What's the sense of doing a walk through if the issues weren't addressed? I should have not believe the builder that they would be addressed after closing. It was also disappointing that Lennar did not provide a welcome or after closing packet with instructions. I will never buy another Lennar home.

very disappointed at the quality of work that was done with the house. The first week we moved in the AC wasn't working properly. then a week later went completely out and we needed to get a brand new AC unit. a lot of cracks on walls and floor boards. There's an issue with the design outside that it still not been fixed. The dishwasher seems like it was not installed properly because it takes couple of attempts to actually close the door. The Warranty team are helping when they can but for a house that's 589k brand new, I shouldn't have to all these things that my family and I are going ...

Aaron was phenomenal and has done all that he can to try and make the best of an unpleasant experience; he has truly been the only Lennar representative who values customer service and should be moved into a position of higher responsibility. The remainder of our experience has been wrought with nothing but frustration with Lennar blaming trade partners, the market, etc. I would never recommend a Lennar home and we have purchased two in here last year with a similar experience.

This was by far the worst experience purchasing a new home with any new builder and the worst interior finish of any new home we have purchased over the last decade. Issues started right after signing the contract - a home that was listed as “quick move in” suddenly was only available only 3 months later and then eventually was closed after 7 months. I had 3 rate lock extensions. After we closed the home, the house was essentially delivered as unfinished. Terrible experience the base boards and the foundation of the home wasn't sealed. Some of the trims in the house have spaces and are uneven. Some areas of the house didn't get painted on the outside. So many gaps in the foundation of the home that bugs get into. Just horrible overall experience. I wouldn't recommend lennar to anyone.

Big home builder with bad communication

Overall the process of booking home was smooth but after that it was a train wreck. Nobody, I mean nobody bothered to communicate when home would be completed. It was only after asking them almost once week they would reveal how long the delays are. My interest rate went up 50% during this time. What a shame. After closing, it took 6 weeks to take care of very minor issues. Things like paint touch ups took long time even though they were painting next door. I will think twice before buying from Lennar again.

Buying from Lennar WORST real estate mistake I have ever made.

From the lack of sales support, to the purchase agreement to the mortgage process to closing and service after closing HORRIBLE experience. The home is poorly built several structural issues, flooring issues. Worst real estate decision I have ever made.

Very dissatisfied we have built 3 homes in fl and I would never buy a Lennar home again. Very poor workmanship. Totally stressed out from dealing with them. They slap their homes together and don’t care how they look.

Michael and Joe say they will fix a reported problem but never follow through. Upstairs floor boards are creaky and depressed feeling as though your going to follow through. When reporting problems pertaining to workmanship of home the buyer is told that it’s a cosmetic issue and that it’s not covered even though it’s the fault of the builders. When buying a new home you should feel good about it and not feel that there is a mountain of problems. I’ve spent so much time and effort trying to get Lennar to make things right I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this review. You name it; it’s broken or done haphazardly. NEVER again. And lastly, broken promise after broken promise to make things right. It’s not just me, any time I talk to a neighbor they’re dealing with the same thing. Completely unreal.
