Very low and cheap quality materials..make sure you have the budget for the upgrade

The workmanship-Mediocre, horrible interior paint job, lack of any attention to details regarding the finishes. No gutters at all. Materials-The cheapest of the cheapest that they could get ahold of. The cheap double sink is a nightmare to look at and to use. The paint goes away just by touching it, the bathrooms have a porcelain set that costs 8.99 but the worst one is the floor that chips just by looking at it. The Carpet is no exception to their cheap carnival of low-quality materials. A tiny loud food compactor and a loud and cheap dishwasher.

The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.

Sadly, our issues that were in our walk through were not resolved yet and we have been living in the house for almost 2 months. We put so much money into buying this home it's sad we can't get stuff addressed in a timely manner.

While the purchasing part was easy smooth and fun the moving in was the most stressful. I will explain why. I moved in with a lot of cosmetic issues. The paint was poorly done inside and out. Whoever touched up the paint did not use the same color and I have spots everywhere in the house. The guest bathtub had a giant Tiger claw scratch. The cabinet draw will not close. Building a house consists of many jobs combination. When one job is complete, the other previous job is demolished or severely damaged. As the result: no supervision or any kind responsibilities from the workers and management. For instance: installing a very expensive quartz countertop with no supportive brackets underneath! They tossed the heavy stone countertop straight onto the wooden cabinet without 3 or 4 supportive brackets at all! A tale of two Lennars

The sales team is second to none. Responsive, customer oriented, etc. The construction and warranty team are not cut from the same cloth. Not my job, not covered, hustle to get us to sign off on shoddy work. The sales team went above and beyond to make things right.

The sales process went well. Good communication etc. on the other hand, Lennar support after closure is terrible. They do not promptly respond to issues nor take accountability of damages that you observe when you start living the house. I am still waiting for responses to several service requests. My impression is that they do not want to fix the issues.

Dealing with Lennar for the past couple months has been nothing short of pure misery a complete disappointment. You open a warranty request and they keep you ignoring you. Multiples times I'm been trying to hold the warranty service from my community and not luck.

I am def going to be writing a review. To news channel 8, Facebook , Instagram , Twitter. I am shocked at what my house looks like. There is not one piece of molding in any room that is clean and hole paint streak free. Not one. Two doors in house don’t close. Which they were told at walk through never fixed. Unfortunately I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the construction in general of my Townhome. I was very excited to get a Lennar home due to reputation in the Texas market ( I moved from Texas ) thinking I was getting a well made home. Overall process was great. There some hiccups towards closing with Lennar's lender, stuff that could have been avoided if the documents we provided were processed earlier, instead of the week before closing.

We bought because of the area and pricing , realtor was 5 stars all around and still is, even after we bought he has helped in so many ways. I definitely recommend Aaron 100%. As for the Loan officer , was a terrible experience after the 1st interaction. She would never answer texts, emails or phone calls till she needed something from you. Love Our Lennar Home

We would have given an overall higher score had we not used Lennar Mortgage. The process of securing our mortgage was complicated, confusing and duplicative. On the other hand we love our home and have found Lennar to be very responsive to our questions and to any concerns we may have had.

All in all our experience was not too bad was very disappointed that the sales person did not tell us of another property same model that was available because she didn’t think we’d want to be on a corner lot. I only found out because I looked at the on line map on the availability and noticed that there was a corner unit available for less than what we were going to pay!

The experience was not too bad but there were things we wish were clearer at the time we decided to sign in to buy the townhouse. Initially, the post we saw on Zillow said 100 HOA which we thought it was great. But after signing in we learned that it was going to be 220 HOA plus $99 CDD which was not in the post we saw. And after we purchased we found out the HOA was $270 instead so it's something a little disappointing because we could've been told from the beginning. A Peaceful Place to Call Home

This is my second Lennar purchase. The actual home buying experience was Rocki, and there was turnover in the personnel that I worked with that complicated the situation. Ultimately, we were able to resolve all of the hiccups and closed. The folks at Lennar Title were very pleasant and responsive. The Lennar mortgage team was more hit and miss. I did not feel that the homebuyer orientation covered everything that it should have, but I’m happily settling in. And generally pleased with the purchase.

Very hard a times to get responses to our questions. Being in central time zone we would get information so late in day we couldn’t get things sorted out before people were gone. Not knowing whom to contact at times it seemed like we were directed to a lot of different people that we hadn’t really talked to. Easier to deal with 1-2 individuals for us.

Great Community, House Too Early to Tell

The worst part of our buying experience was the mortgage approval process. I will never submit to that again. The house was already completed, so we just had walk-through and punch list issues. We like the house so far, but follow-up is the Achilles heel of most builders.
