I had a great overall experience throughout the entire pricess.

The entire experience from talking with sales, choosing home, working with Lennar Mortgage and Title and all the people I worked with was smooth and wonderful. Everyone was an excellent communicator and everyone answers when I called. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Lennar really has it together with their current people, departments and processes. The experience could not have been beter.

We had a super easy experience buying our condo with Lennar. From our realtors Debbie and Donna to our excellent Lennar support staff we were very pleased with the price and experience. The Lennar team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The place was absolutely perfect when we closed. Cuddos to Lennar and the great people who work there. Happy to be coming to Florida the best state in the union.

The moving boxes are being unpacked, and the house is starting to feel like home. Every day brings a new discovery, and we couldn't be happier.

Buying experience was wonderful. Austin was my representative sales person. I listened carefully to what we wanted . We drove 4hrs to meet with him . We loved the community they were developing . We gave him certain parameters to work with and come up with a home that meet our criteria. He did just that . He called us to look over selected homes according to our wishes and he was spot on . We love our new home . The neighbors are great . We are very happy with our new home . Thank you Austin. Thank you Lennar .

Calvin is energetic and responsive, always follows through with questions or requests. He brought the overall home buying experience from a one to a 3. Requested new sod to replace the dead grass in front on walk through and it still has not been done. Lennar loan department is a JOKE. Put us through the wringer and made us late on closing. All my neighbors say the same. We have been here 6 weeks and have had 3 windows replaced due to bad stains and now the windows will not lock, Had to call them again this week. Most of the house is of good quality and workmanship.

do not sign any sale contract until you are sure you get a fear deal, especially when home market is going down, I end out buying my home overprice, if you sign it and give a deposit, they won't give credit even if you see they are selling the same model home for 65k less of what you sign for.

Lennar needs to re-evaluate their rules about paying realtor partners when an individual visits a location and their partner can't make it. Honoring paying a partner builds trust. They should be open to a multitude of differentiated financing products and not be status-quo just because they haven't done it before. Quality and craftsmanship of the work during the home-building process should have many quality checks to alleviate any issues during and after the buying process. The Lennar agent should honor the buyers wishes and not their own agenda because they are Corporate.

Lee has been outstanding. I noticed a small window leak and related drywall damage soon after moving in. After submitting a warranty ticket, I got a call within 24 hrs, and repair scheduled within a few days. He was also quick to check in and follow up after the repair to ensure everything was done. I’m grateful for the Lennar Customer Care team!

I know there are several builders here in Florida but my heart went with Lennar. I saw several homes while looking but when I saw this community and walked in my house I knew in my heat it was the one for me. The process from start to finish was unbelievable each person from Anna to my amazing loan officer Jon was by far the most professional and experienced people to work with. I don’t think you can work with a better company with no hassles they respond quickly and clarify each detail needed to get the home buying process done. I’m glad we came with an experience and knowledgeable realtor. Please review your paperwork and make sure your loan officer communicates with you where you understand the closing documents. Overall I would say it’s 4/5 for me.

The buying experience was ok . It was after the sale when you notice issues that the builder refuses to fix. Like grading issues and water problems that they won't address. It is very disconcerting

Sales part in excellent but going for 1st visit as celebration and before closing could be better than it was with us

I was ok until I woke up one morning and my sliding glass door was physically open. I was ok until a construction worker used his code to open my front door and I had to run in terror to the door when I saw he was about to step into my house. I was told the builder code was removed on the day of closing. It was well over a month later when the worker walked into my house. The workers have utilized my electricity, blocked my driveway several times since I moved here and I had to go over to the agents office to get a sign to indicate "private residence" before anyone from Lennar did it. Although Lennar sent some one over to remove the door code again, I am just not sure they even care that I am over with the chaos of all the construction. I just expected so much more. Not removing the code from my lock was irresponsible on all fronts. ... More

From the start, salesman lied about what was included in HOA fees. There were many many construction defects with the home - from plumbing, to electrical to carpentry, appliances, tile, garage flooring etc. Lennar needs to spend more money on the various different trades so as to not have so many things that need to be repaired or replaced before homeowners move in and afterwards as well. The after home purchase was horrible. The loan process was the absolute best!

Lennar’s townhouses in Mirada are modern, spacious, and come with great home features. The community is beautiful, especially with the lagoon and convenient location. We had a few minor issues after closing, but Lennar’s warranty team handled them quickly. Overall, a great place to live and an excellent investment.

My experience was great the process was much easier than expected because of the Lennar team.was very professional and always kept me aware of the next steps.

The Lennar realtor, Nichole and Lennar mortgage agent Amber were very professional and did an excellent job of handling all aspects of all the paperwork and made it extremely easy.

Overall, construction is very cheap, down to the electrical sockets which I have never seen the likes. The appliances are another issue. They will not last long. I have never seen this quality in a new build. Very disappointing. You could have done some better.
