Lennar focuses on quantity rather than quality! I moved in my new home in September and have had nothing but issues! I would never recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

I feel the homes finishing was rushed and small important details overlooked and the KNOWOLOGY group is the worst. Slim to no response to resolve issues and lack of info and guidance

Lied about the community being quiet . Anything but considering legal action. Quality of appliances and cabinets are trash .

Closing took over 10 hours, delayed 4 times while I waited in a U Haul. Nothing was fixed that was asked for. None well return phone calls. 2 months later we still can't get mail. Workers speed up and down the road plus trash keeps blowing in the yard. Can't reach HOA about rules.

I went through different models and they all had white cabinets. I was told I was getting white cabinets, got gray. Was told to bad, you signed the contract. This is what you get, there are no options. Was told if I wanted a custom build, I had to go to a custom builder. I moved in and was trying to get cable hooked up, which is part of the HOA and there was a problem. I spent all day leaving messages and not once was called back. Finally at 4:30 I found someone who guided me in the right direction. Found beer cans in my cabinet while they were still building. Which explains some of ...

House was not done at closing but was forced to close with no recourse. Once closed, was told to call the warranty depth. House was barely clean at closing. I still get emails requesting a signature on a document that I previously had signed 2 times. I've previously purchesed 2 new construction homes and thus was by far the worst. Not happy at all.

Of course you don’t want last names.. everyone would give the same negative review for the same pitiful construction manager Aaron. There’s not point going on about my experience with Lennar, no one above cares to fix their problems. I just hope EVERYONE I share my experience with turns away from Lennar and saves themselves the headaches! Listen to your friends when they tell you stay away from a Lennar home!!!

Probably the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. When you complain about it they basically tell you to close or they will fine you. It has been almost 2 months they still haven’t fixed drywall, paint, tiles, cabinets. James, Kyle, Stephanie all bad. They want the sale and that’s it. Kyle has to be the worst. Lennar is extremely unresponsive and quaility of work is poor. I would never buy from Lennar again. I just did a walk-through with BTI Parnters at Marina Pointe. Their attention to detail was night and day comparted to Lennar.

This was the most unorganized build I have ever had. I used Lennar mortgage and title, thinking it would help communications. However, none of them seemed to communicate nor even know what the other was doing. I had unbelievable issues at every step. My closing was a disaster of miscommunication and they ended up missing 2 pages for me to sign. Then hounded me to sign the pages and fedex them. I have very obvious damages, which were just ignored until after closing and are now “warrenty”. Including a dropped dryer with the back dented in. The grinding noise made me call GE. Lennar is horrible. Offered an outrageous interest rate. Had us do a walkthrough when the house was nowhere close to being ready. Rude and unaccommodating staff. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

Was really excited to buy my first home and everything seemed great at the beginning. That was about the only good experience. My new home was delivered unfinished. No follow-up on when things will get fixed. To name a few issues of MANY, my kitchen is unfinished, closet doors were not painted correctly, all doors are damaged, concrete floors in porch and patio are ruined, and after closing, we found out there is no infrastructure for the internet (we live in a "connected ultra wifi community."

This is by far the worst new home experience ever, due to the fact that the home was poorly done and rush with missing cabinets in which I have to wait until Feb to get finished, poor and sloppy job on the interior painting in which half of the wall were not even touch and had to paint myself. I have to say, buying our new Lennar home has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. From our walkthrough (with no lights or AC), to closing day where these issues were still not resolved, to issues that are still not resolved in our home almost 2 months after closing. You have to jump through hoops to get things fixed, even when they been notated multiple times. The materials in the home are cheap- pressed wood cabinets and laminate counters in the bathrooms. For a home that was over 1/2 a million dollars, the quality and craftsmanship were not there. Things never added up to what the builder was thinking from the landscaping (who puts really big trees right next to one's house and expects there not to be a problem 10 years down the road), Even the kitchen looked like someone brought in a bathroom with the subway tile backsplash in which we asked not to be put in. This isn't my first home with Lennar and I was very happy with my previous purchase but not so happy with my recent purchase. The home has had numerous problems including roof leak. I'm very unhappy and filled with buyer remorse. This will be my last Lennar home.
