they are pushing these houses out so fast that a lot of things aren’t finished by closing and the final product is rushed. workers don’t take pride in their work and very sloppy. glue on floors, paint on tile and granite. Paint not even finished in some areas. no pride taken in their work and appears they are hiring people who don’t really know how to built. pieces being cut to small and still using those pieces. my cabinets have dents in them, like they had been dropped and still used. cracks in floor before moving in. door knobs don’t work right. sockets and lights put on crooked and not ...

Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. Cheap basic build

Not a good experience with the sales manager and her forcing us to close on the house to meet month ends numbers when repairs and gas line leak needed to be fixed. They threatened that if we didn't close even though there were major issues that they would put us in default and we would have to pay late fees. For our initial walkthrough the home was a mess, wasn't cleaned and debris all over but wanted to close on time and blame us despite these issues

We bought a villa in December 2022 and were told that our move in date was late June, but that was changed to late August. For a second time it was changed to late October. We ended up purchasing a slightly larger home for a higher price. This experience put u under a lot of stress, but we are happy in our new home.

Lennar has combined the three most important things when building a quality home. First is design….modern, efficient and attentive to what the new home buyer really needs. Second is name brand quality….. Lennar purchases huge quantities of products which enables them to only use the best materials. Sherwin Williams, Carrier and Moen (not just faucets but even the disposal!)……just to name a few. Home was supposed to be completed in 5/2023 which is the reason we selected the property. We were then told it would close in June 2023. We coordinated the sale of our residence to coincide with the closing date in June. The closing was then pushed out to July 2023. We did a walk through of the property several days before the closing and marked numerous items that needed to be repaired (cracked tiles, cracked pavers, exterior issues, dead landscaping, missing sod in numerous places, missing blinds, bugs, not cleaned, missing caulking, drywall issues, holes in concrete, etc). Too many problems throughout the process. Starting out with many misinformation while dealing with the selling consultant. A significant amount of builder fee had not been told until after the down payment was made. Slow responses to requests throughout the entire process. Finance advisor was the worst, not being responsive, giving high mortgage rate and manipulating the closing disclosure to keep it high. I ended up paying a much higher closing cost than expected even after seller incentive. Lack of communication among different groups within Lennar, between Construction and Closing, ...

At the beginning of the purchase, everything went smoothly and fast. When closing came the house was inspected and a few things were defective. The workers had left broken tiles on the roof some were replaced but not all of them. The laundry room had a bad connecting outlet for the washer machine we had to replace. My refrigerator had no water nor ice coming out they promised it would immediately get fixed here We are two month later and no one has been able to fix it, Apparently the water hose was never connected to the water line under the kitchen sink. Throughout the whole process, they were threats of taking the house. They were just extortion of making us pay more money just because they felt like it forcing us to use their lender even though their lender would never respond to me sometimes at all or I will take four or five days. The sales rep was very short and disrespectful. All around a horrible customer service. They acted as if we did not matter and if something didn’t work out, they could just sell it to somebody else. They didn’t want to help us work through any issues. I just wanted to try to take the house from us.

The purchase was smooth and closing was wonderful. The house is beautifully designed but workmanship of tiles and crown molding could be better and more professional done. There appears no quality inspection to the work so many outlets has no power, the water stays in the shower seat instead of running off, granite joints not finished or missing seals, crown molding should be done in one continuous piece or the finish look as one piece. The sales person was awesome to deal with through the whole process and is the only person that helped me resolved major construction issues. The Lennar Construction Rep was not knowledgeable and lacked insight and dedication to resolve issues identified by me or a 3rd party inspector. Now I’m dealing with major and minor construction warranty issues with no follow up by a new Lennar Warranty rep. Seems like it’s a common thing.

1. poor communication within departments; no one takes ownership; it's a pass-the-hot potato mentality. We were told.. “to sign this” with no exceptions or you can't close, with issues pending. House was dirty with bugs and spider, paint in the rugs. 2. Day one range did not work, had to wait 3 weeks to get it fix, and no one cared. 3. Electrical issues, took you 31/2 weeks to get it fixed, and you knew it was a known issue. You could care less if we had power. 4. Loan officer's poor communication had to chase the officer down to lock in my rate. 5. Would not recommend
