House is great as expected. The default upgrade is pretty good. The process from signing the contract to closing the house is quick and smooth. Salesman and Customer service are very nice and helpful.

The home buying process was great! Ashely was AMAZING!!! She was there for us throughout the entire process. As for the builder Lennar, they make BEAUTIFUL homes/layouts. However, because they're rushing to complete everything, they're half-assing important details. We've had MULTIPLE issues since before closing and well after closing. Issues from electrical to appliances to sod to plumbing, to name a few. I don't think it's Lennar's fault, however, they're not overseeing that these things are in proper working condition prior to closing. No one should have to close and then have to deal with these issues weeks or months after moving in. We literally have spent the first 4 weeks after closing trying to get things fixed. It's frustrating. And when an order is placed on their site, it either takes time for them to get back to you or you as the homeowner need to contact either the plumbing, electrical. appliancce companies. Not fair at all! And I'm STILL dealing with issues 8 weeks later! ... More

They closed home without fixing all the problems I mentioned. And now I'm struggling. Their responsiveness to issues are really zero. Also, the material they build is not so good. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Lennar.

Where do I start... We purchased a new home by Lennar while it was still under construction and there's been countless issues. They are non-negotiable on closing dates. We were out of the country on their proposed closing date and they did not care and did nothing to help us out to get the closing date moved by a few days. We have only been in our house for a month and a half and have had to put in multiple work orders for loose floor tiles, a tub being clogged from construction materials, our closet shelving literally falling off of the wall, etc. They work with companies that don't show up on their scheduled days and that will not work around the homeowners schedule AT ALL for warranty repairs, causing us to have to take time off of work as if it is our fault that our brand new house is falling apart. Time will tell how the house ultimately ages, but this many problems so soon tells me we are in for an expensive future. I will definitely not ever even consider another Lennar home in the future. ... More

We had a very positive experience during the process of purchasing our new built home at Ravello, Estancia. Sales Representative Kimberly was very knowlegeable, friendly and helpful from the start to finish. She guided us through the complex process of purchasing a new built house. She always kept us informed and updated. Construction Manager Tim was highly experienced and knowledgeable. He was courteous, professional and personable. He kept us updated and addressed all our questions and concerns during the entire process. We feel that both Kimberly and Tim represent the best of Lennar/WCI. My experience with sales was okay, Robin. The construction manager had promise to fix my problems at closing , still waiting .

The builder gave me the home with some problems that can be fixed easily, when I asked them to fix it, they refereed me to the home warranty, which was not fixed till now.

We like our home a lot but somethings were done poorly, We had a broken cabinet when we moved in and called customer service someone said they would come fix it but never did and frankly we shouldn't have anything broken in a brand new home. We had a few other hiccups but overall we like our home and our community.

Painting was terrible on the doors. Drips everywhere. Paint overspray on fixtures, paint on every hinge. Excess caulk around entire floor. Still fixing issues.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS OK .

Used cheap materials, and it shows. Why no gutters? Think where the water goes when it rains, and it rains a lot in florida. Appliances are cheap, who buys a side by side fridge? The walk thru with a Lennar guy made me feel like I was complaining when all I wanted was a good home, I think I deserve that for $350,000.

I had a very very unhappy home buying experience with Lennar. Starting from the sales to finance to home construction, ar every step, the whole experience was very unpleasant and compromising. The quality of the construction was suboptimal and there are multiple visible flaws that were not corrected even after they were reported in the inspections. The new home walkthru and final inspection process was so painful with so many open issues and construction manager was not ready to fix. To make the matters worse, I was promised some fixes which I had to follow-up multiple times. The way my home was handed over was even without cleaning. All the Lennar associates that I had to interface were not responsive and not customer friendly. They feel they are doing me a service and am very disappointed with the whole experience ... More

My interest in Mar 2022 was at 3.75 but because of the three month delay (delayed twice Mar and again May) my interest rate went up to 5.75. Yep still angry

Buying home from Lennar was easy but the quality of workmanship is not good. Had to go through Warrenty to get many things fixed. Very poor carpenter work, lose cabinets, door which doesn’t latch. Electric work also not great many switches were not fitted properly. Horrible pain job and even after getting the re paint the entire house is not looks patchy lol. I would never buy anything from Lennar.

I love my home. I love how quickly things get done when you have an issue. Everyone just wants to help and make your experience a good easy happy one. This is my 4th new construction home and I never experienced my AC being used or my toilets being used before i moved in. I believe in preventing issues not having to fix things, and things like tubs not being protected during tile work filling the tub with debris and expecting the tub to come out un damaged is ridiculous. Allowing all the debris to go down the sewer lines and into the air ducts....... All in all everyone works real hard to deliver a beautiful home and I am grateful, I love my Lennar home ... More

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Lennar cares only about profits and quality of work, nor customer services/experience. Stay away from Lennar they are a rip-off.

They slap up homes so quickly that the workmanship is that of a high school kid in a building and trades class. The appliances appear to be all scratch and dent. The warranty repairs take forever and promises are made and not followed up on. Overall, I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I thought Pulte was bad!

Overall a very great experience for me to be part of Cypress Ranch community. Love this location, because of nature preserve & easy accessible to stores, restaurants, schools and many more.

Lennar Held True to their word. My Lennar Construction Manager and the Home Consultant that worked independently of Lennar but with Lennar was excellent. Always responsive. Closed on exact date as promised. Home Consultant was excellent in helping me with locking in P&S agreement/Contract/wiring initial earnest deposit. Home Consultant was great in handling all sorts of questions I had and going way beyond the call of duty in helping me with my new build before it was ready for occupancy. Lennar Construction Management was also unbelievable in answering or returning my calls immediately, co-ordinating my new build while I was living out of state and answering/explaining all the details to me during this ongoing new build process. And was the key in getting the occupancy permit in time for me to close on the promised/expected Closing date. Workmanship/Quality both inside and out is rock solid. I am very impressed with the quality and how well our new home is built. Our home is very quiet even with ongoing new builds and ongoing construction near our home, We have no doubt that we could easily get a great return value should we ever decide to sell our home. Lennar Customer Care is very responsive and so far has fixed/addressed all of our Work Orders under Warranty immediately. The Lennar Hazard Ins agent was great but not the Lennar Flood Ins Agent. The rest of the Lennar team: the Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Title (Escrow/Title/Closing) , Lennar Construction Management, Lennar Customer Service are great. All were very responsive notwithstanding the enormous amount of volume and customers they have to handle day in day out. I have no idea how well they can give such individualized quality attention te each customer such as myself but they manage to do so. And they all delivered what was promised. This is my first ever home . My overall experience has been good . Looking forward to what’s to come in the future.

I am first home buyer with no knowledge of procedures or process. With Lennar,its simple, easy and transparent. My home consultant Aaron walked me through all phases of construction, right from signing to move-in. I am pleased with the quality and materials. The customer care is very responsive till the issues get closed. I am very happy with my choice of Lennar as "Everything is Included".

Purchased house was told I would get touch up paint, never received! Three boxes to replacement tiles, was told to text Nolan did on several occasions never received. Doors painted with semi gloss, touched up with flat paint. We have paint on carpets in bedrooms Just horrible

It was ok, not a exceptional one

When we moved in there were 15 pages of items to be done in the home whether they be paint or touchups or wall issue or lights. I wish we would’ve had someone review the home before the first walk-through that would’ve saved not only on pages but on things to be done that were left before closing which usually is about five days approximately from the walk-through. Even though we are in a different time where everybody doesn’t come on time I would’ve appreciated a walk-through before my closing that had less pages of things to do . I am still dealing with some issues the response for some of those issues have been great by the Lennar Care team but I still have a couple pending and I closed in June and we are in August now . ... Ali, our sales consultant was very professional as were our mortgage and title representatives However, our pre close and post close walk throughs were apparently a waste of time. We closed over 6 weeks ago and still have simple paint and electrical issues that have not been addressed and our backyard is so poorly graded that we can’t use it because it is soggy and muddy.
