The garage in this home will not facilitate an SUV. I was told this was a maintenance free villa and now find out I am responsible for the yard trees and gardens.

This is our third Lennar home and it will be the last! The quality of workmanship is very poor. The response to our issues is slow. A lot of promises were made. Even the mortgage side was a bit disappointing!

We were excited to join Angeline community and are going to be snow birds January-March. We were told we would close in mid October. The close date was moved up to mid September and thus we had a purchase earlier than desired. We were also told the clubhouse would be ready by year end and it is not close to being finished. As a big exercise enthusiast and swimmer it has added expense and travel to our stay this winter. Quality of cupboards is not great, dishwasher is a cheap model. It has been a long hard struggle just getting the house. There were many set backs, which could have been avoided. Now that I am in the house, 2 appliances have failed on me, and it seems that I have to pay for the repair which again, was avoidable. The paint on the walls is so thin that I wiped it off just cleaning a stain on the wall

This has been a heck of a ride. The Lennar salesperson is great to deal with. Very charismatic and attentive. Unfortunately, as the salesperson, his work doesn't continue up to actual ownership and that is where the problem with Lennar lies. I highly suggest that if you buy from Lennar to get your own third-party inspector involved in the building process as soon as possible. There will be issues, trust me. The Customer Care unit doesn't rate even a one star. Closed on July 7 and still waiting on warranty work to be completed two months later. Not one person will follow through on anything.

At the beginning of the purchase, everything went smoothly and fast. When closing came the house was inspected and a few things were defective. The workers had left broken tiles on the roof some were replaced but not all of them. The laundry room had a bad connecting outlet for the washer machine we had to replace. My refrigerator had no water nor ice coming out they promised it would immediately get fixed here We are two month later and no one has been able to fix it, Apparently the water hose was never connected to the water line under the kitchen sink. We closed on May 30, 2023, still waiting for the house keys, still waiting for the floors to be cleaned. (glue smeared on the floors) We have still not moved in, so hoping before July 30th the floors will be cleaned and we will have our house keys. Just in case I just bought a floor steam cleaner to get the job done. Also wondering how the hurricane shutters work..They need to have something like a New Home Ambassador to help the new owner and answer our questions. Like when is the trash pickup?

Was told upgrades were included with no upgrades available. Mortgage was difficult to reach and misrepresented the taxes and didn't explain very well. I received 7 or 8 estimated closing documents and not one was correct! Would not recommend

Response to arising issues is poor, new community information in non-existent and the entire area need to be kept cleaner. The home construction workmanship needs extra attention to details for smaller issues that are important. I have several small home fixes that need done and I’m not getting a timely response for a fix?

Communication was not the best. The morning of closing, was told we might not get the home due to documents that were needed and not told to us until day of closing. Did not get a lot of information from Lennar rep. Thing that are supposed to get fixed still are not and can’t get ahold of correct person to do so. Will recommend due to beautiful homes but will no recommend due to lack of communication

The design is great. However, the lack of a thorough inspection by Lennar construction team and/or contractors have masked a lot of obvious issues. HVAC room not sealed properly, gaps in door framing, lumps in carpet, nails sticking out, uneven tiles, to name a few.

We closed on home 2 months ago and still require over a Dozen repairs to be addressed and one is security related. Have made numerous requests to have these items repaired. Seems that Lennar is focused on mass production instead of Quality. Overall, we love the neighbor's and facility attributes.

Lennar makes a great final product… if it ever gets finished. Lennar forced us to move into our house early when there was a list of at least 28 items long incomplete. That includes broken cabinets and glass, holes in walls and electrical problems. We move in a month ago and have maybe brought the list down to 26 items. Lennar sold an unfinished product just so its management can receive bonus. Dirty business. Home once complete I’m sure will be beautiful.

Where I can start? Beginning the mortgage process was a nightmare, they always give me a different number than the first time, at the end we agreed in the condition but was not that I expected. Then, the house build, they make me close my house end of November, the house was finish end of December, that’s crazy. The neighborhood is great and the house is beautiful, however the process was a nightmare and they could be better with us.

The initial walk through was a disaster. Scheduling was received from Lennar and the salesman. After waiting close to an hour the sales office was contacted and someone came and said it wasn't on their schedule and they didn't have time. It was rescheduled and all the problems were not listed. Receiving the C/O was a couple weeks experience. It is very difficult to find who to contact for problems: for example. frost killed bushes in a villa's yard.
