The sales person was very good at selling/pushing the place. But I was not pleased at the amount of dishonesty that occurred during the entire process. From being dishonest about when closing would be, I to nobody showing up at my walk-through, to the change in my loan, type at the end of the process, All the way to several warranty items that have still not been completed. I.

Was pushed to close with the home with many pending issues that made the place not ready for move in. 2 months after closing and stilll many issues pending, There is no responsiveness from the Senior Construction Manager to cancel moleste items are n the punch list. Worst experience ever !

During the buying process we never received updates from the building manager, although we were promised that we would receive weekly updates. At the initial walk-through, there was a long list of punch items to be done. We were promised they would be done by the closing the following Wednesday, when we arrived at the closing walk-through 90% of items were still incomplete, including zero appliances. We agreed to close with the understanding that all issues would be completed by Friday. 2 months later we still have a long punch list of items that are not complete. We never met the ...

Terrible customer service! Pressure to close on home when not ready. Told us to move form 4 states away that it was ready to move in. It was still rough, not finished. Had to live in hotel for a couple of weeks after closing. Poor responsiveness from managers. Shabby finish work. I will never buy from Lennar again and will do my very best to warn future customers.

The model home (McGinnis) and our builder rep (Suzette) brought my wife and i to grow fond of Lennar. We had a great first impression however, soon after little things start to make one see it’s not that great. The process and stages of building the home are subpar at best. The trades are awful. Lennar’s business model is flawed. To allow a customer to watch and entire house built from the ground up and not allow them to meet their general contractor to discuss building issues is a complete lack of care for any customer relations. Still waiting for plenty of work to be done that is supposed to be under warranty. We closed on our home on Aug.29th,2022, and still not 1 issue has been taken care of. I will not be promoting Lennar to any of my family or friends. Under responses to issues it wouldn't let me leave zero stars so i had to put 1.

Just one word, the only good experience was the fantastic salesperson we had. Other than that everything else was and is hell. Construction is terrible, and warranty coverage is awful—very Bad Experience; the worst.

I was forced to close before house was finished properly. I had 100 different issue while was forced to close my house. Still today I am having issue from Frame to Appliance. Lennar is to learn of What is Quality of workmanship, Trustworthiness, value for the price paid and responsiveness to issues. I think People created this survey should work on the quality assurance field.

I had a horrible home-buying experience with Lennar and would never ever purchase anything from Lennar in my life for sure. Most of the Work was not quality work and customer service has been terrible with a lot of pending items on the day of closing and even 2 months after moving into the house. The sales representative has stopped taking calls. There was no cleaning or Welcome signs put up for my house and there were critical items like internet connection and mailboxes were not considered before closing homes for buyers. This should have been an exciting and happy time but it wasn't. The quality of the work is horrible. The frames around my doors look worse than the home I live in for 30 years. We were rushed into closing on the house and there is paint on everything. The cupboards are a mess. My last home was a new build and looked nothing like this one. Shame on you Lennar for making this a stressful experience. You have no quality control.

Had very bad experience, Lennar pushed to close on 8/31, today 10/18 and we still have many things not done. A huge hole in a countertop, horrible painting, many things around not done . Contacted Lennar SALE PERSON, AND MANAGER NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

Not a good experience unfortunately because the agent terrible attitude and lack of experience . Don't work with Nicole ! Opposite experience with the builder team: they were great, very collaborative, and delivered our home at our 100 % satisfaction

The first walk through orientation and walk through before closing was not very good experience. This was our third home, second new construction, and have moved into five other houses due to moving (US Navy) duty stations. I was in Alabama waiting for the house to be completed and was told to come down for a first home orientation which showed me the house was not ready, garage floor was not painted, no shower glass, dirty house, rusty fixtures, paint on the floors, crappy texture application. Before we put our NON REFUNDABLE down payment of 5% of the purchase price everything was great. Communication was good. New home consultant was always on the ball replying to text message quickly and always avail to answer questions. After the deposit however is a different story. Total lack of communication thereafter, financing was a nightmare, home was not ready when we closed, closing is where we found out about all the hidden fees (15,000$ in extra closing fees) that Lennar preferred lender added, when we moved in the Ac was not working. I have to say, buying our new Lennar home has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. From our walkthrough (with no lights or AC), to closing day where these issues were still not resolved, to issues that are still not resolved in our home almost 2 months after closing. You have to jump through hoops to get things fixed, even when they been notated multiple times. The materials in the home are cheap- pressed wood cabinets and laminate counters in the bathrooms. Horrible closing experience. The construction manager didn’t even show up for the final walkthrough. We were scheduled to close at 1PM but closed on 12AM that same day. And the house has a bunch of issues that have not been addressed. Horrible organization and even worse communication.

The lender was very non responsive - until I went with an outside lender, then they were in contact daily trying to get my business back. There were several problems in the house before and after closing, including shoddy workmanship and poor attention to detail. For example the house was clearly not cleaned before closing. To be fair, out of my list of about 15-20 items needing to be addressed they took care of just about everything timely and well done.
