I was initially pleased with watching our home being built from the ground up however as it came time to close on the property things started going Awry. We picked out a corner lot and was advised by the agent this would all be our land. As they lay the sod we began to notice they weren’t filling in the corner side of the home. As we did our first walk through blue taping things that would need to be completed before move in the house was covered with blue tape. We purchased a 6-year-old model in bad shape, Lennar didn't correct every warranty item, just a few of them. They refused provide information and keys to the home. Therefore, we needed to locksmith and get new lock and keys for $340.00, and same the pavers we did them for $250,00 in Nov. 2024. But Lennar never repaid us.

My experience so far with Lennar Triple Creek 50 QR, has been very negative. Mainly since moving into the home there has been a strong (methane/sulfur) odor problem in the house that has not yet been resolved. A work order submitted via the Lennar Home Warranty Portal, only to have it denied stating "not covered under warranty" Workmanship, materials and appliances are of poor quality, The home is not worth the price paid. I regret making this Lennar at Triple Creek 50 QR home purchase.

The material used are cheap .. the wash mashing dryer and dish washer were cheap.. they put the filter for the air conditioner on the ceiling.. someone forget to tell them this is a retired community..

Not a great experience.. no attention to details.. promise they would fix things when we went to closing on the way back nothing was done.. we owned a west bay home and a GL home and this was the worst ..

Let me start off by saying that this is a wonderful community and I’m very happy that I moved here despite the construction issues. The other residents make it the wonderful community. My home sat with no progress being done for much of 2022. It wasn’t until the final month that they hurriedly slapped it together. It shows! I’m surprise you ask. From day one there have been issues. Some resolved others still waiting and waiting. My current (but not least) issue is a situation whereby the way the roof is pitched , When it rains, the ground below becomes saturated and flooded by a deluge of water pouring off the roof. If it were concrete below, it would be a none issue but being dirt, it can only stand enough water before flooding and doing a surmountable damage to the ground below it. As soon as I moved in, a huge leak occurred in the master bedroom shower that caused a lot of damage and the response from Lennar customer service was horrific! The workmanship is terrible it looks like they just cut as many corners as they could. Since moving into my second Lennar home, I have lost all confidence in your workmanship and follow-up to building deficiencies. It took about six weeks to finally get a dishwasher that worked after being given a model that was no longer even sold by GE and they couldn’t find a replacement part; I’ve had multiple doors actually falling off because the screws used are too small (I’m afraid to let my 8 year old near them in fear of them falling on her head!) and these are still unrepaired (4 months and still waiting). On day 1 we had a water leak because a pipe from the AC unit burst inside the house. Weeks of inconvenience and worry. The paint is already peeling. Issues with the washing machine and windows. Very sloppy workmanship with little or no supervision. There is more I could add.

I have been waiting for them to fix things for over a month now. My yard continues to flood they left a tree up in the back yard that is touching my house we paid for a premium lot and did not receive that. We are unable to even use our backyard due to the water rhe back yard retains. I am not gonna eat these cost for a 400k plus home. The home was rushed and there were many issues not tended to. Lennar knew the yard flooded Jamar said I may need French drains. Which tells me lennar knows about the flooding issue. As a first time home owner i wish I never dealt with lennar at this point. ...

Washing machine when on the spin cycle bangs the side The Dishwasher started smoking on the first use. The floors in the master bedroom squeaks very loudly as if it’s an old house. Paint on the carpet and tiles was told they be back to clean up. Of course no one came.

Aaron was phenomenal and has done all that he can to try and make the best of an unpleasant experience; he has truly been the only Lennar representative who values customer service and should be moved into a position of higher responsibility. The remainder of our experience has been wrought with nothing but frustration with Lennar blaming trade partners, the market, etc. I would never recommend a Lennar home and we have purchased two in here last year with a similar experience.

My house was dirty when we moved in. The paint look like a child had painted the ininsideCabinets in my bathroom have glue all over them glue on the main bathroom floor. The overall workmanship was poor, final product was rushed with many gaps from broken cabinets, sloppy paint job. Insurance premium through HIPPO (subsidiary of Lennar) was not paid forcing lapse in homeowner's policy and issuance of multiple dunning notices.

The material is very cheap, the work was done quickly and is falling apart. They take so long to fix the stuff they have messed up on. I would pay abit more next time and get a better builder.

I purchased a Lennar home, and understood that their would be issues with materials due to Covid-19. However, I was highly disappointed with the work and response to fix their mistakes. I still have a hole in the master bath, unfixed electrical, a broken front door, parts were stolen for other job sites, and more. The communication between staff was horrible. For example my husband and I would talk to someone in the loan department and would expect that message to be delivered to the each person on our mortgage case, but instead we would have to explain our self again and again for the same matter. We also had short notice when it came to gathering information to be sent over, and was then told certain things would be accepted but came to find out later in the home-buying process it’s not accepted. Let's start with Lennar Lender - Regina Stacy was the one who provided her services and she locked our rate when we didn't ask her; she also mentioned that we could change it free of charge later, which wasn't true - she did nothing to help us lower the rate. This was the main the most negative experience that required a lot of stress and attention. Overall build quality is ok but could be better. This home was overrated, over priced and structurally changed from the model home. Therefore it is not worth mentioning how bad this experience has been. Quality and workmanship is livable and ok with final product, but not good or great. Many items need to be fixed or adjusted. I am concerned how it will be after one full year. This is not the normal quality standard in prior build purchases from Lennar. Unfortunately I will not recommend Lennar nor buy Lennar in the future.
