I a sense se are happy with our new home. The only issue we had is after you move and how responsive are the knolowgist. We have a lot of issues that still have not been taken care. For example our shower base in the bathroom we have on the master room came defective. A new shower base was put on but till this time have pass more than three weeks and we still not able to use it. The drywall and ceramic tile have not been installed yet. Our double blind was replace but the blind used was defective.

It was a great experience. I received attention from some of the team and assistance in completing the data until I finally reached the completion of the house purchase process. However, I would like in the future for things to be smoother and more flexible when selling and for everything to be explained before signing the contract. I recommend dealing with Lanar. You are a truly excellent choice.

Jay is not the best at checking in or communicating with his clients. Numerous promises made at final walk through without any follow through. Chris has been awesome. He is timely, responsive and follows through immediately with any and every need- going above and beyond.

There's always gonna be something wrong whether it's a new build or an older home. With that being said, the luxury of having a new build is that you have warranties. Lennar was helpful with the interest rate and closing cost. I just wish that when you do need a repair they would make it easier without always happening to have a virtual meeting even though you upload pictures and videos from that then somebody will come out which is another day, you have to takeoff and then for them to fulfill the order and that's if it's done correctly, the first time around.

Tom in the office was great. Sharmin in customer care was excellent. John and Travis, both construction managers, could use some training on repairs and communication with homeowners.

Our sales rep, Aaron was fantastic. He was and still is a great resource to continue to have. Our lender, Peter, through Lennar was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process seamless. The woman in Lennar title, Leigh, was incredibly condescending and rude the handful of times we had to speak with her. We had to deal with her at the very end of the purchase process and she really put a sour taste in our mouths. We realize we cannot expect perfection, however, when you are spending $600k+ on a home, you have high expectations. - The finishes used are incredibly cheap and outdated - Some of the contractors used did not take time or pride in their work and it shows - The grass installed was dead in most areas when we did our walkthrough and this was mentioned and nothing was done - The home was missing about 15% of insulation in our attic. This has since been resolved after 1 month of living here. - Anywhere there is tile, grout haze and stains are plentiful. We don’t expect absolute cleanliness when we move in, but the grout stains should be removed, as they don’t come off easily. - When receiving the home, there was a clear miss on providing details related to the community, HOA, trash service etc. There should be a packet of information for the homeowner. Good thing Aaron, our sales rep, is around and has helped us navigate it all. - We even had a contractor walk into our home post-move, with his own key opened the door and walked right in. He was very apologetic, but the fact that this happened was not great. These are just some of the issues that we’ve experienced. I’m thankful to have some things fixed/corrected but others cannot be. Each builder will have their pros/cons, I just wish these homes weren’t built so quickly because the quality tends to decline when you have contractors just doing whatever they can, however fast they can, to finish the job and move to the next. ... The houses were put up too fast and there was a lot of mistakes that lennar made in our house . I had a wonderful project manager that was on top of getting most of them done to this point. Some others were not as lucky as we were with our project manager .

We have had multiple major issues that should not have passed through the construction stage. We have multiple counter top issues, the wrong colored glass slider, and the new GE appliances are damaged and installed incorrectly and multiple bathroom vents leak during heavy rains. The warranty service manger is helping deal with the items, but as a construction professional myself it is disappointing that these items were deemed acceptable. When you pay for a new home you want the quality that is expected for what is payed. You will always have finishing issues and small items like drywall, flooring, etc. but the major issues that we have had to deal with should not be the allowed standard during construction. ... More

Pay close attention during your walkthrough. We found many issues including: damaged cabinets, broken tiles, poor paint work, etc. Don’t ask for any deviations from there plan as they are generally not very flexible. Warranty team has been very helpful.

Day of closing home was not ready, all the issues get transferred to Home Warranty, it takes a long time and you buy a new home with things damaged or not finished and now you have to take care of it, make the calls then wait for a video call, then take time off work. I expected to have my home ready but sadly it was not, promised things were going to get done before we came back from our closing and it was not done. The people that work for Lennar are very nice but they are overwhelmed and over worked.

Love walking in my house. The view outside my glass sliding door is enchanting. I see water. Trees, and sometimes birds.

Builder rushes to get houses completed. Many items were missed in the house and still waiting 2 months for items to get replaced and/or installed. Construction workers are slobs & don't care if they dump garbage everywhere or block your home.

A nice over all experience. A bit disappointing on quality of materials and hardware. Quality of workmanship could be improved.

Lennar is a massive homebuilder. Given the current housing market situation in Florida, my wife and I are more than pleased with our purchase and price point. Just go into the process knowing that all the finishes and custom touches you like will likely not be added in the price. All the major areas of construction is of good build quality.

New home consultant and Loan officer was very helpful in my home buying process. They really went above and beyond.

The purchase price is reasonable. Overall, it's a good experience.

Our home consultant was really helpful. Overall we are happy with our new home but it was unfinished when we received the keys. It has taken time but they are responding to our request.

The builder did a great job.

As of right now the only thing I’m not happy with is the matting under the carpet it doesn’t feel even under your feet. And when I’m there full time in July I’m going to issue a repair or replace ticket. But other than that I love the home.

Certain promises were made and kept, others were not.

All walkthroughs; initial and final needs to be better. At final walkthrough our home looked like it needed a lot of touchup that a 5 year old can see. Not sure why this was taken care of before we went so we could spend limited time we had on important issues. Aesthetically it just was ready. People who giving the walkthroughs especially for us the initial walkthrough here wasnt very good as the guy seemed like rushing us and gave us very litttle info on the home, eqiipment etc

No basis to star rate last 2, so we provided a non-committal 3 stars each What does Trustworthiness mean in this context? And fortunately, we haven't had to judge that. But, I really don't know what you're looking for in the last two. We're basically happy with the house and the community. Annoying items: 1.No ceiling lights in bedrooms and living/dining rooms Lennar rep (mostly very nice and helpful) said some want lights, others, ceiling fans. Our solution: ask the new owners before finalizing. What a thought!?! 2. Ditto for kitchen faucet. No flexible hose spray nozzle. I don't think I've been in a home since the 60's that didn't have a sprayer. I'm having to have an outside plumber do it. 3. The front door opens OUTWARD. Almost everyone who comes in comments on that. Not very shopping bags and boxes friendly. The items above are not deal breakers, but certainly annoying, and we either deal with them with our checkbook or have 3 important negatives in what will almost assuredly be our final home at 74 and 68 years of age. ... While the sales contact I worked with did seem like a used car dealer, he did stay late to get the sale. Lennar hasbeen caught with their hands in the cookie jar a few times. Lennar owns Eagle Mortgage and Eagle Mortgage owns the appraisal company. This allows them to get to closing quickly, which is very nice for the buyer. It also makes it very easy for lennar to put loan packages together that it shouldn't. I am lucky, most of the process was easy and efficient. It's not the best build quality in the final touches, but it is a solid house.

Over all I’m satisfied with my new home. I knew going in what to expect. Lower end fixtures and appliances, drywall work definitely not the best but about what I expected from a track home. People at lennar very helpful but slow to respond to minor issues. Never did get my garage keys and bathroom exhaust fan never has worked.
