Everyone thought process was attentive, responsive and professional. Great team on every level. Felt like we were working with friends.

The only issue I had was with closing. Keys did not work and it took 2 months to get locks replaced to a matching set of deadbolts. I had go through the garage and leave the door unlocked to access my home. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone unless there is a service ticket out. The construction manager lied to me on multiple occasions and then stopped responding altogether.

They did not kelp their promise to fix things before closing. And they even did not fix things after closing. Never buy new from them or will not sign closing documents only after they fix everything.

Poor quality workmanship. No pride in work very sloppy. House is not level, flooring poorly laid, poor paint job. Paint splattered all over the tile floor, poor quality concrete. No lighting in home except for bathroom and kitchen.

After moving in, in less than 2 weeks a couple of things in the house were deteriorating showing the poor workmanship and the cheap materials used to build the house. After moving in I opened a window due to the smell of cleaning supplies when opening the window all of the window seal came off. First time passing mop and a piece of the cabinet molding on the floor just came off without even touching it. The seal or caulking on the floor used to seal the cabinet totally cracked (all this after 2 weeks of moving in) On the master bathroom one of the sinks is fully loose, the seal or calking was poorly applied so the sink is fully loose. These thing I can maybe see happening after a couple of years being in the house but not 2 weeks after moving in. Regarding responsiveness they do respond but they do take their time, when moving there were some issues with appliances it was taken care off but I had to be on top of it, calling over and over would be promised a date and they would never show up and wouldn't answer messages in a timely manner. ... They don’t fix things after you move in. Seems the house is cheaply made.

Too many issues for a new home. Need to improve the inspection process

Overall I had a good experience with lennar it was hassle free and everyone was very professional

The only issue is the landscaping . The grass was not laid down properly and it has a lot of holes.

I purchased my home November 2019 and the awesome LENNAR staff continue to check in on my and make sure the home is in great condition and that myself and my family are doing well. Highly Recommended Builder!

Lennar is the most unorganized company we have ever dealt with. Don’t ever buy a model home from them and always get the inspection.

I have enjoyed and still am very excited about life here at my new home. Working with Sofia and Alex White has been fantastic. They respond immediately and have a solution for any problem that comes up. Any doubts or questions I have had have been taken care of. I recommend my family and friends to come out and check out the area. Warm and friendly environment. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!

No basis to star rate last 2, so we provided a non-committal 3 stars each What does Trustworthiness mean in this context? And fortunately, we haven't had to judge that. But, I really don't know what you're looking for in the last two. We're basically happy with the house and the community. Annoying items: 1.No ceiling lights in bedrooms and living/dining rooms Lennar rep (mostly very nice and helpful) said some want lights, others, ceiling fans. Our solution: ask the new owners before finalizing. What a thought!?! 2. Ditto for kitchen faucet. No flexible hose spray nozzle. I don't think I've been in a home since the 60's that didn't have a sprayer. I'm having to have an outside plumber do it. 3. The front door opens OUTWARD. Almost everyone who comes in comments on that. Not very shopping bags and boxes friendly. The items above are not deal breakers, but certainly annoying, and we either deal with them with our checkbook or have 3 important negatives in what will almost assuredly be our final home at 74 and 68 years of age. ... Landscaping that dies in just a few months and filthy bath tubs with rings that cannot be removed and no warranty service for either. Buyer beware

Wish they used a little better products; especially lawn and outdoor features

Lennar made the process super East while I was deployed! Great company!

I love my new home. There were some hick ups but Lennar was quick fixing or repairing any issues.

Communication is key for me and my wife esp while we were deployed overseas trying to purchase our home. We never got that even if it was just to tell us you guys were working it for us. I guess we just expected a lot more with our first time buying a house
