Lennar homes tried to sell us the home which was 80% complete. They force is to close threatening to take away the deposit money. We had a 80 items on the to do list at the time of walk-through end since we have closed two months ago, I have had no luck in getting any of those items taken care

The expected construction time was way off time (almost 4 months earlier). I had to pay over $4,500 as penalty to my previous renters/realtor. I rented based on initial estimate giving by Lennar. I felt I was rushed to close the house. Even when I asked, I never was invited to see house while constructed (most of my neighbors where able to see and experience along their hose construction). We had a leak in the plumbing in the slab of the guest bath and foyer the first week we moved in. Two months later, I am still waiting to have my guest bath put back together and the punch list of issues and missing items taken care of.

We bought this house for a family member. There were so many issues with it at the walk through we were told by their foreman Jake that it could take weeks to get it finished. I explained to Jake, Ray, the salesman and the person at the walk through that since we lived out of town we would require 72 hours notice to plan a trip back to do the final walk through before closing. The closing was scheduled for less than a week away. They all said ok, we understand. Don’t buy anything from Lennar and even less so Lennar Finance

The only thing good about our experience with Lennar was the sales rep. She was very nice and extremely responsive and helpful. Once we closed on the house, Lennar seemed to not care at all. They got their money and they wiped their hands of us. There have been so many issues already. We've been in the home only 4 months and have had to make a claim with warranty over 10+ times. There seems to have been absolutely no oversight on the build and it shows.

My experience with Lennar has been far from pleasant. I scheduled a home orientation and traveled out of state specifically for it. Upon arriving, I found out the orientation had been canceled without any notification. The property was in complete disarray, and the lack of communication was appalling. The orientation was rescheduled, but the issues persisted. The whole Lennar experienced was a disgrace. Lennar did not communicate well with other Lennar employees which made my experience a bad one. From purchasing, workmanship, and responsiveness have greatly made me put this business at the bottom of my list, due to the fact they don't care about their customers, nor timelines to get things done. Highly do not recommend anyone ever buying from this company cause they are really just out to get your momey.

We are two months in from when we closed and I still haven’t even received a call back from our loan officer with answers to questions I had from when we moved on! I can say the only decent experience and people were Ana and Sharon who also tried to help. Project managers were rude and things did not get done when they said they would, the financing department never returned calls and when they did they were dismissive and made you feel like you were a bother. Lack of Communication is a big problem with Lennar

Sales person difficult to get in touch with. Did not return calls. Warranty issues were identified as being completed but were not. I took possession of the home and there was paint everywhere-both inside on the tile and outside on the pavers. The counters were scratched AFTER I did the walkthrough. When asking questions or for help I at times just got no answer. Also, expected the same home as the model but many things were not included. There was no discussion or information about this. Too bad for you is the attitude. I would go elsewhere.

From Agent in the Palm River neighborhood that told us so many things that weren't true or factual in anyway ( Like the Ring Camera that we specifically asked about multi times). I love the idea of electronic signatures but I was constantly hunting people down to ask what's changed on documents I've already signed to the point where it was just an inconvenience. I spent hours reconciling before and after documents. I was also told certain things won't be changed, I belive it was the estimate document, because they are fluid. I'm sorry but I won't sign anything if it's not correct. Horrible experience!

My loan processor Robin was trash. She asked for documents repeatedly after I would submit them to her and to the portal every 2 weeks. Don't believe anything the sales guy says especially when I comes to warranty, tiles popping up are not part of the warranty even though he said Lennar wants the homeowner to wait one year to see the issue once it settles. Home warranty is one year. Warranty reps are tough guys.....through text messages. Will never buy or recommend Lennar.

Absurd I've worked with various Construction Managers prior to closing only to be given lip service. Rushed to close and issues never addressed. Now post closing 2 months later still attempting to get items resolved. Truly bad experience all around.

This should have been an exciting and happy time but it wasn't. The quality of the work is horrible. The frames around my doors look worse than the home I live in for 30 years. We were rushed into closing on the house and there is paint on everything. The cupboards are a mess. My last home was a new build and looked nothing like this one. Shame on you Lennar for making this a stressful experience. You have no quality control.

Before we put our NON REFUNDABLE down payment of 5% of the purchase price everything was great. Communication was good. New home consultant was always on the ball replying to text message quickly and always avail to answer questions. After the deposit however is a different story. This was by far the worst experience purchasing a new home with any new builder and the worst interior finish of any new home we have purchased over the last decade. Issues started right after signing the contract - a home that was listed as “quick move in” suddenly was only available only 3 months later and then eventually was closed after 7 months. Based on my personal experience and some of the fine people I have met in the neighborhood I wouldn't recommend Lennar! The home buying experience should be a joyful time in your life especially your retirement home and they took the joy out of the process and turned it into a nightmare and they can't give that back to my wife and I no matter how much the eventually try to correct the poor workmanship and fit and finish.

The workmanship was poor at best, the sales staff and closing were a disaster, the follow up with repairs has been, let's just say a nightmare. Some things still are not fixed and if I had to guess are not going to get fixed unless I pay for someone to fix them. Everything included does not mean everything... but they fail to tell you what normal things are not included. I am afraid to see what is going t happen to this house in say 5 years, I think most mobile homes are constructed better.

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!
