MS Brook P. was very helpful and always kept us informed. Buying a home from overseas and have not seen it in person is very scary, but MS. Brook made it very confident and trusting. The quality of the inside work on cabinets, paint , door frames, carpet , could have been better . We had the feeling it was rushed trough ,to meet the deadline . We got the wrong appliances and still have not received the correct ones. Lots of damage on kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The house it self is beautiful and we love it . Communication was the biggest problem working with Lennar. As a first-time homebuyer, my experience was ruined because of my sales rep. The title company also gave me poor service as well. I was called after 6 pm to close on my house at 8 pm because that day I wasn’t even sure If I would since I didn’t hear from anyone. So I didn’t leave the title company until 10 pm.

It is sad to see that the so called “Construction manager” don’t care about the construction but to have the “job” done. I closed in November and I did not even get a welcome package until this week. The sales team is excellent (Ali Meye) and they care even after the sales is done. I really wish somebody from Lennar with some kind of power within the company could contact me and go to home. Nobody gives us a name or a phone number where to call and how to solve the problems. I am in conversation with a new rep. Would never buy a Lennar home again

Lennar Title was so bad and the experience with closing ruined the experience of home buying. It took 4 hours to close because they were so backed up. The woman was so rude and we did it from my car. The quality of appliances is so bad, they are pieces of crap and I wish I just got some cash instead. Still unresolved issues.

My wife and I were so excited about moving into our new townhouse in Florida. We were all prepared to turn key and settle in. We were not prepared for what we encountered when we arrived home after closing. Appliances were not installed, counter tops damaged and not cut correctly, cabinet doors installed damaged, trim work on doors cut too short, numerous drywall issues, missing window sills, hot water heater didn’t work, numerous issues with paint, home was not cleaned prior to move, floors were covered in drywall mud, paint and grease. We had lots of issues…during framing we saw missing walls and closets. Holes made in the subfloor as well. After move in, it’s been a constant battle of fixing roof leaks, plumbing leaks, and workmanship issues. We wish we never bought this house.

Sales and finance team, Great job. The construction team/process is not so great - be aware: 1 - When performing the final walkthrough, many items (paint, drywall, windows, appliances, cabinets, etc...) were incomplete or damaged. Most of the things were addressed before and after closing, but some were not; we reached out to Lennar multiple times, and we have not heard from them.

I feel they rushed the preclosing inspection we marked a lot of items in the house thinking in a week when we do the closing day inspection everything would be done, we pulled up and there was a welcome home sign and balloons in the driveway. When we walked in very little was done so they have people coming and going to finish so we would close. It was totally rushed and mediocre job. The other upsetting thing was the backyard was not grades correctly and all around the back porch it floods. Still waiting for that to be corrected. They are building a house next to us and for 3 months there ...

There were several issues with our home upon move in which we were told would be taken care of. We had to continuously contact customer care and the construction manager to complete tasks that were not completed as promised. We had a ticket opened due to a cracked cabinet and back splash prior to closing date. The ticket was closed without being addressed or us being contacted. I had to continously reach out to customer care to figure out why the ticket was closed without the work being completed and they weren't able to tell me who closed the ticket or why.
