Lennar is a poor builder that is full of excuses. They contract with cheap trades who do not respect that this is someone’s home nor do they care about their workmanship. Many of the trades have cut corners and did shotty work, including crooked doors, ceilings, and general crappy cover ups. Lennar should be ashamed of themselves.

Our realtor was fantastic and was the best part of the experience. She sent us pictures and kept us updated throughout the process. However the attention to detail was not as fantastic. Paint on the tiles, appliances not hooked up, missing ceiling fan because they just “forgot “ to install and no bath mirrors. I definitely think more attention to detail is important. They did correct the issues we had over the first 3 weeks it just takes a lot of phone calls and time.

Megan is the best she processed my loan other than her my experience the 2nd home purchase with Lennar was horrible he closing walk thru along with the new home orientation things were requested to be fixed and here we are o we a mother in our home and things are just being attempted to be fixed I would never buy form lennar again and hey forced a $10k on me for granite only in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances with I had no option on never again!

The expected construction time was way off time (almost 4 months earlier). I had to pay over $4,500 as penalty to my previous renters/realtor. I rented based on initial estimate giving by Lennar. I felt I was rushed to close the house. Even when I asked, I never was invited to see house while constructed (most of my neighbors where able to see and experience along their hose construction). I was only given pictures of the process. Houses in the neighborhood were received with welcome balloons, congratulation signs as well as a welcome gift which I never received. In my experience, buying the home was not the issue, it's been the follow up. Things like purchasing the home were explained clearly and upfront. Things like follow up about who to pay for the mortgage through Lennar the first month, how to pay the HOA, and how to get the key fob for the clubhouse or even where to get my mail from have been like pulling teeth!

We would have appreciated having choices with the granite and flooring. The painting on the walls and trim were quite sloppy. After all that said, we love our villa with the changes we made. We got a great price and are enjoying the neighborhood.

We had a leak in the plumbing in the slab of the guest bath and foyer the first week we moved in. Two months later, I am still waiting to have my guest bath put back together and the punch list of issues and missing items taken care of.

Forced into closing before house was completed or move in ready, over 1 month in and still having basic items needing completed or fixed. Poor craftsmanship on several items. Floor not level, sinks not mounted to wall, held up with only caulk, cabinets and drawers not completed, exterior and interior paint not completed or patchy, terrible cement sealing in garage. My salesperson was very friendly and responsive. The communication as an out of state buyer was sufficient, but once she handed us off to the warranty people it’s all been downhill. Poor responsiveness, people leaving and now I don’t know who my contacts are. Outstanding work that should have been done prior to closing. While the buying experience is great Lennar does not offer the flexibility to make minor changes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Also, master bathroom looks really cheap. Laundry room and appliances i.e., washing machine with auger. Really. I have no problem with customer service. For I pay either these things come standard or Lennar offer to customer if they want them.

The overall workmanship was poor, final product was rushed with many gaps from broken cabinets, sloppy paint job. Insurance premium through HIPPO (subsidiary of Lennar) was not paid forcing lapse in homeowner's policy and issuance of multiple dunning notices.

It’s overall great location for places to eat and grocery stores are like 5 minutes away. The houses comes with lots of amenities and look very nice in our opinion. One thing, is appliances are being stolen from the homes before you move in and right after they are being delivered. The material is very cheap, the work was done quickly and is falling apart. They take so long to fix the stuff they have messed up on. I would pay abit more next time and get a better builder.

First time homebuyer here on a new construction home. We love the floor plan of the Richmond model. Great community and neighbors. Fit and finish of the home is poor. Missing trim, paint splatters everywhere and just an overall cheap feel. Although the home is about 90% perfect, it’s hard not to notice the 10%. Lennar doesn’t offer any customizations which would’ve been easier to do/install during construction. Lennar mortgage and lennar title are terrible with communication. With overinflated house prices in 2022 it’s hard to justify value.
