Not a good experience unfortunately because the agent terrible attitude and lack of experience . Don't work with Nicole ! Opposite experience with the builder team: they were great, very collaborative, and delivered our home at our 100 % satisfaction

very disappointed at the quality of work that was done with the house. The first week we moved in the AC wasn't working properly. then a week later went completely out and we needed to get a brand new AC unit. a lot of cracks on walls and floor boards. There's an issue with the design outside that it still not been fixed. The dishwasher seems like it was not installed properly because it takes couple of attempts to actually close the door. Some issues were not were not resolve without several phone calls, emails, or requests for repairs. Issues with ouside were not resolved at closing and finger was pointed to HOA who pointed responsibility back to Lennar

Zero QA/QC in our home. Customer care reps were sympathetic at first and helpful, but as we have been putting in the numerous daily work orders the past 2 months, the quality of service has dropped enormously and close to zero cares given. It all started to go down hill during the construction process and has now trickled down to customer care experience.

The communication can definitely be better all around. I constantly had to reach out for things and do my own follows ups. One of our first walkthroughs i scheduled to have a home inspector come in. He was barely able to do his job the A/C unit was not hooked up. The only appliance that was plugged in for testing was the refrigerator. Those were one of the biggest things. I scheduled in advance for the inspector to come 1 week before the walkthrough and got the ok. Communication was the biggest problem working with Lennar. As a first-time homebuyer, my experience was ruined because of my sales rep. The title company also gave me poor service as well. I was called after 6 pm to close on my house at 8 pm because that day I wasn’t even sure If I would since I didn’t hear from anyone. So I didn’t leave the title company until 10 pm.

Disclosure about flood insurance and the rental townhomes directly across the street from my house we were never informed about these issues. If we had known we were in a rental community we would not have bought, the agent in the model was not informative.

Poor quality workmanship. No pride in work very sloppy. House is not level, flooring poorly laid, poor paint job. Paint splattered all over the tile floor, poor quality concrete. No lighting in home except for bathroom and kitchen.

Our advisor was very knowledgeable but unfortunately, he had a family emergency during our home buying process from the very beginning and was told to contact 2 other Lennar reps if we had any questions. They were no help at all. Never let us know what was going on and never returned calls. This was the most crucial time as we were in the actual home buying process. When we moved in, we had quite a few issues with things around the house and to get those things fixed it was just a nightmare. I had a 1-2 week repair service in the bathroom. Due to systemic problems with the warranty department it took 4 months to complete. I had to file a BBB to get their attention.

Don't expect your house to be built of the same quality as purchasing from single person or smaller company. You can end up with a good home as long as you're willing to go through the battle of dealing with warranty work. We had a good experience with our second sales rep and our warranty service.

Unfortunately day3 of moving in I had a leak that caused the spare room to have to have the carpet removed and the wall. It only has been a month and a half and I still have a dirty makeshift cover in my bedroom for the contractors which is ripped. I had to have multiple attempts for them to figure out the sewage issue. It wasn’t until I left a review that Bayonet the contractor they use actually did something. The quality and the materials used in the whole house are not the best standards. There are gaps, and unfinished work, and the materials used are very basic quality. Even the amount of time and follow-ups it takes to get unfished works done from construction managers is also humongous. If no follow-ups, nothing we'll be done. So a lot of waste of time even after paying for the house.

The home was NOT Move-in-Ready when we did the final walk. Far too many outstanding issues that needed to be fixed and are still NOT fixed! Sloppy paint and caulking job throughout the home. Missing all bathroom fixtures...they were deleted by Lennar without informing their Customers under contract. We have NO light fixtures above the sinks! Unbelievable!! Crocket interior wall still on Warranty list to be fixed. Drywall texture on several walls are really rough and uneven. Sloppy painting and caulking throughout. This is my 2nd & last Lennar home purchase. The quality of the workmanship was beyond horrible this time around and this home cost was $90k more than the 1st one. I've lived in apartments where the attention to the builders detail way surpassed the work of Lennar & their Trades. They do not care about attention to detail. The communication at Lennar Title is also horrible. My Realtor and I had to reach out numerous times to get a closing date and time. On closing day workers were still working on my home. Well, the first week of living in the house, a lot of nails on the rug that my wife got cut on her feet. Another issue is where you put the towels broke off and most of them are loose. I try contact the person in charge of the warranty, but never got back to me. I’m missing a screen on my second floor. They never got back to me again about it there’s a lot of minor issue, but no one has got back to me

What should have been avery happy experience has been a frustrating and disappointing time! I'm very disappointed in Lennar and would struggle to recommend this builder! It's obvious they rushed to get our home completed and we are dealing with multiple.

I would not recommend this home buying experience! Workmanship is not good and many things have to be resolved after moving into the new home. Stressful and disappointing situation! It's obvious Lennar is putting up homes as fast as possible and not caring about the finished product. I think after all things are resolved, we are hoping to love our new home. I just wish we didn't have to go through this process. The initial walk through should be a better experience as well as the day of closing. There are ways to make this experience better.
