The workmanship was poor at best, the sales staff and closing were a disaster, the follow up with repairs has been, let's just say a nightmare. Some things still are not fixed and if I had to guess are not going to get fixed unless I pay for someone to fix them. Everything included does not mean everything... but they fail to tell you what normal things are not included. I am afraid to see what is going t happen to this house in say 5 years, I think most mobile homes are constructed better.

Too many imperfections caused by fast and sloppy workmanship. The entire process is rushed from start to finish. Everywhere I look I find issues with finishing touches. We just moved in and we're already thinking about selling.

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!

Closed two months ago and almost every single week after closing, we experienced issues with the house where we had to call the builder to send contractors out to make corrections. For the price we paid for the house, this is truly unacceptable.

I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home. A number of items brought to the field supervisors attention were ignored or he said he would "take care of the" and then ghosted us and did nothing to complete and repair items. I got my keys but didn’t get my garage door opener or my mailbox key. As a first time home buyer it was not only annoying but very difficult to deal with . I didn’t like the roughness and the figure it out mentality that I slowly came to realize. It was a very rushed process and I had to find out or contact them about my keys which should have been explained to me.

Company has been absolutely horrible since moving into the house. I’ve been here for less than a month and a half. I’ve had a roof leak due to my vents not being installed properly. I’ve had breakers go out. I’ve had things not sealed and also I’ve had a hole open up in my lanai. Trades people have been scheduled to come out they no-show customer service reps also ghost you when you try to get a response out of them. I paid 421K for my house and Jesus Christ. I can’t believe paying that much money gets you such bad customer service Lennar is a horrible company. Do not buy go elsewhere.

Please check everything very carefully before accepting house. There are many issues in the house and warranty sucks. Please stay away from purchasing Lennar if you have other builder options. Lennar delivers poor quality house. Also their sales and construction team is very irresponsible and careless. They usually don’t listen and deliver on promises they make to customers.

Ive scheduled my first payment to be electronically sent to Lennar Mortgage on the 28 October 28 2024 because it's due 1 nov 2024. They didn't inform me that th loan had been switched to a different loan company. Only the escrow payment made it to the my first payment. This is fraud!

So many problems, but the biggest one is that my brand new house that I closed less than 2 months ago, now has diffused mold in the kitchen and a water leak under the concrete. I can't even move in even though I'm about to make second mortgage payment.

The amount of cosmetic defects and the amount of time it has taken to fix these issue has been the worst experience of my house buying experience. We were rushed through the final walk through a lot of things were missed and the whole process just felt rushed! From the financial stand point all the way through closing.
