I wasn't here for the repair work, but my parents were. They told me the workers were very nice and professional.

We have been in the home for about 2 months and so far haven’t had any issues, and any that we did have were taken cared of very quickly

good builder but have a problem with their tile company. Lennar tiled my whole house minus the bedrooms and was promised that at least 2 full cases of tile in the dye lot would be left in house prior to closing. Owner of tile company. John Grimmer who i spoke to personally, said he bring the day after closing which never happened. I offer to buy additional cases at retail price to have more tile on hand in case of a sub surface crack or any damage after closing. Many months later the warranty people made him bring tile which unfortunately does not match. These types of sub contractors take away from the good name of this reputable builder. I was given incorrect information when I first looked at the house and decided to purchase! Upon my final walkthrough I found out a refrigerator wasn't included in the price. I was told all you would need to buy is a washer and dryer. I was also told there tile would continue from the master bath into the walk-in closet when I asked if there would be tile or carpet in the master bedroom walk-in closet. I had planned to have tile installed in both bedrooms so that was an unexpected expense! I also wasn't told that there's not in ground sprinklers in the backyard. I had questioned what they meant by irrigation wasn't included and was told it was just the electricity to run the sprinkler system not that there wasn't any sprinkler system in the backyard and I would have to use city water and a sprinkler to water my backyard! ... Great value for the money, insane level of amenities , just an awesome place to retire

The buying process was ok but Lennar Title was not very communicative and I needed to chase after any changes to be made or to get info. The house itself was exactly what I was looking for and had the basic items tastefully done. If there was an issue, Lennar would fix it, but knowing how to access them was tough and the info needed to be gathered from sales staff. There have been some things that needed correction. Mostly, they were taken care of timely. However, some were not, so that was frustrating. Information needs to be shared better with new residents in some type of all-in-one packet from financing to ARC to maintenance. I am looking forward to the clubhouse being done to give everyone an opportunity to meet and greet! All in all, I am very happy with my new home! ... More

My first time looking at the 55+, I was very impressed. My salesman John Malone was patient with me since I was just looking and not ready to purchase. He checked in with me every few months to see where I was at with purchasing a home. When I was ready, he showed me the inventory that was available and I went to closing within a month. It was a great experience for me and I would not hesitate to refer others to him.

They delivered on the time frame for completing our new home.

From purchase to closing to move in to resolution of issues the Lennar team was competent, helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. In a relatively short period of time we settled in and feel comfortable in our new home.

Excellent quality and Value. Small issues repaired promptly. Missed a 5 Star overall as the HOA/Lagoon information and figures was extremely poor. The Lagoon Sign Up process is totally dysfunctional and affects your reputation.

PLEASE double check all plumbing and electrical before you accept the home. My home has an issue with the lights dimming when you plug in the vacuum. NOT acceptable and still not fixed after 45 days. It's been a challenge to have the electrician address any electrical issues.

We loved what the community offers and liked the house and lot right away. Buying the house was much more intense and demanding with all the new requirements. The sales agent was great, as were the finance people, although the pressure to complete the mortgage application was strong. The walk through was called a "celebration" which was confusing, and there was little or no give on items we wanted addressed. I would have appreciated help with interior paint. I was disappointed that most bathroom drawers were fakes, and there is no medicine cabinet. Mostly I would have appreciated that the interior could have been painted with some color. Buying with Lennar was a pretty easy process. The separation of Lennar companies was a bit difficult to navigate I.e. Lennar construction, Lennar mortgage, and Lennar sales.

John our sales representative was excellent to deal with, always answered when called. Joel our lender was also wonderful. The home has some minor issues when we moved in but overall Lennar has been responsive and took care of most issues.Overall love the neighborhood

Over all a positive experience with a decent quality construction and amenities. My minor dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the builder did not install a single ceiling fan and sprinklers for lawn in the backyard.

Overall, it's worth for the money. But I feel they could have provided a bit more quality items for the same price. As an example, in guest bathrooms, they are proving small tiles, very labor intensive, and needs more cleaning by homeowners on a weekly basis. Instead, they could have provided either big tiles/less labor or even the new cheap big vinyl sheets. No basic fixtures like toilet paper holders in bathrooms.

I got a quick response for my ticket. I also got some one to check and report the issue. how ever it was not fixed because those lawn water was coming from neighbor's lawn.

Overall Lennar homes are good and cost effective. Only thing - they forgot to deactivate home door code and the burners on the gas stove got stolen

Overall satisfied with quality of home. Could have used better customer service on going over all aspects of appliances, sprinkler system etc. service issues to repair takes along time to get fixed.

The closing experience was not good I had questions about some items on the settlement form. It was impossible to talk to someone

Easy online closing and good instructions to use appliances.

We are pleased with our new home. Of course there were a few minor issues, but each has been addressed as we have brought it to Lennar's attention. We have repainted most of the walls in something other than boring white. We have ripped out the bedrooms carpeting and put in vinyl plank flooring. Shelves will go up in the villa and garage. Neighborhood is great, clean, and quiet. The host of activities available to us is Extremely nice. Haven't had a chance yet to take advantage of the Lagoon or Clubhouse area, but we will when we complete moving in and prepping our existing house for sale.
