I did not have the opportunity to talk with the builders as my home was already completed when I moved in. I am still trying to get the Survey and pictures for my home which has not been successful as I keep getting the runaround from Lennar. I have pictures of my neighbors homes and survey information but not mine. I was told to take my phone camera and take pictures of my home? It has been 5 months and I cannot do any work on my home until I get this information. So disappointed with Lennar and all the runaround I have been getting.

HOA process is extensive

While I don't love all of the things about Lennar, I will say their response time to issues is amazing. I don't like the fact that after your final walk through, they will address no cosmetic issues. Some things simply aren't seen until you move in. I had an outstanding salesperson and the customer care person is equally terrific. They should fire their painters.

Correction of issues, which were not many, was outstanding.

Overall very happy with the home.but we feel there are things that Lennar could have done to make it better Ali sale person and Shawn Lennar Representative was outstanding in helping us even after we moved in to are new how

I've had a few issues not so much with the house but with the homeowners association. Next to impossible to get anyone to respond. Adam, whom was the first person from Lennar I talked to to get the ball rolling for the buying process has gone way and above in helping resolve my issues with them. Adam deserves the most credit in this home buying process. My walk through guy was awesome as well. Explaining to a T everything about everything. Again he needs an applause.

I was not thrilled with the lending team, but every other aspect has been smooth and helpful.

I loved that everything was included.

Although they are a huge builder, their warranty service made up for any small details that needed attention after we moved in.

Quality is a little better than average. Construction supervisor was excellent. Don't let them rush you to closing. Make sure all of your quality and construction issues are completed first.

Purchased a home in Ventana community end of Dec 2019. Had a few issues which were resolved relatively quickly. One took a much longer time but was finally resolved to our liking. The construction manager was extremely responsive, the subcontractors not so much. The house was a good value for a basic home, however you will need to add the extras at your time and $$. Minor pet peeves include the backyard patio is a postage stamp size, no doorbell, front door opens backwards and no lights outside of the garage. Other issue is the clubhouse and pool are still under construction however not being built by Lennar. There are three builders in this subdivision and you can tell from the curb which ones are Lennar and that is not necessarily a good thing. All in all good value if you can do your own upgrades. ... The appliances was standard

Overall we were very satisfied, when houses are built this fast you would expect some defects

The only issue I had was with closing. Keys did not work and it took 2 months to get locks replaced to a matching set of deadbolts. I had go through the garage and leave the door unlocked to access my home. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone unless there is a service ticket out. The construction manager lied to me on multiple occasions and then stopped responding altogether.

The only issue is the landscaping . The grass was not laid down properly and it has a lot of holes.

I think Lennar did a pretty good job of building this community. They were definitely responsive when I needed additional work to be done.

My husband and I bought our first home last year. We love the area. We wish that it was better planning on the set up for guests parking ( guests’ spaces for the homes in the back). We noticed this property is about to be huge, hope they are planning to have another pool, dog park and playground for these kids to go. Besides that Lennar has been good. We noticed some things could be better, but it’s not a complete turn off. We would buy again from Lennar.

Fairly decent house at a reasonable price. Lawn grass to the rear of the house attracts a lot of weeds. Windows should be in the bathrooms

I guess you get what you pay for.

After living in the house for a couple of months, my wife and I notice that there are paint spatters on the carpets and other flat surfaces, uneven floors on the second floor, poor grout cleanup on floor tiles through out the house. Agreed that these items are not huge issues (except for the uneven floors upstairs) but with these issues, 5 stars is not possible.

We have been running into some cosmetic issues which we addressed immediately especially since the warranty would expired whiting a year. After that you on your own This is a beautiful house that has mostly everything we were looking for base on our family dynamics.

Lennar employees were professional. Especially John, he was always helping me out and my neighbors on Rose Petal Street. The only thing I don't like is the fact that is they built off another neighborhood, so most people close to Twin Creeks come to our neighborhood pool. A gated community would of made this place better .
