Lennar is the most unorganized company we have ever dealt with. Don’t ever buy a model home from them and always get the inspection.

Was left with dead SOD, every day I discover a new issue with the house. When I moved my stove there was a huge hole on the wall which I’m sure allows for uninvited guest (bugs) to make their way into the house. When we contact them for issues they don’t respond in a timely manner

I never take these surveys but always will for Lennar. Out experience has been atrociously poor. 1 star is not a low enough rating. Ridiculous amount of issues with house and horrible customer service.

From the day I bought this home it has been a disaster. On the day I bought the home they were an hour late at the title agency and didn’t even have a room for us to close in. Then we ending up closing on a fold out table with some random guy who farted in my husbands face. Then our mailbox key didn’t work for over two weeks and then they had to rekey the mailbox. I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home. A number of items brought to the field supervisors attention were ignored or he said he would "take care of the" and then ghosted us and did nothing to complete and repair items. Company has been absolutely horrible since moving into the house. I’ve been here for less than a month and a half. I’ve had a roof leak due to my vents not being installed properly. I’ve had breakers go out. I’ve had things not sealed and also I’ve had a hole open up in my lanai. Trades people have been scheduled to come out they no-show customer service reps also ghost you when you try to get a response out of them. I paid 421K for my house and Jesus Christ. I can’t believe paying that much money gets you such bad customer service Lennar is a horrible company. Do not buy go elsewhere.

Please check everything very carefully before accepting house. There are many issues in the house and warranty sucks. Please stay away from purchasing Lennar if you have other builder options. Lennar delivers poor quality house. Also their sales and construction team is very irresponsible and careless. They usually don’t listen and deliver on promises they make to customers.

Ive scheduled my first payment to be electronically sent to Lennar Mortgage on the 28 October 28 2024 because it's due 1 nov 2024. They didn't inform me that th loan had been switched to a different loan company. Only the escrow payment made it to the my first payment. This is fraud!

The amount of cosmetic defects and the amount of time it has taken to fix these issue has been the worst experience of my house buying experience. We were rushed through the final walk through a lot of things were missed and the whole process just felt rushed! From the financial stand point all the way through closing. Buying a house with Lennar was the worst experience I ever had. I started the process June of 2023 and didn’t move in until the end of April of 2024. My new home consultant was the worst poor communication, he lied every chance he got, then he quit just two weeks before I had to close on the home. DO NOT buy from LENNAR! They are the MOST unreliable, RACIST and worst people to work with. We are first time home buyers and they made the process extremely difficult for us to purchase a home. We also felt that some of the people involved in our home buying process were very prejudiced and racist and they contributed to the difficulties that we experienced throughout the process. Bad experience cheaply done work. Lots of problems but builder still wanted to close be fore fixing them . Also after removing there cheap carpet there was lots of dirt paint and construction trash under pad was not even clean up . Then all the closet shelves were not attached to studs fell down with my wife’s clothes on them and she got hurt. Also had to fix a wall outlet box when removing found beer cans and soda pop bottles in the wall with liquid in them and ants were already starting to make a home were there was food and sugar . Bad builders stay away!!!

I have purchased 7 homes in the past 31 years and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had with a builder, from the start to close. I had to postpone the closing because what they called a finish home was not what the general public would consider finished. And the even managed to screw up the closing when it came time for that process. I flew my wife in from NC just for the close and we could not and would not close based on condition of home.
