I love my home. I love how quickly things get done when you have an issue. Everyone just wants to help and make your experience a good easy happy one. This is my 4th new construction home and I never experienced my AC being used or my toilets being used before i moved in. I believe in preventing issues not having to fix things, and things like tubs not being protected during tile work filling the tub with debris and expecting the tub to come out un damaged is ridiculous. Allowing all the debris to go down the sewer lines and into the air ducts....... All in all everyone works real hard to deliver a beautiful home and I am grateful, I love my Lennar home ... More

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Lennar cares only about profits and quality of work, nor customer services/experience. Stay away from Lennar they are a rip-off.

They slap up homes so quickly that the workmanship is that of a high school kid in a building and trades class. The appliances appear to be all scratch and dent. The warranty repairs take forever and promises are made and not followed up on. Overall, I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I thought Pulte was bad!

Overall a very great experience for me to be part of Cypress Ranch community. Love this location, because of nature preserve & easy accessible to stores, restaurants, schools and many more.

Lennar Held True to their word. My Lennar Construction Manager and the Home Consultant that worked independently of Lennar but with Lennar was excellent. Always responsive. Closed on exact date as promised. Home Consultant was excellent in helping me with locking in P&S agreement/Contract/wiring initial earnest deposit. Home Consultant was great in handling all sorts of questions I had and going way beyond the call of duty in helping me with my new build before it was ready for occupancy. Lennar Construction Management was also unbelievable in answering or returning my calls immediately, co-ordinating my new build while I was living out of state and answering/explaining all the details to me during this ongoing new build process. And was the key in getting the occupancy permit in time for me to close on the promised/expected Closing date. Workmanship/Quality both inside and out is rock solid. I am very impressed with the quality and how well our new home is built. Our home is very quiet even with ongoing new builds and ongoing construction near our home, We have no doubt that we could easily get a great return value should we ever decide to sell our home. Lennar Customer Care is very responsive and so far has fixed/addressed all of our Work Orders under Warranty immediately. The Lennar Hazard Ins agent was great but not the Lennar Flood Ins Agent. The rest of the Lennar team: the Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Title (Escrow/Title/Closing) , Lennar Construction Management, Lennar Customer Service are great. All were very responsive notwithstanding the enormous amount of volume and customers they have to handle day in day out. I have no idea how well they can give such individualized quality attention te each customer such as myself but they manage to do so. And they all delivered what was promised. This is my first ever home . My overall experience has been good . Looking forward to what’s to come in the future.

I am first home buyer with no knowledge of procedures or process. With Lennar,its simple, easy and transparent. My home consultant Aaron walked me through all phases of construction, right from signing to move-in. I am pleased with the quality and materials. The customer care is very responsive till the issues get closed. I am very happy with my choice of Lennar as "Everything is Included".

Purchased house was told I would get touch up paint, never received! Three boxes to replacement tiles, was told to text Nolan did on several occasions never received. Doors painted with semi gloss, touched up with flat paint. We have paint on carpets in bedrooms Just horrible

It was ok, not a exceptional one

When we moved in there were 15 pages of items to be done in the home whether they be paint or touchups or wall issue or lights. I wish we would’ve had someone review the home before the first walk-through that would’ve saved not only on pages but on things to be done that were left before closing which usually is about five days approximately from the walk-through. Even though we are in a different time where everybody doesn’t come on time I would’ve appreciated a walk-through before my closing that had less pages of things to do . I am still dealing with some issues the response for some of those issues have been great by the Lennar Care team but I still have a couple pending and I closed in June and we are in August now . ... Ali, our sales consultant was very professional as were our mortgage and title representatives However, our pre close and post close walk throughs were apparently a waste of time. We closed over 6 weeks ago and still have simple paint and electrical issues that have not been addressed and our backyard is so poorly graded that we can’t use it because it is soggy and muddy.

The experience is real bad,first the sales person woman was rude ,after complaining to her supervisor it became good. The loan officer lady Rachel Davies is real pain and very rude. After closing the house we observed multiple issues.including door and cabinet needs to be replaced and it is almost 45 days still the doors and cabinets not replaced. Over all it is a very bad experience with Lennar.

Lennar offer great price but lack in quality

With Lennar it's so fast and quick turnaround time when it comes to building a new home. I loved it.

Overall it was an okay experience. Unfortunately the excitement that comes with buying a home for the first time was deflated a bit when arrived to our home. It was painfully clear that sub-contractors were not held to any sort of standard resulting very poor craftsmanship. QA/QC was not conducted to standard by Lennar’s construction manager. Interior paint barely qualifies as single coat, tiles uneven, large portion of kitchen and bathroom floors were not caulked, nails left protruding through cement in garage, gaps in drywall in utility room, sprinkler system barely covered by dirt in places….the list goes on. We closed remotely making it difficult to assess quality through virtual means, I find it hard to believe the Lennar reps did not notice these issues. It seems as though the Lennar reps knowingly avoided correcting these obvious issues prior to the final inspection. Since moving into our home we have observed the conduct of contractors and Lennar reps during the weeks and days leading up to other virtual closings in our community which only reinforced my belief that most members of the Lennar team do not act in the best interest of the buyer. I have no doubt that I will discover more issues as time goes on; we have only lived in the home for a few weeks. To be fair, Lennar reps were fairly responsive to concerns when we pushed the issue but the quality of work performed to “correct issues” was just as poor as the original work. Tips: Do NOT close remotely, Lennar will take advantage of it. Hire a picky third party inspector and stay attached to his or her hip during by phase inspections. Make sure the inspection package includes a “Warranty Inspection” around the 11 month mark after your closing to fully capture warranties deficiencies. Use your own lender, Lennar’s incentives disappear through crazy math at closing and you’re still stuck with a higher interest rate. Be very thorough during your walk through and insist on re-inspecting prior to closing. ... More

I would like to have gotten the same quality of workmanship that was in the model home. I'm sorry to say that didn't happen and even though they made many many promises to make things right, I know that it won't happen. They only make money by building new homes, not by fixing their mistakes. It makes me sad to know that the quality is not getting any better and they really don't care.

I had a great expectations based on the previous reviews from the homebuyers, team and support was great but the carpentry was no where near the expectation, hope they change the carpenter or ask the team to improve the work and get the things done perfectly rather than going with a workaround fixes. There are a lot of places where we can't see unless if we bend, those are the places where they wantedly skip the work or if it is done, that is just a work around! I have raised a lot of carpentry request post moving in, its been more than a month, there are no fixes applied yet!

I’m loving the new home.

The paint job mostly on the inside of the home was the worst I ever experienced. There are whole strips of wall not painted. They missed along the base boards, corners and doors. I tried to get it touched up by they still did a sloppy job missing most areas. During the walk through the Lennar rep used blue painter tape to also mark missed areas. It appears the painters just took down the blue tape and didn't touch up all missed spots. Every neighbor has complied about the interior painting. Even your own reps said it was poor. But they had no control of the painters, it was common knowledge how poor the painters were. Very frustrating. Also, the open shower enclosure just floods the bathroom. Poor design. Some issues were not were not resolve without several phone calls, emails, or requests for repairs. Issues with ouside were not resolved at closing and finger was pointed to HOA who pointed responsibility back to Lennar

Professional, Responsive, glad I picked Lennar.

The experience overall was good. A lot of research help me understand the processes of buying a home, before I actually went through the process. Do not inquire about any home without a buyers agent.

Customer service from Lennar has to improve a lot compared to other builders. This Lennar home is my 3rd home in Tampa and had better customer experience from other builders. For eg: During mortgage approval, Lennar was not flexible to give me options to decide. the representative was very insisting on one option and was always late to respond to queries. another example is Lennar closed the home without appliances in place and took nearly a month to instal. I could not move to new home but was responsible for the mortgage. Also, without approval and after closing my home, the construction manager stored appliances of other homes in my garage. ... More

Several outstanding warranty issues have not been resolved nor any attempt to fix them. Deena my construction manager and warranty contact will not respond and fix MANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOTED SINCE PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE. Customer service at this community is the worst I have ever experienced. I have purchased multiple new construction homes since 1991 and Lennar is by far the worst experience I have had. Deena is terrible! I have broken tile; granite counter top; incomplete landscaping; weeds all around my home; a nasty rusty nail sticking out of the concrete in the garage; my AC unit is not working; terrible mismatched pain job throughout the house. These items were noted in final walk through approximately 5/18/22 and not one of them are fixed! I see Lennar rapidly completing new homes to sell and make a profit but has COMPLETELY NEGLECTED TO FIX THE ITEMS IN MY HOME. Absolutely ridiculous. I would like to work with a different construction/warranty manager as Deena is not doing her job and has demonstrated zero effort in resolving my warranty issues. Love our home. Overall our experience was pretty smooth. The loan team was great to work with, and our sales rep as well. Closing team was very open and friendly and approachable. Easy going. Experience is great overall. Team is supportive. Love our home. I will say I wish they had had more attention to detail in their construction and cleaning. We had to repaint the house and do a lot of cleaning get the house up to par
