Very disappointed. No communication. They take the money and run

So many things that was supposed to be repaired but wasn’t. The lake is filthy with garbage. Concerned what health hazards it might posed to us. It Hasn’t been cleaned in the 4 months we live here. The workers broke the apron on my drive way, from driving over it due to all the work trucks blocking the roads, and I was told it’s not warranted because it’s not half inch wide. No listens or hear. We feel so violated and disrespected. Sad that We bought into this development.

Communication is key for me and my wife esp while we were deployed overseas trying to purchase our home. We never got that even if it was just to tell us you guys were working it for us. I guess we just expected a lot more with our first time buying a house

Very basic cheap construction. Things that should be included are upgrades or not offered. Carelessness on several items in the home. No padding under carpet and can fell rocks where the carpet was laid down. Changes made during building of the home that buyer not made aware of. However I do like the community that I live in.

Don’t sign if items that need to be fixed aren’t done before closing date

On the day of closing I went to home to do another inspection and items like the cabinets that had scratches were not fixed. Was told that it will be done when I come back from closing. Never happened and it’s now been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed. So don’t sign until the items they need to fix is fix because then u will end up having to do the run around

The experience has been an experience you do not want as a homeowner. It started with discouraging you from having a Realtor and getting a Lawyer. Get your home inspected as there are many flaws and some areas not completed to standards. You must take your time during the initial inspection of your home to include the outside landscaping area. I had dead trees and when request of replacement was done Lennar stated that landscaping is not included. Ensure your irrigation system works!!! Tiles in the home chipped and cracked not replaceable by the warranty, do not understand this!!! Check your ...

Poor Craftsmanship and Communication

Poor craftsmanship and low budget materials and design decisions. The sales team only cares about one thing; taking your money and the construction / install team do not take any pride in their work. The communication between all departments was terrible. They are all reactive and not proactive in more ways than one. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy a home with Lennar. I do not recommend this company and if know anyone considering in purchasing a home with Lennar I would advise them to reconsider.

The sales person was awesome to deal with through the whole process and is the only person that helped me resolved major construction issues. The Lennar Construction Rep was not knowledgeable and lacked insight and dedication to resolve issues identified by me or a 3rd party inspector. Now I’m dealing with major and minor construction warranty issues with no follow up by a new Lennar Warranty rep. Seems like it’s a common thing.

Lennar was very attentive and friendly UNTIL we closed . Since then nothing . Promises made and thus far not kept . This is a beautiful development and nice homes . It is a shame we can not get any one from Lennar to respond . There are finish details to fix , still no mailbox key . We are very disappointed .

I had tenant moved into my new house with lots of issues, unfinished drywall paintings, big issue AC is still NOT working after moving into the house for more than a month, glad our tenant was tolerant. Tenants started complaining about noises on the pipes, glad it turned out be something small. This was my worst experience and appreciate if you can look into the issues, this is my fourth home, I am owning and never had any serious experiences like this with any other builder. Hopefully someone can focus on these issues and come up with a resolution soon

Everything was shiny and painted very pretty in the beginning. Unfortunately that was not the case. My move in date was pushed back multiple times, I was asked to close on the home prior to having the keys to the home. I found many errors during the walk through and was told the errors would be completed prior to my celebration. On celebration day the errors were not completed and I continued to find more defects, and was told to submit warranty tickets. My kitchen is still missing cabinet doors. Lennar gave me the keys to my house knowing the house was not ready and not build to standard. ...

I'd love to share photos of the subpar workmanship throughout the entire home. From cracked drywall and ceilings, uneven and poorly installed crown moldings and baseboards, sloppy painting, unfinished lanai patio and concrete areas, cracked garage floors, doors installed incorrectly, missing towel and toilet paper holders, chipped tiles, and the list goes on and on. Check your included options on your contracts and make sure you get everything on that list before you close. This will be my first and last Lennar home. Lesson learned!!!

Very disappointed with Lennar. Everything in the house looks like low quality. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Doors are extremely light weight. Only one internet port in the whole house. Sprinklers don’t work from day 1. When asked was told its not covered under warranty.

Poor quality, poor communication, poor follow-through

During the buying process we never received updates from the building manager, although we were promised that we would receive weekly updates. At the initial walk-through, there was a long list of punch items to be done. We were promised they would be done by the closing the following Wednesday, when we arrived at the closing walk-through 90% of items were still incomplete, including zero appliances. We agreed to close with the understanding that all issues would be completed by Friday. 2 months later we still have a long punch list of items that are not complete. We never met the ...

Still waiting for plenty of work to be done that is supposed to be under warranty. We closed on our home on Aug.29th,2022, and still not 1 issue has been taken care of. I will not be promoting Lennar to any of my family or friends. Under responses to issues it wouldn't let me leave zero stars so i had to put 1.

What's the sense of doing a walk through if the issues weren't addressed? I should have not believe the builder that they would be addressed after closing. It was also disappointing that Lennar did not provide a welcome or after closing packet with instructions. I will never buy another Lennar home.

Very Little Communication and Poor Workmanship

They slap up homes so quickly that the workmanship is that of a high school kid in a building and trades class. The appliances appear to be all scratch and dent. The warranty repairs take forever and promises are made and not followed up on. Overall, I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I thought Pulte was bad!

Lennar - The experience is real bad,first the sales person woman was rude

The experience is real bad,first the sales person woman was rude ,after complaining to her supervisor it became good. The loan officer lady Rachel Davies is real pain and very rude. After closing the house we observed multiple issues.including door and cabinet needs to be replaced and it is almost 45 days still the doors and cabinets not replaced. Over all it is a very bad experience with Lennar.

Everyone blames someone else, no one takes responsibility. They try to do the minimum and talk over you until you become so frustrated you either give up or walk away. The construction manager had no clue what was going on in our house. The paint was horrible inside and out, the grout had holes, the cabinets were rubbing and needed adjustment. The front door was crooked and the paint job was horrible. The garage door had no handle. All of our neighbors had similar issues. These are peoples homes...take pride in your work.

We were excited to be buying a brand new home in a great community. We trusted our construction manager that they were resolve issues and unfortunately we are now five months later and still battling to have items fixed. Do not trust them and get everything in writing.

I was initially pleased with watching our home being built from the ground up however as it came time to close on the property things started going Awry. We picked out a corner lot and was advised by the agent this would all be our land. As they lay the sod we began to notice they weren’t filling in the corner side of the home. As we did our first walk through blue taping things that would need to be completed before move in the house was covered with blue tape. When we came back to complete our final walk through we noticed hardly anything was completed. Our home was still covered in blue ...

The material used are cheap .. the wash mashing dryer and dish washer were cheap.. they put the filter for the air conditioner on the ceiling.. someone forget to tell them this is a retired community..

Not a great experience.. no attention to details.. promise they would fix things when we went to closing on the way back nothing was done.. we owned a west bay home and a GL home and this was the worst ..
