Start to finish was a wonderful experience, everyone was easy to work with, spacious well thought out floor plans.

We didn’t have mail for 5 weeks. Lennar changed our town and zip twice within 3 weeks and caused is to lose packages, checks, gift cards, and bills. We are still having issues to this day with address standardization. Imagine losing birthday presents and having your credit card declined at stores due to incorrect billing address issues caused by Lennar. We had to do our own research how to get mail and garbage and utilities setup. Why did I have to leave work in the middle of the day to argue with multiple postal employees in person about missing mail. Not sure why there was no guidance or support once we signed the papers. It made us feel the only thing important was filling a home site and move onto the next one. House itself is good. From purchase to closing to move in to resolution of issues the Lennar team was competent, helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. In a relatively short period of time we settled in and feel comfortable in our new home.

Overall, our home is wonderful. However, it has been difficult to get in contact with our liaison regarding issues. We have had minor issues with plumbing and A/C but have been able to apply them to our home warranty which was helpful.

At this point has been a wonderful experience. Thank you Lennar team. We have small problem with the door bell and the response was very fast. Once again thanks…

Buying and closing was unnecessarily very stressful

Buying my first home was just a goal more like a dream a few months ago. When Suzzet called and told me that she had my new home I thought that was gonna be a protected move for the following year…The process to apply online was very easy and the fact that I was not treated like a buyer I was treated like family, made my experience so much easier. I consider my family and myself blessed to have gone through this seamless process and be sleeping in our forever home. Over all happy with my first new home!!

This organization is without a doubt the most inefficient and unorganized operation with which I have ever dealt. There is nothing more to add.

Every part of the homebuying experience was easy and well-informed. Would do it again.

Went through the walkthrough on a friday and were supposed to close on Wednesday. Get to the home on Wednesday for final walk and most of the punch list was not completed. Construction manager said he just checked the home this morning and saw things weren't done. So no follow up and no care for getting things right. Part of the roof needed re-shingled and told on the morning not doing it. No warning or heads up, fix was shoddy work also. ended up having to have a run in the roof re-shingled day after closing.

Very frustrating with the process and arduous data requirements. Although the staff was helpful they seem to be hindered by rules that are arbitrary and rigid. In the past 15 years we have purchased several properties and with a credit ratings above 850 we had to do the preponderance of work where in other loan companies we do very little of that.

Being a first time homebuyer my experience was stressful , but Lennar made it as easy as pie! Thanks Gina for your expertise and your hard work .

The process was stressful because 1 month is not enough to buy the house. The people are kind. The fix was good. I hope that by the end of the year doing great. SS

I had a great overall experience throughout the entire pricess.

The entire experience from talking with sales, choosing home, working with Lennar Mortgage and Title and all the people I worked with was smooth and wonderful. Everyone was an excellent communicator and everyone answers when I called. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Lennar really has it together with their current people, departments and processes. The experience could not have been beter.

We had a super easy experience buying our condo with Lennar. From our realtors Debbie and Donna to our excellent Lennar support staff we were very pleased with the price and experience. The Lennar team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The place was absolutely perfect when we closed. Cuddos to Lennar and the great people who work there. Happy to be coming to Florida the best state in the union.

The moving boxes are being unpacked, and the house is starting to feel like home. Every day brings a new discovery, and we couldn't be happier.

Buying experience was wonderful. Austin was my representative sales person. I listened carefully to what we wanted . We drove 4hrs to meet with him . We loved the community they were developing . We gave him certain parameters to work with and come up with a home that meet our criteria. He did just that . He called us to look over selected homes according to our wishes and he was spot on . Calvin is energetic and responsive, always follows through with questions or requests. He brought the overall home buying experience from a one to a 3. Requested new sod to replace the dead grass in front on walk through and it still has not been done. Lennar loan department is a JOKE. Put us through the wringer and made us late on closing. All my neighbors say the same. We have been here 6 weeks and have had 3 windows replaced due to bad stains and now the windows will not lock, Had to call them again this week. Most of the house is of good quality and workmanship.

do not sign any sale contract until you are sure you get a fear deal, especially when home market is going down, I end out buying my home overprice, if you sign it and give a deposit, they won't give credit even if you see they are selling the same model home for 65k less of what you sign for.
