The home was NOT Move-in-Ready when we did the final walk. Far too many outstanding issues that needed to be fixed and are still NOT fixed! Sloppy paint and caulking job throughout the home. Missing all bathroom fixtures...they were deleted by Lennar without informing their Customers under contract. We have NO light fixtures above the sinks! Unbelievable!! Crocket interior wall still on Warranty list to be fixed. Drywall texture on several walls are really rough and uneven. Sloppy painting and caulking throughout. Missing trim in several areas of kitchen and bath cabinets. Brick Walkway ...

In my experience the sales effort and aggressive chase for wire transfers long before the house was anywhere near completion was unprofessional. A 1:00pm walk thru for a 4:00pm closing when the interior doors where still in the garage along with many poorly done items in and around the house. Closed the next day with many open items. Still today dozen or more items not done. Appointment for Dec.23, garage door not working correctly and very noisy still no show. Awakened by dripping water while in bed, leaking roof. Interior paint job is horrible. Many spots in paint and chips or missing grout ...

Lennar is horrible. Offered an outrageous interest rate. Had us do a walkthrough when the house was nowhere close to being ready. Rude and unaccommodating staff. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

Good home, should have finished before closing

Lennar makes a great final product… if it ever gets finished. Lennar forced us to move into our house early when there was a list of at least 28 items long incomplete. That includes broken cabinets and glass, holes in walls and electrical problems. We move in a month ago and have maybe brought the list down to 26 items. Lennar sold an unfinished product just so its management can receive bonus. Dirty business. Home once complete I’m sure will be beautiful.

Over all my experience has been good. I want to say how good the customer service has been GREAT. Every time I have had an issue the response has been right on. I understand that everything takes time to complete. I am wondering when the fence will be finished so I am able to fence the rest of my yard. My neighbors all have dogs so I am in need of a fence. Thanks Charlotte

We moved into our house and several things still needed fixing! From painting, fixing a door that wouldn’t close to cabinets that have major cracks in them, under bathroom cabinets that have not been sealed or painted, caulking around one of the toilets to the master shower drain being plugged with debris and wouldn’t drain at all. That took 3 times coming 1 to see what was wrong, the other two times to “snake the drain” before it finally worked. In a nutshell it looked they they just threw it together at the end! We’ve contacted the contractor and site manager numerous times. Some ...

Where I can start? Beginning the mortgage process was a nightmare, they always give me a different number than the first time, at the end we agreed in the condition but was not that I expected. Then, the house build, they make me close my house end of November, the house was finish end of December, that’s crazy. The neighborhood is great and the house is beautiful, however the process was a nightmare and they could be better with us.

My loan processor Robin was trash. She asked for documents repeatedly after I would submit them to her and to the portal every 2 weeks. Don't believe anything the sales guy says especially when I comes to warranty, tiles popping up are not part of the warranty even though he said Lennar wants the homeowner to wait one year to see the issue once it settles. Home warranty is one year. Warranty reps are tough guys.....through text messages. Will never buy or recommend Lennar.

Do not close on your home until everything on your punch list is completed. Hire a home inspector. We have had roof leaks, electrical issues with entire rooms, cabinets not completed (we are looking at months before this is done). We have entire doors that needed rehung, tile needed to be replaced and properly installed. We've had one of our bathrooms plumbing completely installed incorrectly. (COLD was HOT and HOT was COLD). When friends and family ask me about Lennar homes, I stir them away. I've bought several homes and never had these many issues with a new home. I bought a 20-year-old ...

Was really excited to buy my first home and everything seemed great at the beginning. That was about the only good experience. From the buying experience, to the build, to the close, everything was a nightmare and I would never recommend Lennar to my worst enemy. The title office called me as I was on the way to close telling me I owed more money, literally as I was driving there after being told multiple times I owed nothing more. "Glitch" in their system was the excuse. The house was unfinished when I moved in, and is still unfinished. Almost all of my kitchen cabinets are broken or ...

Let me start off by saying that this is a wonderful community and I’m very happy that I moved here despite the construction issues. The other residents make it the wonderful community. My home sat with no progress being done for much of 2022. It wasn’t until the final month that they hurriedly slapped it together. It shows! I am a disabled veteran and have felt totally overwhelmed with all that needs to be done but I will make sure that Lennar fixes all of the issues with my home. As I type this, tiles are being replaced in my living room. The place basically needs to be repainted, I ...

Once the down payment went through so did the fast response to issues. Closed early to help them out and immediately regretted that because there were issues with filthy grout on brand new tile floors throughout the home. Painters and cleaners not good in my opinion. I’m not moved in yet but will be soon and hope everything has been taken care of… we shall see. Oh and the garage and lanai and front walkway has many cracks that they say is ok not sure about the driveway yet. Overall I wouldn’t have bought my home because every step of the way was constant phone calls, texts with a real bad ...

Despite the short time that we have been living in this new property, some inconveniences have arisen, some already occurred before occupying the residence and others after, the concern on the part of the builder to solve them has been acceptable, although I believe unnecessary delays have occurred that sometimes affect credibility, we understand that working together with third parties is sometimes complicated, so that should be improved, as you wish, thanks

Not a good experience with the Townhome bought. No Responsiveness from Construction Manager and Comparatively(2016 was a Lennar customer) quality is not good. Very bad experience this time with Lennar and its crew(Construction Manager/Sales consultant) very poor responsiveness and responsibility. Poor quality of construction. Several issues pending to be addressed post closing and negligence from Lennar in not fixing them. Would not like to get into nitty gritty but very very bad experience.

Problems with the villa

The initial walk through was a disaster. Scheduling was received from Lennar and the salesman. After waiting close to an hour the sales office was contacted and someone came and said it wasn't on their schedule and they didn't have time. It was rescheduled and all the problems were not listed. Receiving the C/O was a couple weeks experience. It is very difficult to find who to contact for problems: for example. frost killed bushes in a villa's yard. The layout is nice, but getting attention to the problems is difficult. I still can't get the construction mess off the floors. The ...

My new home was delivered unfinished. No follow-up on when things will get fixed. To name a few issues of MANY, my kitchen is unfinished, closet doors were not painted correctly, all doors are damaged, concrete floors in porch and patio are ruined, and after closing, we found out there is no infrastructure for the internet (we live in a "connected ultra wifi community."

The home is beautiful but the amount of punch list items that we had at closing were unacceptable. From poor workmanship and a filthy home to unfinished kitchen cabinets, we have worked way to hard on getting our home right. And btw-it's still not. As hard as home warranty team tries to service us, the list is so overwhelming that they are swamped.

Buying the home is the easy process, but once you are getting ready to close it's a rush rush process. You go through your walkthrough and point out items that need to be fixed prior to closing. You get to your final walkthrough and home isn't ready, but you are promised that by the time of closing all will be taken care of, NOT TRUE. You move in and repairs are promised, you are bounced around from one person to another to get no where, and you are inconvenienced by the mess and the delays. 1.5 month in the home and repairs are still not complete.

I really like the floor plan (Splendor) but did not get the elevation I wanted (really wanted a front porch). The premium lot is awesome, over looking the conservation area to the west (great sunsets). Sales personnel was good to work with and the construction of the house is very good. The closing was very efficient and the walk thru process was also efficient. Training and description of the technology in the house was very poor (I'm still learning about the technical items available in the house). When I closed I signed off on a list of items not complete or not completed properly. It's ...

The home itself is a decent starter home. However, there was lack of communication throughout the entire building process as well as promises for things that were not kept. The experience was okay. Alot of frustration with lack of communication between the different moving pieces. We would see an issue and ask about it and the response was always, the inspections will show it and fix it... but they were never fixed. Now we have been living there a month and have submitted several requests to have things fixed under the warranty. We have had more no show appointments then actual people there to fix the problems.
