Everyday I walk into my new Lennar home, I can’t believe it belongs to me! I feel so blessed to own such a beautiful home! Lennar did an excellent job. Any issues we have had since moving in, the Customer Care department has been amazing! They take care of our issues/concerns right away and do it with a great level of professionalism! I would definitely recommend Lennar!

I purchased a new built and was promised during closing if there is any problem we will be out to fix it. A lot of below standards. 2 months in cabinets are falling off and apparently it’s a problem in the entire neighborhood along with drainage issues around the houses. No one wants to properly fix anything of or it takes months to get someone to come out to the house.

The price of the home is a was higher than I wanted to spend and the fact that the taxes will go significantly is discouraging. No one mentioned that when you purchase the home the taxes are based on the land not the house. After the house is built is when you get the real sticker shock

My husband and I chose Lennar because we were drawn to the "Everything Included" package and the community was very nice, quiet, and family oriented. Sadly when we got close to our closing date, the original construction manager quit and left MANY things undone. He failed to oversee some of the work done and the new construction manager had to come into MANY problems to try and get things going. We relocated from California to Florida in June 2021. We chose Lennar homes because we had a few friends in CA that purchased homes from Lennar and we fell in love with their homes. We were excited about our purchase until we moved into our home here in FL. Upon moving in, Dylan, the project manager at the Osprey Reserve Community, gave insight into how Lennar decided which items to include or not include. The process was definitely easier than I thought it would be. The walk-through allowed my concerns to be addressed quickly before moving in. My only issue was communication about delays in completion. The delays were not told to me until I called to ask and clarify the closing schedule. This caused me to make alternative living arrangements for over a month. But I am very pleased with the team's responsiveness and attention to my service needs and questions. Overall very happy with my new home!

From the first step into Lennar we were not pleased, we house hunted in January. The sales representative, was over an hour late for our appt that we scheduled with him, and then he told us to just go show ourselves around the 2 options of properties, which we did. Then he met with us after and after falling in absolute love with one of the models he tells us its a 2 year wait. This is why he should have spoken with us first and not just sent us in. They lied to me. They didn’t make the buying experience feel special. They ignore you when you need issues solved. We got yelled at by the painters and the construction manager did nothing about it.

When I bought my house there was a lot of communication, they told me the water was included which was a lie, My house found roaches they offered me fumigation when I bought it and now no one appears to help me, when I need something I have to be sending emails to see who can help me.

Absolutely horrible experience. Horrible Quality , customer service, and the Vice President of Sales - John wanted to even try to fight and he became angry by clinching his fist and grinding his teeth and became aggressive in his stance and tone. There is no quality in this home and Cindy the superintendent is worthless. Things are slowly getting done months and months later thanks for John S and Tad. The subcontractors they are use are worthless too. No attention to detail and I had to tell them how to do there job and how they messed things up. Multiple people from lennar and ...

Will not buy a Lennar home again. Quality and craftsmanship no longer exist because its about producing as many cookie cutter homes as possible. Home River is a joke and the HOA cares more about a weed in someone's yard then the roads being filled with parked cars to where people cant get through or sometimes get out of the driveway in a safe manner. Numerous times the trash truck cannot get through so our trash sits full.
