Builder raised costs by every phase.

My family has a great jome buying experience. We did have to wait over 3 months to move in due to it was being built but that was expected. So far we are loving our new home.

Everything was included in the price of the home making it less stressful during the process.

My experience buying my new home was very good. With phone calls and emails, everything went through. I started the process on October 1st by seeing the house and on October 29th buying it. I scanned all the things they needed from me and that was it. I am so happy with my new home. The opportunity that Lennar give us by having a nice home is incredible. Everything is nice and very thoughtful of our needs and desires that we will like in a home. Thank you Lennar for giving me the opportunity to have my new home!❤️

The builders mortgages Company is very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend using Lennar mortgage company.

Overall a great experience

I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. While buying the house the waiting until the last day to say they needed documents to close. They have 3 weeks and waited until the last day. The loan officer was very nice through the process. ... My first home buying experience was far from what I've learned to expect from Lennar. I won't use them again in the future. Buying a house is a big deal and I don't feel I received the level service we deserved.
