Correction of issues, which were not many, was outstanding.

I've had a few issues not so much with the house but with the homeowners association. Next to impossible to get anyone to respond. Adam, whom was the first person from Lennar I talked to to get the ball rolling for the buying process has gone way and above in helping resolve my issues with them. Adam deserves the most credit in this home buying process. My walk through guy was awesome as well. Explaining to a T everything about everything. Again he needs an applause.

I was not thrilled with the lending team, but every other aspect has been smooth and helpful.

Purchased a home in Ventana community end of Dec 2019. Had a few issues which were resolved relatively quickly. One took a much longer time but was finally resolved to our liking. The construction manager was extremely responsive, the subcontractors not so much. The house was a good value for a basic home, however you will need to add the extras at your time and $$. Minor pet peeves include the backyard patio is a postage stamp size, no doorbell, front door opens backwards and no lights outside of the garage. Other issue is the clubhouse and pool are still under construction however not being built by Lennar. There are three builders in this subdivision and you can tell from the curb which ones are Lennar and that is not necessarily a good thing. All in all good value if you can do your own upgrades. ... My husband and I bought our first home last year. We love the area. We wish that it was better planning on the set up for guests parking ( guests’ spaces for the homes in the back). We noticed this property is about to be huge, hope they are planning to have another pool, dog park and playground for these kids to go. Besides that Lennar has been good. We noticed some things could be better, but it’s not a complete turn off. We would buy again from Lennar.

Good homes

We have been running into some cosmetic issues which we addressed immediately especially since the warranty would expired whiting a year. After that you on your own This is a beautiful house that has mostly everything we were looking for base on our family dynamics.

Lennar employees were professional. Especially John, he was always helping me out and my neighbors on Rose Petal Street. The only thing I don't like is the fact that is they built off another neighborhood, so most people close to Twin Creeks come to our neighborhood pool. A gated community would of made this place better .

Over all a positive experience with a decent quality construction and amenities. My minor dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the builder did not install a single ceiling fan and sprinklers for lawn in the backyard.

I got a quick response for my ticket. I also got some one to check and report the issue. how ever it was not fixed because those lawn water was coming from neighbor's lawn.

Overall Lennar homes are good and cost effective. Only thing - they forgot to deactivate home door code and the burners on the gas stove got stolen

Overall satisfied with quality of home. Could have used better customer service on going over all aspects of appliances, sprinkler system etc. service issues to repair takes along time to get fixed.

Easy online closing and good instructions to use appliances.

Ally did a great job showing us the exact location we were looking for. Small issue that have come up were taken care of right away. Really enjoy the amenities and the friendly people who we live around. Closing was not a positive experience because they closed on so many homes on the day assigned to us.

Overall it was a smooth experience. They gave me a date when the villa would be done and they were right on target. They were cooperative when it came to touchups that needed done.

Hi Lennar - My Overall Home buying Experience with Lennar is good, Couple of minor Issues couple of things which Lennar might Have done better. I give my highest rating to Sales Representaive and Mortgage Finance Representative., They are very polite , ready to help when I need clarification. 1)Final Home Owner walk thru might have been better, Construction Manager was handling many closing at same Time which ended up not handing over the keys. 2)Lennar Title didn't pay HOi Insurance premium to the Right Insurance due to administrative error which ended Insurance company sending Insurance cancellation notice. The loan process could be improved with better communication and more timely responses to questions from our loan officer. We could have locked in at lower rate and was discouraged to do so by loan officer and then it went up. I wish we had more finished home at closing. More attention to detail by the super would have avoided a lot of unnecessary tickets, however, the people handling the tickets after closing have been the best to deal with! (Josh, Maria & Matt). Still waiting on a few things to be resolved and we are 7 weeks after closing that were noted and should have been handled before we ever closed. ... More

Throughout the process I was able to communicate with everyone I needed and the responses were timely.

We are very happy with our home now, but the builders were very sloppy, and we had a lot of cleanup to take care of when we moved in to our place. The grounds in our subdivision are still cluttered with all kinds of construction trash. It is a shame that the company does not take more pride in what is left behind.

Lennar’s model is to build a lot of nice homes quickly. Community well planned and they streamline the process for output. This means no customization and a little less Quality Control than I would like. But, they fix the problems and the price gives you room to go back and customize the things you really want. They even worked with us to change lots mid-process. Overall. We are very happy
