Poor craftsmanship and no quality control

Home was delivered 1 year late with very poor craftsmanship and little quality control. House was not delivered in moved in condition and was very dirty. Craftsmanship is equivalent to DIY. Uneven flooring, cracked tiles, cracked grout, loose, rotted, moldy subfloors, missing cabinetry, electrical issues, crooked walls, sloppy paint and trim work.

My experience with Lennar has been quite disappointing. Despite being promised that all pending tasks would be completed prior to closing, several important items were left unfinished. They were in a rush to close all the homes by November and there was no focus on completing the work before closing. The closet doors were not fixed, shower rods were not installed, the painting was not done to a satisfactory standard, and there were drywall cracks and partially painted lanai door. Terrible customer service! Pressure to close on home when not ready. Told us to move form 4 states away that it was ready to move in. It was still rough, not finished. Had to live in hotel for a couple of weeks after closing. Poor responsiveness from managers. Shabby finish work. I will never buy from Lennar again and will do my very best to warn future customers.

the quality of home is not up to the mark, closing was rush. There are many things that are not fixed, done, or ready upon the closing of the homes. After moving in, a lot of issues were found and took almost a month to fix most of things.

Lennar have no integrity. I still have issues with blue tape. Submit work orders and they are closed without being done. I will not recommend Lennar at all. From the sales representative (Jeannette Beltran)to, the person I did the new home orientation (Annisa) to the Construction Man. (Chris) no integrity, don't solve your issues. Rick is another one that keep calling me to make appointments and mever show up to fix the work orders. Lennar is a circus

Home building process not done in correct order causing more work appearance problems. Paint on driveway and patio pavers, paint drips on floors and walls, texture sprayed on our kitchen cabinets, no power to one of our bedrooms.

Construction is subpar/shoddy

Exterior and interior construction was rushed and shoddy. Construction manager and supervisor lied so much to homeowners on what they've promised they were going to do. My cabinet has a cracked before moving in September and still waiting on replacement. Still waiting on lanai to be installed as well. It's almost February now and nothing has been done. They put so many tapes to all over the house to remind them which ones needed attention and all they did was took them off. Nothing has been done. I will never reccomend Lennar. I have worked with several other builders and this home buying experience with Lennar by far is the worst. Builder rushed closing when the house was technically not ready. Lots of issues were promised to be fixed by move-in and ended up taking over months. Severe plumbing issues were found and quality of workmanship and materials is way below standard. I will never buy another house from Lennar again.

subcontractor and superintendent have come out to fix thing and just make thing worse. My Husband and I have been in the construction industry for many years and this is the worst customer service. maybe you should have the subcontractor and superintendent who built the model build the rest of the development very disappointing.

Was left with dead SOD, every day I discover a new issue with the house. When I moved my stove there was a huge hole on the wall which I’m sure allows for uninvited guest (bugs) to make their way into the house. When we contact them for issues they don’t respond in a timely manner

I never take these surveys but always will for Lennar. Out experience has been atrociously poor. 1 star is not a low enough rating. Ridiculous amount of issues with house and horrible customer service.

From the day I bought this home it has been a disaster. On the day I bought the home they were an hour late at the title agency and didn’t even have a room for us to close in. I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home. Company has been absolutely horrible since moving into the house. I’ve been here for less than a month and a half. I’ve had a roof leak due to my vents not being installed properly. I’ve had breakers go out. I’ve had things not sealed and also I’ve had a hole open up in my lanai. Trades people have been scheduled to come out they no-show customer service reps also ghost you when you try to get a response out of them. I paid 421K for my house and Jesus Christ. I can’t believe paying that much money gets you such bad customer service Lennar is a horrible company. Do not buy go elsewhere.
