House is great as expected. The default upgrade is pretty good. The process from signing the contract to closing the house is quick and smooth. Salesman and Customer service are very nice and helpful.

The home buying process was great! Ashely was AMAZING!!! She was there for us throughout the entire process. As for the builder Lennar, they make BEAUTIFUL homes/layouts. However, because they're rushing to complete everything, they're half-assing important details. We've had MULTIPLE issues since before closing and well after closing. Issues from electrical to appliances to sod to plumbing, to name a few. I don't think it's Lennar's fault, however, they're not overseeing that these things are in proper working condition prior to closing. No one should have to close and then have to ...

They closed home without fixing all the problems I mentioned. And now I'm struggling. Their responsiveness to issues are really zero. Also, the material they build is not so good. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Lennar.

Where do I start... We purchased a new home by Lennar while it was still under construction and there's been countless issues. They are non-negotiable on closing dates. We were out of the country on their proposed closing date and they did not care and did nothing to help us out to get the closing date moved by a few days. We have only been in our house for a month and a half and have had to put in multiple work orders for loose floor tiles, a tub being clogged from construction materials, our closet shelving literally falling off of the wall, etc. They work with companies that don't show up ...

We like our home a lot but somethings were done poorly, We had a broken cabinet when we moved in and called customer service someone said they would come fix it but never did and frankly we shouldn't have anything broken in a brand new home. We had a few other hiccups but overall we like our home and our community.

Painting was terrible on the doors. Drips everywhere. Paint overspray on fixtures, paint on every hinge. Excess caulk around entire floor. Still fixing issues.

Used cheap materials, and it shows. Why no gutters? Think where the water goes when it rains, and it rains a lot in florida. Appliances are cheap, who buys a side by side fridge? The walk thru with a Lennar guy made me feel like I was complaining when all I wanted was a good home, I think I deserve that for $350,000.

I had a very very unhappy home buying experience with Lennar. Starting from the sales to finance to home construction, ar every step, the whole experience was very unpleasant and compromising. The quality of the construction was suboptimal and there are multiple visible flaws that were not corrected even after they were reported in the inspections. The new home walkthru and final inspection process was so painful with so many open issues and construction manager was not ready to fix. Buying home from Lennar was easy but the quality of workmanship is not good. Had to go through Warrenty to get many things fixed. Very poor carpenter work, lose cabinets, door which doesn’t latch. Electric work also not great many switches were not fitted properly. Horrible pain job and even after getting the re paint the entire house is not looks patchy lol. I would never buy anything from Lennar.

I love my home. I love how quickly things get done when you have an issue. Everyone just wants to help and make your experience a good easy happy one. This is my 4th new construction home and I never experienced my AC being used or my toilets being used before i moved in. I believe in preventing issues not having to fix things, and things like tubs not being protected during tile work filling the tub with debris and expecting the tub to come out un damaged is ridiculous. They slap up homes so quickly that the workmanship is that of a high school kid in a building and trades class. The appliances appear to be all scratch and dent. The warranty repairs take forever and promises are made and not followed up on. Overall, I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I thought Pulte was bad!

Lennar Held True to their word. My Lennar Construction Manager and the Home Consultant that worked independently of Lennar but with Lennar was excellent. Always responsive. Closed on exact date as promised. Home Consultant was excellent in helping me with locking in P&S agreement/Contract/wiring initial earnest deposit. Home Consultant was great in handling all sorts of questions I had and going way beyond the call of duty in helping me with my new build before it was ready for occupancy. When we moved in there were 15 pages of items to be done in the home whether they be paint or touchups or wall issue or lights. I wish we would’ve had someone review the home before the first walk-through that would’ve saved not only on pages but on things to be done that were left before closing which usually is about five days approximately from the walk-through. Even though we are in a different time where everybody doesn’t come on time I would’ve appreciated a walk-through before my closing that had less pages of things to do . Ali, our sales consultant was very professional as were our mortgage and title representatives However, our pre close and post close walk throughs were apparently a waste of time. We closed over 6 weeks ago and still have simple paint and electrical issues that have not been addressed and our backyard is so poorly graded that we can’t use it because it is soggy and muddy.
