The builders mortgages Company is very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend using Lennar mortgage company.

I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. My first home buying experience was far from what I've learned to expect from Lennar. I won't use them again in the future. Buying a house is a big deal and I don't feel I received the level service we deserved.

It hasn’t been 5 months and our cabinets are ready to come off the wall. I wished I had did more research on Lennar construction.

Did not anticipate as many issues with a brand new construction which I continue to run into. It seems that the rush to build to sell these houses is a priority and attention to detail is not. I trusted Lennar to deliver a finished home to the expectation as identified when it was sold to me. That was not the case. From an unclean house to malfunctioning garage door is not what I expected when I set out to purchase a newly constructed house. Very disappointed.

Quality is a little better than average. Construction supervisor was excellent. Don't let them rush you to closing. Make sure all of your quality and construction issues are completed first.

I have emailed 5 or 6 times about our garage door. It makes alot of noises(snapping,groaning,clunking) plus if the button isn't held down it stops sometimes
