I wish I could turn back time and wait on my close. Make sure you have everything complete before you sign. If Dillon is your construction manager, leave completely, he is not only incompetent, he is rude and unresponsive.

We were very happy and are proud of where we live. The salesperson Vivian was awesome and helped us with any questions throughout the purchase. Eagle Mortgage we had our fair share of headaches with the rep we had, we felt she wasn’t 100% sure of some of the questions and concerns we had but we fought through it. The workmanship in the build is what’s concerning. We’ve had leaks, walls put up that we’re not measured out correctly, grout that wasn’t filled in, etc. Most of these things were pointed out during the walk through but the construction manager Fernando was very quick to brush it off ...

Since moving into my second Lennar home, I have lost all confidence in your workmanship and follow-up to building deficiencies. It took about six weeks to finally get a dishwasher that worked after being given a model that was no longer even sold by GE and they couldn’t find a replacement part; I’ve had multiple doors actually falling off because the screws used are too small (I’m afraid to let my 8 year old near them in fear of them falling on her head!) and these are still unrepaired (4 months and still waiting). The one bright light has been your head maintenance person, who has gone well ...

The process was super simple. The value for your money is not so great, I ran into some issues after closing with the home and was basically told it’s the quality. For example, the cabinet doors falling off, the doors peeling from the bottoms, there’s no fix it’s just the quality of the doors or the quality of the cabinets. Over $300,000 on a house and that’s the response I got.

Our rep Amanda is gone. No informatuon was given of who to contact. No paint was left for the touch ups. Big issues as we cant find the same paint. Sherwin-Williams would not have the paint till maybe may 2022. Facet was broken. We moved 7 months . We were told wear and tear. Will not get it fix

Salesperson was responsive to our request, and found the house plan & lot that fit our needs. Contract was signed using Docusign and pictures were sent periodically on our homes progress. It was built exactly as planned.

Let me start by saying from the time I've dealt with the sales team all the way through to the Customer Care Team was a horrific experience. I bought my home in July 2021 and we are now in November 2021 and the defects in my brand new home have still not been completed. my bathroom shower pan was defected and it took 4 weeksand attempts with Lennar and Stewart tiling to completed the reinstallation on my shower pan. the time were poorly affixed after installing a new shower pan. I know now I would never hire anyone from Stewart Tiling or purchase a new home from Lennar. I really have to say ...

Overall good and straightforward buying process. Quality of homes is just average. Not that great and not that bad. Most likely a apartment like quality is what you get. Issue solving - awesome. Lennar rocks. They fix the issue at top priority. Overall, recommended.
