes place when closing. It really wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Buying a brand new home was so exciting! Watching the different phases get completed was fun. I do wish they cleaned the house better with all the dust left over the windows, counters, drawers, etc. The flat paint is unnecessary. Especially in a 5 and 6 bedroom home. And with stairs. You should really think bigger family picture and spend a little extra money on the semi gloss paint that will last longer for the customer. The yard being on a little slope didn't help the sod stay so there's an empty patch. I felt it was too much greenery in the garden area. I have noticed so many residents removing to add their own color. Maybe that should be limited so it's not a waste of money and plants. They should have a recycling dumpster in the neighborhood. So many people moving in and yet no dumpsters to dispose. But the overall house is great ... More

First off I'd like to say when we moved into our home it was 99.9% perfect any little odds and ends were taken care of within days. We hired a an inspector and along with the inspector and the building manager I was able to trust the entire building process. I was very pleased with the whole process we bought the home with cash so that was a little bit different and we were really not given anything we had to look for everything keys etc etc but that was the only negative. I especially want to thank Sonia our Lennar sales representative along with Richard our building manager he was amazing. Overall it was a smooth experience. They gave me a date when the villa would be done and they were right on target. They were cooperative when it came to touchups that needed done.

At first I was not 100% sure buying from Lennar, as I had done my research and the reviews on the Lennar homes weren't as good….BUT… the experience was great! From the representative to the walkthrough with the builder. So far we are happy with our home. It will never be 100% perfect but I am pleased with it and most importantly I can still reach out to the sales representative about any questions, she responds and is very helpful.

Mostly good Front door does not close easily Have to pull hard to close and engage dead bolt. Trouble with all the window locks engaging to lock windows No pre-plumbing done to make water softener/filter easy to install Too many people involved between sale and move in. Would be nice to have one contact. Lennar track not very user friendly

Employees were polite, but communication was subpar. In addition, workmanship quality was not top notch.

The Lennar team was always responsive and quick to answer all questions.

We have been looking around for new house for more than a year. During that period we had visited many sites with many builders. Finally we landed our decision with Lennar , mainly because of 1) quality 2) price 3) service and overall experience with sales agents, service agents, site supervisor and on time closing!

Lennar mortgage is the worst! I may NOT purchase Lennar house in the future purely because of the terrible loan officer from Lennar. I have submitted my complaints about my loan officer and nobody has ever contacted me.

We selected Lennar because it was building homes in the area we wanted to live. No other builders really had inventory in our our price range and timeline. What a mistake! Worst experience I've ever had. They were late completing the home. The mortgage division is incompetent. They cost us thousands of dollars due to their mistakes.

From Agent in the Palm River neighborhood that told us so many things that weren't true or factual in anyway ( Like the Ring Camera that we specifically asked about multi times). She never communicated throughout the process. The price of the home changed multi times. The walk through had a considerably more bluetape markup and issues then any standard. the final closing a week later more than half of the stuff was not fixed or addressed and has carried on for weeks to them properly addressed and have not been able to fully move in the home almost two months later for lack of issues being addressed like the marks on the tile flooring. the place was never really clean at all on move in day. I had to spend hundreds of dollars in cleaning supplies and tools to do it myself. ... More

Richard seemed like a glorified babysitter over workers but really knew nothing. Lee knew more .House was DEFINATELY not checked for problems and repaired before sale was complete.

Great starter or retirement home.

Several items could have been made much better in this experience. From a quality standpoint every item, and there we a lot, could have been done the right way the first time and kept everybody's stress level down. Most items are as cheap as they can go, cabinets, closures..... We never got the trustworthiness we would have liked. We built in a 55 plus, and most of the time you just got an automated e-mail, hardly ever a person to explain, and they would come 5 at a time. Been nice to have that one person with you from start to finish. When you call who you think you should they tell you it is another department. For the price paid we would have hoped for some input, colors, options on hardware, upgrades, additional outlets. This is immediately shut down, they are building what they want and take it or leave it. The responsiveness to the issues was pretty good, roof tiles, roof leaks, walls, cabinets, floors, garage doors. Just a shame you have to have all these crews come back in and do the fire drill. Pay attention when you do the walk through. Know you will have to do extra cleaning. They are very good about coming to do repairs on the punch list.

All services and questions were aways answered in a timely manner.
