This is my 2nd & last Lennar home purchase. The quality of the workmanship was beyond horrible this time around and this home cost was $90k more than the 1st one. I've lived in apartments where the attention to the builders detail way surpassed the work of Lennar & their Trades. They do not care about attention to detail. The communication at Lennar Title is also horrible. My Realtor and I had to reach out numerous times to get a closing date and time. On closing day workers were still working on my home. A lot of issue and they haven’t got back to me again

Well, the first week of living in the house, a lot of nails on the rug that my wife got cut on her feet. Another issue is where you put the towels broke off and most of them are loose. I try contact the person in charge of the warranty, but never got back to me. I’m missing a screen on my second floor. They never got back to me again about it there’s a lot of minor issue, but no one has got back to me

What should have been avery happy experience has been a frustrating and disappointing time! I'm very disappointed in Lennar and would struggle to recommend this builder! It's obvious they rushed to get our home completed and we are dealing with multiple.

I would not recommend this home buying experience! Workmanship is not good and many things have to be resolved after moving into the new home. Stressful and disappointing situation! It's obvious Lennar is putting up homes as fast as possible and not caring about the finished product. I think after all things are resolved, we are hoping to love our new home. I just wish we didn't have to go through this process. The initial walk through should be a better experience as well as the day of closing. There are ways to make this experience better.

Lack of workmanship is overwhelming. My laundry room ceiling is unfinished because they installed the AC unit before finishing the ceiling. Now I’m being told they can no longer do anything about it. Some of the numerous items on the punch list were not completed before closing and now I’m expected to oversee the completion. All that was needed was a Certificate of Completion to make us close. Our unit was in no way ready at closing and feel that Lennar took advantage of the situation.

The home I got was absolutely not ready even 4 days before the closing date, and even after closing there were a bunch of details to iron out, garage door wouldn’t open, poor paint job, huge stains on the floor. Lack of coordination since at no point was I given a key or code to enter my home, and was never told where to get the mail keys

My interest in Mar 2022 was at 3.75 but because of the three month delay (delayed twice Mar and again May) my interest rate went up to 5.75. Yep still angry

Our sales representative and construction manager were very nice however you could tell there was too much on their plate. I constantly had to call to get updates. There was very little proactive updates sent to me. Quality of craftsmanship is embarrassing. Our new house orientation was a joke. We took 3 hours marking mistakes instead of going through how to manage our house.

My overall experience is fair.just had some issues regarding the date of delivery because the builder insisted on closing date even the home was not ready for leaving in it. Like painting,bathroom shower doors were not installed yet.

We were made several promises only to receive crafty excuses, repeatedly. Quality is lacking in so many aspects of this construction it's difficult to name them all. Attention to detail is minimal from Lennar subconstractors. Simply put, the Lennar Team lacks integrity.

Lennar rushed to closing the property. The quality of workmanship was greatly compromised. Especially bad was the tile floor, the grout was left dry over tiles by its construction people. We don't how to clean the grout and grout film over the tile floor.

Will not buy a Lennar home again. Quality and craftsmanship no longer exist because its about producing as many cookie cutter homes as possible. Home River is a joke and the HOA cares more about a weed in someone's yard then the roads being filled with parked cars to where people cant get through or sometimes get out of the driveway in a safe manner. Numerous times the trash truck cannot get through so our trash sits full.

Did not anticipate as many issues with a brand new construction which I continue to run into. It seems that the rush to build to sell these houses is a priority and attention to detail is not. I trusted Lennar to deliver a finished home to the expectation as identified when it was sold to me. That was not the case. From an unclean house to malfunctioning garage door is not what I expected when I set out to purchase a newly constructed house. Very disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed, with the price I’m paying for a house like this I expect small problems if any. I’ve had major construction done to an upstairs closet, missing paint in parts of my house, spots with no texture, water damage to a door, door hinges ripping from the walls. I’m beyond annoyed with how much time it takes to get these problems resolved. Horrible Communication and Promises not followed through

Communication and response time is horrible for any warranty work needed. We were promised several things from first warranty guy then he was switched to different property and new guy has no idea about anything. Wait time to get items addressed and taken care of is ridiculous. We have asked to speak with supervisor verbally, through text, and via emails. No response on that yet either.

Worse home buying experience

Honestly this was my 3 home purchase but if was the worst of the three. More stressful, communication wasn’t good at all, timeline kept changing, walkthrough and final walkthrough did not repair a lot of things that were broken or damage. Plan to purchase again but it will not be with Lennar.

Lennar's workmanship is surprisingly sub par. This is truly a production home and that is what you get. There are such minor design features they missed that would move their home from below average to top notch but unfortunately, Lennar's home design team must be novices at best to have missed such minor things in their floor plans, at least in the many plans we reviewed. The community was the selling point for sure - NOT the Lennar home. We wanted to be in the community and had very limited home design choices with Lennar within our budget. For the past 20 years, I have worked in Real Estate and in purchasing my own home, one would think I would have a better experience. I closed because I needed to but today, my issues are still not resolved. I chase to get things done and no one responds. Worse experience for any homeowner. Once the down payment went through so did the fast response to issues. Closed early to help them out and immediately regretted that because there were issues with filthy grout on brand new tile floors throughout the home. Painters and cleaners not good in my opinion. I’m not moved in yet but will be soon and hope everything has been taken care of… we shall see. Oh and the garage and lanai and front walkway has many cracks that they say is ok not sure about the driveway yet. Very bad experience this time with Lennar and its crew(Construction Manager/Sales consultant) very poor responsiveness and responsibility. Poor quality of construction. Several issues pending to be addressed post closing and negligence from Lennar in not fixing them. Would not like to get into nitty gritty but very very bad experience.
