I don’t even think there’s enough space here for me to tell you guys how horrible the experience was buying a Lennar home from the mortgage people that I am ashamed have access to my Social Security number to the workmanship that I am now living in a home that Hass to be redone. There was paint on the carpet. Things were not done complete walls were crooked. This house is been a nightmare And two months and I’m still waiting to have things done and planned to be fixed because I’m last on the list because I’ve already signed the closing documents.

Over a half a million dollar with the quality & workmanship of a motel 6. Home was dirty at closing, workers leave trash inside and outside your home. Paint chipping and peeling was left through the home. Door knobs and other fixtures falling apart. In order to have this repaired even one day after closing you must log on and submit work orders and wait. The cheapest & discontinued products were used (cabinetry, floor tiling, paint color and quality). Overall very displeased. If I could give negative points, I would put -5 points...From the beginning all the process have been a nightmare...The sale representative was completely unprofessional, I didn't receive any information from her except to the closing day when She was pushing me to sign the closing agreement but the house wasn't ready yet (No Gas meter, so we couldn't test the range, water heater and dryer). Then, during the final walk-thru we discover at least 20 issues that needs to be fixed before the closing date, but they didn't do it. Was pushed to close with the home with many pending issues that made the place not ready for move in. 2 months after closing and stilll many issues pending, There is no responsiveness from the Senior Construction Manager to cancel moleste items are n the punch list. Worst experience ever !

Terrible customer service! Pressure to close on home when not ready. Told us to move form 4 states away that it was ready to move in. It was still rough, not finished. Had to live in hotel for a couple of weeks after closing. Poor responsiveness from managers. Shabby finish work. I will never buy from Lennar again and will do my very best to warn future customers.

Just one word, the only good experience was the fantastic salesperson we had. Other than that everything else was and is hell. Construction is terrible, and warranty coverage is awful—very Bad Experience; the worst.

I was forced to close before house was finished properly. I had 100 different issue while was forced to close my house. Still today I am having issue from Frame to Appliance. Lennar is to learn of What is Quality of workmanship, Trustworthiness, value for the price paid and responsiveness to issues. I think People created this survey should work on the quality assurance field.

I had a horrible home-buying experience with Lennar and would never ever purchase anything from Lennar in my life for sure. Most of the Work was not quality work and customer service has been terrible with a lot of pending items on the day of closing and even 2 months after moving into the house. I have to say, buying our new Lennar home has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. From our walkthrough (with no lights or AC), to closing day where these issues were still not resolved, to issues that are still not resolved in our home almost 2 months after closing. You have to jump through hoops to get things fixed, even when they been notated multiple times. The materials in the home are cheap- pressed wood cabinets and laminate counters in the bathrooms. From the lack of sales support, to the purchase agreement to the mortgage process to closing and service after closing HORRIBLE experience. The home is poorly built several structural issues, flooring issues. Worst real estate decision I have ever made.

Very dissatisfied we have built 3 homes in fl and I would never buy a Lennar home again. Very poor workmanship. Totally stressed out from dealing with them. They slap their homes together and don’t care how they look.

I’ve spent so much time and effort trying to get Lennar to make things right I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this review. You name it; it’s broken or done haphazardly. NEVER again. And lastly, broken promise after broken promise to make things right. It’s not just me, any time I talk to a neighbor they’re dealing with the same thing. Completely unreal.

I had a very very unhappy home buying experience with Lennar. Starting from the sales to finance to home construction, ar every step, the whole experience was very unpleasant and compromising. The quality of the construction was suboptimal and there are multiple visible flaws that were not corrected even after they were reported in the inspections. The new home walkthru and final inspection process was so painful with so many open issues and construction manager was not ready to fix. Several outstanding warranty issues have not been resolved nor any attempt to fix them. Deena my construction manager and warranty contact will not respond and fix MANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOTED SINCE PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE.
