Have serious drainage issues both sides of home and backyard. Sod has been in for months and hasn’t grown like it should, have had reps come out and virtual calls twice and no results. Have reported this to construction managers on multiple occasions have been ignored. I am not happy with Lennar at this point. For the price we paid for these homes these issues should be resolved. We have only been here for 7 weeks.

Customer service personnel were courteous. No towel rack or toilet paper holder ln bathrooms. No trees in backyard. These should be standard. Homes should have a back patio. Not worth the money. Very disappointed with Lennar. Lots of trouble calls to fix issues in the first month.

The purchase was smooth and closing was wonderful. The house is beautifully designed but workmanship of tiles and crown molding could be better and more professional done. There appears no quality inspection to the work so many outlets has no power, the water stays in the shower seat instead of running off, granite joints not finished or missing seals, crown molding should be done in one continuous piece or the finish look as one piece. We didn’t have a dryer to use for a month after repotting the problem. Plumber came said it is GE problem and finally the connection was done in 15 minutes and it could be done before closing. Finally, I am still waiting for the keys to my front door and hoping I will get the right key one day. ... More

I think the quality of workmanship should have been better supervised because we found many mistakes/imperfections that I feel should have been caught during the building phase. As a first time buyer, I was able to identify a lot of mistakes and I am left wondering what else was shortcut on or simply subpar which I have not yet identified. Also, now that the closing has taken place, it seems difficult to reach any of those involved in the process prior. As questions/concerns appear, i believe it would be extremely helpful if someone or a small designated team were available to address such concerns. ... More

We moved into our house and several things still needed fixing! From painting, fixing a door that wouldn’t close to cabinets that have major cracks in them, under bathroom cabinets that have not been sealed or painted, caulking around one of the toilets to the master shower drain being plugged with debris and wouldn’t drain at all. That took 3 times coming 1 to see what was wrong, the other two times to “snake the drain” before it finally worked. In a nutshell it looked they they just threw it together at the end! We’ve contacted the contractor and site manager numerous times. Some things have been resolved but the cabinets won’t be replaced until March! This is so unacceptable! ... More

The home has a nice floor plan and amenities. However, several customer care items remain incomplete. Customer Care contact is slow to respond.

The home buying process was great! Ashely was AMAZING!!! She was there for us throughout the entire process. As for the builder Lennar, they make BEAUTIFUL homes/layouts. However, because they're rushing to complete everything, they're half-assing important details. We've had MULTIPLE issues since before closing and well after closing. Issues from electrical to appliances to sod to plumbing, to name a few. I don't think it's Lennar's fault, however, they're not overseeing that these things are in proper working condition prior to closing. No one should have to close and then have to deal with these issues weeks or months after moving in. We literally have spent the first 4 weeks after closing trying to get things fixed. It's frustrating. And when an order is placed on their site, it either takes time for them to get back to you or you as the homeowner need to contact either the plumbing, electrical. appliancce companies. Not fair at all! And I'm STILL dealing with issues 8 weeks later! ... More

There are no Bathroom Accessories so I had to buy all of the items in the two Bathrooms after the sale. Also, the Warranty people have been slow to repair a water leak. It was reported 6 weeks ago and still has not been resolved.

We are enjoying our new home, but as we actually live in the place we have started to noticed a few things. I think one of the biggest issues is a lack of quality workmanship. There are paint splatters everywhere, we even have a paint footprint in our entryway. Didn't notice it at first because it blends in with tile colors but when the light hits it just right....boom...there it is. Speaking of the tile floor...several high spots..nothing major...just enough to notice when you walk barefoot. Trim work....well a lot of chalk in some places to compensate. IN general a lack of care....we also have dried grout on our shower floor which so far I have not been able to remove. Is the house built well....I think so....I just wish they took more pride in their work. ... More

After moving in, in less than 2 weeks a couple of things in the house were deteriorating showing the poor workmanship and the cheap materials used to build the house. After moving in I opened a window due to the smell of cleaning supplies when opening the window all of the window seal came off. First time passing mop and a piece of the cabinet molding on the floor just came off without even touching it. The seal or caulking on the floor used to seal the cabinet totally cracked (all this after 2 weeks of moving in) On the master bathroom one of the sinks is fully loose, the seal or calking was poorly applied so the sink is fully loose. These thing I can maybe see happening after a couple of years being in the house but not 2 weeks after moving in. Regarding responsiveness they do respond but they do take their time, when moving there were some issues with appliances it was taken care off but I had to be on top of it, calling over and over would be promised a date and they would never show up and wouldn't answer messages in a timely manner. ... It was our understanding when making the decision on buying in this neighborhood, that there was going tp be a dog park and playground put in. I can't get answers on the timeline for thus and the one person who responded was the previous construction manager who said here doesn't think they're doing it anymore. The buying process itself was great but a couple months later we are missing out on what was a huge selling point for us on this neighborhood...

Attention to details as discussed in person. Several items we discussed were left incomplete from the original report. I did advise that my home back in GA was closing and I needed things listed completed. Less than month into my new home and we have a leak in the guest bathroom that I found while storing some things away. When I walked through final inspection, home was still being worked on. Told it would be cleaned and ready to go, but it was not. Nonetheless, I had to move and get ready to go back to work asap. At this point I’ll do my best to cleanup and repair / replace items left off. Carlo Torres was a great to work with. Answered all my questions and kept me on other available property’s within the community. When I lost the first property to another buyer, he quickly worked with me to locate another model within a few days. ... More

The prebuilt town homes have very cheap appliances. I had to replace all of the appliances. The town homes also do not come with can lights throughout, so expensive to add on a town home with upstairs. It is a dark place later when the sun goes down. I had a lot of issues since I moved in which is not normal, as I have purchased 3 new homes in the past from different builders without any issues.

This is a brand new home. We are aware it's not custom still doesn't mean when you move in there should be so many issues. Stop using the cheapest materials. We hung a small picture and the sheet rocks just fell apart. We have had a problem with almost every Appliance. I told my son I wanted new because I felt it was less stress I was wrong. The Trades were horrible. Cabinets were Cheap and doors warped. We've had so many problems. That being said. The staff is fantastic from sales,Mortgage,title and even after the sale they were great.. this is my advice if anyone wants to improve. Stop using useless trades to save a buck.have your construction Forman walk through the home prior to the customer walk through and then have the customer once its fixed..When we walked through it was a hot mess very disappointing. Even though they fixed 90% it just showed how the workmanship was crap.. ... More

The quality of some materials are not the best for this type of construction that is a good class.I have spoken whith the people of customer care (Nikko)and his feedback has been none.I still waiting for a new number for claim and visit my home.

Easy process. Sales support was good. Usual sales tactics. Took some follow up for aftersell warranty fixes.

I love my villa but very disappointed in the quality of work. To get things fixed takes forever I would say make sure you check every thing in your place before you sign on the dotted line.

I like where I live now, but the workmanship is horrible. It’s taken forever to the job done correctly. They rush you into closing with 9 pages of work that has to be done .

The paint job mostly on the inside of the home was the worst I ever experienced. There are whole strips of wall not painted. They missed along the base boards, corners and doors. I tried to get it touched up by they still did a sloppy job missing most areas. During the walk through the Lennar rep used blue painter tape to also mark missed areas. It appears the painters just took down the blue tape and didn't touch up all missed spots. Every neighbor has complied about the interior painting. Even your own reps said it was poor. But they had no control of the painters, it was common knowledge how poor the painters were. Very frustrating. Also, the open shower enclosure just floods the bathroom. Poor design. I'm having a difficult time giving a great review due to some of the issues that, we are going through. Poor craftsmanship, bad painting, bad sod, and the list goes on. I had a better experience in Nevada in 2009 when I purchased my first home from Lennar. Sorry they need to hire better professionals.

With the limited choices the builder provides when selecting your home, you would expect minimal issues at Move in. This is not the case. Doors are not hung straight. Appliances are junk, but you are not allowed to upgrade. Paver entrances & driveways are splattered with paint, with no follow-up to pressure clean them for you. While I could go on, if the Builder had a Process of Inspecting a Home and correcting obvious issues prior to Closing, they would earn 5 stars from their Buyers.

Builder lacks an eye for details. For example, the concrete pad for the air conditioner is at about a 15 degree tilt with chipped corners. The dishwasher is no doubt the cheapest on the market and has leaked since day one. The garage floor and front porch were covered in drywall mud splatter and paint.

Our rep Amanda is gone. No informatuon was given of who to contact. No paint was left for the touch ups. Big issues as we cant find the same paint. Sherwin-Williams would not have the paint till maybe may 2022. Facet was broken. We moved 7 months . We were told wear and tear. Will not get it fix

The experience getting into the home wasn't so bad but when we got in there issues started happening like paint peeling stucco peeling and a dip in the floor only after a month put in ticket requests 3 times sent pics and haven't heard back about anything somebody reached out to offer some discounts and a screen door but the issues never got fix so my rating started out a 9 when we moved in but has gone down because nobody has gotten back to me about repairs.

I'm a little biased against Lennar, who has always been a very good home builder, because my HVAC within the home is inadequate. After the "missing insulation" was installed, the excessive heat was better but the unit(s) still do not meet demand. All ASHRAE standards and calculations clearly indicate that the tonnage is well below what is needed for this (size) home. Lennar staff blamed the County and others for their equipment selections/design. I've filed the initial claim and will continue to monitor and document. Very disappointed.
