Exterior and interior construction was rushed and shoddy. Construction manager and supervisor lied so much to homeowners on what they've promised they were going to do. My cabinet has a cracked before moving in September and still waiting on replacement. Still waiting on lanai to be installed as well. It's almost February now and nothing has been done. They put so many tapes to all over the house to remind them which ones needed attention and all they did was took them off. Nothing has been done. I will never reccomend Lennar. Lennar is a massive homebuilder. Given the current housing market situation in Florida, my wife and I are more than pleased with our purchase and price point. Just go into the process knowing that all the finishes and custom touches you like will likely not be added in the price. All the major areas of construction is of good build quality.

Our experience was great communication responded to any issues or questions we had .The whole process went smooth our home was done when they stated it would be .

All of the people involved in the process was amazing. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist resolve minor issued made the process easy.

Not quite like buying a house off of Amazon in terms of convenience, but just about as close as you can get when dealing with Title, proof of income, etc... Honestly I don't think I could have done better with this one, even after the purchase I have had these guys help out with small fixes, would highly recommend!

Brady was the leader of the building team and he took care of almost everything for the house. He responded to every issue and corrected them all ASAP. Although it’s a lot of issues occurred but I’m glad Brady was there to help. Thank you Brady.

How long does it take for cosmetic repairs? I was off from work 5 days for closing and I spent another 5 days after Christmas waiting for technicians to complete the scheduled job request. I communicated with Lennar staff voicing my concerns and was advised I need to schedule another request Monday through Friday? Would I recommend Lennar- absolutely not. I put down 20% and this is what I get! No not happy at all.

It's a brand new house which is nice. Materials used are very low end. Quality of products could definitely be better. Workmanship also could be better. Lots of debris, construction material, paint droppings, etc left behind.

The walk-through was a disaster. The Lennar walk-through rep was only interested in hurrying up the process because he has 3 other walk throughs. He was disrespectful of my time. He only placed the blue tapes on select items I pinpointed. When I asked about the toilet upstairs, he said - we will let the warranty take care of it. That was inappropriate. We just did the walk through and we expect the builder and its staff to rectify the problem.

I would warn future home buyers on the poor quality and lack of care in the craftsmanship. Painting and caulking where poorly done or missed completely. Materials like cabinets and doors have multiple dings and dents. Missing parts for appliances . Damages to shower glass and bathroom tub. There are inconsistencies with placement of materials. It’s clear that there is no care or compassion with the build of the homes. In discussion with neighbors I confirmed it’s the same for them as well.

Lennar rushed to closing the property. The quality of workmanship was greatly compromised. Especially bad was the tile floor, the grout was left dry over tiles by its construction people. We don't how to clean the grout and grout film over the tile floor.

Rushed incomplete 20k over original asking price did not meet their own deadlines

The house was not finished but was told it would be after two weeks of closing.How to make multiple phone calls to get a ceiling fan in an additional Outlet in garage. The floor was an atrocious after touch up painting was done. Also pointed out additional spots were touch up paint need to be done this was not completed either. The floor was notoriously gross and had to call and Stanley steamer to get the floor done this was a battle with Lennar. I would recommend having everything done prior to signing papers and not putting anything Off. Denise a sales lady was the most helpful.

One of the most appealing aspects of this location and villa model was that the open layout and design were just about what I would have picked for a custom build. Lennar's team made this process fairly painless and helped ease my mind in the midst of a crazy real estate market. The communication was excellent, and the house was ready on time!

They are 100 0/0 recommended..

The purchase price is reasonable. Overall, it's a good experience.

Be sure they finish your house completely before closing

From signing purchase contract to walkthrough, closing were very smooth. Lennar even provide homeowner insurance service! So far, no any warrenty issues. Love it!

Overall I am now happy with my home, but it took a while to get there. The builder did not finish things that were promised to me at my final walk-through for closing date, and it has taken a very long time to get those things completed. The office staff at my community was great to work with, but I was not as happy with the building process.
