Half of 1st floor tiles is hollow, door on 2nd floor master bed not closing, lawn on front yard is die, No one respond on this issue only asking feedback even not showing up and look at it.

The mortgage company with Lennar has horrible customer service. They treat their clients like crap after all the effort they put into buying their homes. I'd never buy with Lennar again.

Horrible Follow up and Feedback

I have been dealing with an open issue at my new home since we closed on 10/21/2020. I have in writing that if the front and back yard does not grow correctly, Lennar will replace. I have a huge gap in my front door, I was told the part is on back order and they will get back to me soon. its been 6 months that we have lived with a gap that you can see daylight from, 6 months. they are unfilled holes in the front of the house above the garage, the front shingles were put on with very little workmanship! I was told the excess glue and shingle would me cut off/wiped away, that never happened and ...

Waist of my VA home loan

If I could do this all over again I would definitely go with a different builder. The home that me and my wife purchased was very cheaply built. I waisted my VA home loan and I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy a home from them. They use cheap contractors to build and fix things so you pretty much get way less than what you pay for. I've been complaining about different issues shortly after moving in.

Worst buying home experience EVER!!!

Although this should have been one of the most exciting times in our lives....it was ABSOLUTELY the worst. If you buy a Lennar home be prepared for whole bunch of promises on the front end (before you sign) and be prepared after you sign to fight with Lennar over EVERY single issue that you have. (The warranty) Also, they switch up the rules for what they promised in order to meet THEIR needs and not YOURS!!! No one wants to take responsibility and they like to pay pass the buck. I strongly recommend getting a home inspection before the drywall goes up... it might save a lot of mental ...

subcontractor and superintendent have come out to fix thing and just make thing worse. My Husband and I have been in the construction industry for many years and this is the worst customer service. maybe you should have the subcontractor and superintendent who built the model build the rest of the development very disappointing.

They did not kelp their promise to fix things before closing. And they even did not fix things after closing. Never buy new from them or will not sign closing documents only after they fix everything.

Lennar focuses on quantity rather than quality! I moved in my new home in September and have had nothing but issues! I would never recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

Was left with dead SOD, every day I discover a new issue with the house. When I moved my stove there was a huge hole on the wall which I’m sure allows for uninvited guest (bugs) to make their way into the house. When we contact them for issues they don’t respond in a timely manner

I never take these surveys but always will for Lennar. Out experience has been atrociously poor. 1 star is not a low enough rating. Ridiculous amount of issues with house and horrible customer service.

It all starts with lies. First, they sent you emails stating you need to change all utilities before the closing date only to allow you to be responsible for all the water and electricity used to finish the home. Then, you are faced with a high bill to congratulate you on your new home. Many minor issues you begin to see in the home that you didnot grasp during the 20 minute walk thru. All good and beautiful till you add a service to your home and then they claim you violated your warranty and they scratch it off the list as if you screwed yourself and they were waiting for you to fall. This isn't my first home with Lennar and I was very happy with my previous purchase but not so happy with my recent purchase. The home has had numerous problems including roof leak. I'm very unhappy and filled with buyer remorse. This will be my last Lennar home.

Snail Warranty Services “Drags Slowly”

There are several things wrong. My home flooded within 24 hours of moving in, due to Brandon *Building Site Manager* not properly installing a whose on my washer. Ultimately causing 3-areas of my home to have water damage, mold/mildew and wet carpet. Took the builder 3-months to rectify the problem through warranty department. Builder was not flexible with home owners. Builder insisted the homeowner take off work for repairs instead of working around homeowners schedule. Lennar made a lot of written (via email) promises and never kept them. Horrible Experience. I will never recommend Lennar ...

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!! My experience with Lennar has been HORRIBLE outside of the person I worked with in finances. I have been lied to by the sales department, construction manager, lawn company, HOA and warranty company. My home was poorly built and now I have to put in service request to have patch work done, when they people doing the work decide to show up. When someone FINALLY comes, rather complete the work the error is pushed off on another trade. I really wish Lenna would stand behind the quality they advertise during the showing.

I would not buy from Lennar again. They are irresponsible, rude, and dont care about you as the buyer. Having a lot of issues with the home still and they are not fixing. My wife and I were made homeless because they were trying to make their numbers for the month. They asked me to walk through the home at 11PM in the dark. The trades they hire are the lowest rated and dont speak English. I would not buy from them and I would give 0 stars if possible.

If you are going to purchase a Lennar home be sure you can be onsite everyday looking at the construction being done. The workmanship was not good on our house and we will be putting in rework tickets the entire year during our warranty period. You also need to do a thorough walk through before you accept the house and pack your patience for closing; just plan on a three hour ordeal. Good luck!
