The house is built very well overall. However, the completion was rushed and the walk throughs were a set time without asking us our needs. The Forman, Cass was great but the burden to complete the 7-page punch list was all his and he was beardly able completed most of it before the closing the same day. The Title company was great to work with and flexible to our needs. We have built four other homes in our history that in included two with U.S. Homes one Rutenberg and one DR. Horton. The quality of the inside of our new house is about a 4 about out of 5 and the same as Rutenberg. A few problems of poor workmanship and poor-quality show that was very disappointing. A few doors inside the house were hung like a 6th grader did the work. Some of the floor tiles were chipped and the grout in the on-suite shower mistake (chair on wrong side) repair was low quality and slopy work. The air unit was not balanced and the was causing us to have high humidity. The warranty person Jeff (great person) from the air company is working on the problem, Why the closet door for the inside air unit is not a louvered door is a poor design mistake that I have not seen in 40 years of new home builds. The landscaping is overdone and we cannot get out of our cars parked on the driveway without stepping on a plant, Although the grass is growing in now and look very good in the front, the amount of dead grass squares left by the people did the work is a just case pure laziness. If the square is dead when installing it, put a live/green one down in its place. Would I recommend a Lennar home to other, YES, but common scene would say slow down the process a little. Do not put the burden on the costumer / your client by saying "Oh just put in a work order and it will get fixed after you close". That is the perception that is given to the new homeowners. ... The quality of our home is excellent. We are longtime florida residents and have lived in several homes built by us and by far Lennar pays close attention to details and the amount of extras given to the homeowner far surpasses any builder we have worked with...

Jeff and Yumiko were absolutely amazing. Our remote closing was a breeze. Marie lacked communication with us during underwriting and came off as rude in multiple emails with how things were worded. We were excited to take a photo with the congratulations sign on the garage but it was taken down before we got half way done with our final walkthrough. While other houses that sold after ours have had the sign up for multiple days. If we were to buy another home through Lennar we would gladly do so again.

As a first time homebuyer, my experience with staff was very satisfying. I feel I received a great value and would recommend it to anyone to shop with Lenar homebuilders. My only issue was I expected to close on June or July 2024 but the house was completed sooner and I was forced to close February 28 of 24. Vivian, my g Guide was very helpful and gave me attention at my calling. It is a pleasant experience to have someone be so attentive.

Good experience overall! Very responsive to customer queries. Good quality property! This is our second purchase already!

The main issues were that they should completely test units before turning them over to the homeowner. Our dishwasher was not plugged in we thought it was broken. Also our AC unit was overcharged with freon we had to call the manufacture to come out to tell us it was overcharged and they fixed it.

Overall it was a smooth experience. They gave me a date when the villa would be done and they were right on target. They were cooperative when it came to touchups that needed done.

At first I was not 100% sure buying from Lennar, as I had done my research and the reviews on the Lennar homes weren't as good….BUT… the experience was great! From the representative to the walkthrough with the builder. So far we are happy with our home. It will never be 100% perfect but I am pleased with it and most importantly I can still reach out to the sales representative about any questions, she responds and is very helpful.

The Lennar team was always responsive and quick to answer all questions.

Hi Lennar - My Overall Home buying Experience with Lennar is good, Couple of minor Issues couple of things which Lennar might Have done better. I give my highest rating to Sales Representaive and Mortgage Finance Representative., They are very polite , ready to help when I need clarification. 1)Final Home Owner walk thru might have been better, Construction Manager was handling many closing at same Time which ended up not handing over the keys. 2)Lennar Title didn't pay HOi Insurance premium to the Right Insurance due to administrative error which ended Insurance company sending Insurance cancellation notice. Pretty good experience with Lennar Home and closing. On closing day, the issues to fix and the cleanliness of house could have been better. Had to delay closing one day to fix issues. Could use better quality appliances, especially in washer, dryer and dishwasher. Should have left a little touch up paint also.

Good points: the exterior walls of the property are made of all concrete. I've only had minor issues which were repaired quickly. Lennar could have done a better job prepping me for the move-in. No one told me that I needed to be present for the walk through and I couldn't close until I did. No one told me that cable was included with my HOA so I spent hours with Spectrum getting it set up. This is all the responsibility of the sales office. They need to get organized. They wasted a lot of my time.

Overall experience was very positive.

The loan process could be improved with better communication and more timely responses to questions from our loan officer. We could have locked in at lower rate and was discouraged to do so by loan officer and then it went up. I wish we had more finished home at closing. More attention to detail by the super would have avoided a lot of unnecessary tickets, however, the people handling the tickets after closing have been the best to deal with! (Josh, Maria & Matt). Still waiting on a few things to be resolved and we are 7 weeks after closing that were noted and should have been handled before we ever closed. ... More

We bought a villa in December 2022 and were told that our move in date was late June, but that was changed to late August. For a second time it was changed to late October. We ended up purchasing a slightly larger home for a higher price. This experience put u under a lot of stress, but we are happy in our new home.

Throughout the process I was able to communicate with everyone I needed and the responses were timely.

We are very happy with our home now, but the builders were very sloppy, and we had a lot of cleanup to take care of when we moved in to our place. The grounds in our subdivision are still cluttered with all kinds of construction trash. It is a shame that the company does not take more pride in what is left behind.

Lennar’s model is to build a lot of nice homes quickly. Community well planned and they streamline the process for output. This means no customization and a little less Quality Control than I would like. But, they fix the problems and the price gives you room to go back and customize the things you really want. They even worked with us to change lots mid-process. Overall. We are very happy

The buying experience with Lennar is as one might expect, A large company getting through a lot of detail in a streamlined manner. Some things fall through the cracks and they do a pretty good job of fixing those things. From a buyer’s perspective it seems like having the ability to make changes in the home at an early stage makes the purchase more attractive. Being unable to decide what the end result will be makes the home a cookie cutter product. When you are putting up your life savings it’s hard to understand that a company doesn’t understand that 8 or 10 different homes isn’t enough of a choice in possibilities to make thousands of different personalities happy with their finished product. People have different day to day lives. They want a home that works for them. ... More
