Loan officer was unresponsive, unhelpful, and didn't seem to know his job very well. After sell, he wouldn't respond anymore. Post settlement, my loan was immediately sold off, even though I paid it off in 3 weeks, it's taken me over a month to get it finalized, and still working on closing it out. Calling the mortgage number will guarantee you a 30-45min wait time every time. Other issues: House shown had more features than house purchased, master shower didn't even have a door in purchased home. Lennar recommended me to the contractor they used to do the rest of the homes in the neighborhood. Cost me $620 (even though I paid over $3k in "upgrades"), and contractor told us it was even a surprise to them, since they had about 50 extra doors that they purchased to do our house and the rest in our area. In General we got very good relations starting with the first visit with Mr Kevin, through signing contract , inspection with Mr rick and Miss Brittany. All was fine throughout the closing. Your people did very good job. Thank you and congratulations

We had a great consultant when we were serious about look that showed all the options and was very upfront about everything from the beginning and did a great job at keeping us posted as it was built. Overall price for a brand new house…. It’s great. You can tell that they are mass produced for some of the rushed jobs and less than average quality on some things, but that’s gonna happen with mass produced homes. With a good final walkthrough and private inspection, they will take care of the touch ups and things noted. There have been a few minor things since we moved in. Some of them have been handled quick and some we have no idea where they are at with coming to fix it. They don’t seal the granite and grout so be prepared to do some finishing on that. Appliances are decent, mid level appliances. Overall for what you get with the brand new house and the warranties, it’s a great deal and totally worth it. Would do it again. Just be prepared to thoroughly inspect, and be persistent if there is something not right or needs fixing. Need to advocate for self but Lennar has been pleasant to work with. ... More

We worked remotely with the builder and a local realtor. The overall selling process was smooth. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. The workmanship and timeliness of addressing post-occupancy issues could be improved. Communication between the builder and the owner could also be better. There is still a bit of confusion as to who is responsible for what after the closing. Is it the builder or HOA?

Many things told such as gated community, golf cart friendly fans in all rooms and water views not happening They say they did not promise it their salespeople did.

Low quality materials and half of the stuff we pointed out on the first walk through weren’t fixed .

I had a great expectations based on the previous reviews from the homebuyers, team and support was great but the carpentry was no where near the expectation, hope they change the carpenter or ask the team to improve the work and get the things done perfectly rather than going with a workaround fixes. There are a lot of places where we can't see unless if we bend, those are the places where they wantedly skip the work or if it is done, that is just a work around! I have raised a lot of carpentry request post moving in, its been more than a month, there are no fixes applied yet!

Our realtor was fantastic and was the best part of the experience. She sent us pictures and kept us updated throughout the process. However the attention to detail was not as fantastic. Paint on the tiles, appliances not hooked up, missing ceiling fan because they just “forgot “ to install and no bath mirrors. I definitely think more attention to detail is important. They did correct the issues we had over the first 3 weeks it just takes a lot of phone calls and time.

The communities Lennar is building are beautiful, just don't expect top of the line materials such as paint, appliances and craftsmanship in EVERY community.

It's a brand new house which is nice. Materials used are very low end. Quality of products could definitely be better. Workmanship also could be better. Lots of debris, construction material, paint droppings, etc left behind.

lennar is a serious and committed company

The Lennar Team was outstanding during the process. My consultant was excellent and bridged the gap with the out if state home buying experience. The process was tailored and streamlined. However, the craftsmanship of the home was was less than my expectation. There were several defects in the details of the home. I had many service calls for the hot water heater after 4 attempts it was finally corrected. The overall construction of the home meets my expectations so far. However the details were subpar. I’m not pleased that the home warranty is only 1 year.

We overall were satisfied with the process.

I just wish they would have put more effort into making the houses perfect.

Customer care reps are difficult to reach Very slow to respond Hoa doesn’t have upto date info on services available in this new community Construction manager Travis is awesome —answer s the phone and goes out of his way to help

Overall a good experience. Some details left behind, we are fixing it since are not major. The grass in the back isdamaged and still no replacement after two months. The value is in line with the product received. I'll buy again from Lennar, but will avoid these mid range properties.

Buying a home with Lennar was a good experience. Anessa the Lennar rep is what truly made it worthwhile. Other than that I have not had any issues so far except for not enough coats of paint on the wall and having to kill bugs inside the house due to them leaving windows open etc while building the houses.

Also, another item is the toilet roll holder, I asked for someone to call back and no one has yet ( 2 weeks ago ), Seems that the holder will not hold any roll that we've used. Right now we use it as a hand towel holder?

I have had some problems inside and outside the home, which have not yet been resolved and have been reported at the time
