Washing machine when on the spin cycle bangs the side The Dishwasher started smoking on the first use. The floors in the master bedroom squeaks very loudly as if it’s an old house. Paint on the carpet and tiles was told they be back to clean up. Of course no one came.

It was hassle for to close my house plus finishing wasnt done properly. Last moment my closing docs was messed up and i opened tickets to fix issues.

At the time of the initial walk thru, there was no electricity, therefore we could not properly inspect the home. There were many issues with this home, that simply is unsatisfactory for the price we paid. We are still in repair mode and to be honest, I don't wish to enter ticket after ticket for items that should have never existed in the first place.

I don’t even think there’s enough space here for me to tell you guys how horrible the experience was buying a Lennar home from the mortgage people that I am ashamed have access to my Social Security number to the workmanship that I am now living in a home that Hass to be redone. There was paint on the carpet. Things were not done complete walls were crooked. This house is been a nightmare And two months and I’m still waiting to have things done and planned to be fixed because I’m last on the list because I’ve already signed the closing documents.

Overall quality especially painting/caulking was poor. Everything was done in a rush. Did not have a good experience with our loan officer either. Learn to focus on your clients and not just mass producing homes for the most profit. Everyone on our street got a welcome home sign and balloons and we got nothing. Highly disappointed.

I’m surprise you ask. From day one there have been issues. Some resolved others still waiting and waiting. My current (but not least) issue is a situation whereby the way the roof is pitched , When it rains, the ground below becomes saturated and flooded by a deluge of water pouring off the roof. If it were concrete below, it would be a none issue but being dirt, it can only stand enough water before flooding and doing a surmountable damage to the ground below it. What should have been avery happy experience has been a frustrating and disappointing time! I'm very disappointed in Lennar and would struggle to recommend this builder! It's obvious they rushed to get our home completed and we are dealing with multiple.

I would not recommend this home buying experience! Workmanship is not good and many things have to be resolved after moving into the new home. Stressful and disappointing situation! It's obvious Lennar is putting up homes as fast as possible and not caring about the finished product. I think after all things are resolved, we are hoping to love our new home. I just wish we didn't have to go through this process. The initial walk through should be a better experience as well as the day of closing. There are ways to make this experience better.

My home buying experience was not pleasant. From the start representatives tried to force me to use Lennar financing and threatened that I could lose my deposit if I went with another lender. From there it got worse. My closings date was chosen by Lennar and it did seem like there was any coordination with the construction side. A week before closing I have my orientation and the electrical had not been tested so there were no lights or AC and the water had not been tested with we could do a proper walkthrough. Absurd I've worked with various Construction Managers prior to closing only to be given lip service. Rushed to close and issues never addressed. Now post closing 2 months later still attempting to get items resolved. Truly bad experience all around.

Over a half a million dollar with the quality & workmanship of a motel 6. Home was dirty at closing, workers leave trash inside and outside your home. Paint chipping and peeling was left through the home. Door knobs and other fixtures falling apart. In order to have this repaired even one day after closing you must log on and submit work orders and wait. Lennar is nothing special. They claim to strive to build all homes as good as the model, but that's not the case. While the structure itself is good (according to our home inspector), the quality of everything after the drywall was installed is sub-par at best. Lennar throws these houses together and doesn't care about the finished product - they just want to get on to the next house so they can get paid. Lack of workmanship is overwhelming. My laundry room ceiling is unfinished because they installed the AC unit before finishing the ceiling. Now I’m being told they can no longer do anything about it. Some of the numerous items on the punch list were not completed before closing and now I’m expected to oversee the completion. All that was needed was a Certificate of Completion to make us close. Our unit was in no way ready at closing and feel that Lennar took advantage of the situation.

The home I got was absolutely not ready even 4 days before the closing date, and even after closing there were a bunch of details to iron out, garage door wouldn’t open, poor paint job, huge stains on the floor. Lack of coordination since at no point was I given a key or code to enter my home, and was never told where to get the mail keys

Even small basic request were not considered/ denied during construction process . Inspite of saying we will bear the cost for the materials.?for example drilling a hole in the kitchen tile prior to putting up tiles. It’s not easy for us to do it now and more expensive to break things open. We paid over the asking price, I wish Lennar rep was able to consider such small request… backyard grading is pathetic .
