Never can get an answer from someone. They always have to ask someone else. Repairs are very slow to be fixed! Neighborhood needs to be taken better care of.

This had to be one of the best process and of course buying my first home!!! Ray at Lennar made it easy process for me and my realtor. Ms.Elaine was amazing once i moved in she came and checked in and gave me tour of the house as well as checking back in weeks later to be sure i was okay. She is amazing!!! 5 stars are not enough for rating.

It was our understanding when making the decision on buying in this neighborhood, that there was going tp be a dog park and playground put in. I can't get answers on the timeline for thus and the one person who responded was the previous construction manager who said here doesn't think they're doing it anymore. The buying process itself was great but a couple months later we are missing out on what was a huge selling point for us on this neighborhood...

From the loan application to closing, Lennar was bar none. The loan officers and selling agents were courteous and professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My closing was completed on the date and time assigned. Thank you Lennar.

Have had issue with way they constructed pipes. For the townhome community, the back flow pipes are above ground. A car hit mine and it is not under warranty so I had to pay out of pocket According to the plumber, it happens often. Not swel thinking on the design.

Very basic cheap construction. Things that should be included are upgrades or not offered. Carelessness on several items in the home. No padding under carpet and can fell rocks where the carpet was laid down. Changes made during building of the home that buyer not made aware of. However I do like the community that I live in.

Don’t close on your home until your issues are fixed! They make you jump through hoops to get simple things fixed that should have been done right the first time and send contractors that have been drinking to your home with children in it. They make you feel like the bad person for wanting things done right when purchasing a brand new home. They tell you things will be fixed after closing but that isn’t true. We had to wash splattered paint off every surface of our new home and had to paint walls ourselves because the painters had been there 3 times and only made things worse by rushing ...

My husband and I bought our first home last year. We love the area. We wish that it was better planning on the set up for guests parking ( guests’ spaces for the homes in the back). We noticed this property is about to be huge, hope they are planning to have another pool, dog park and playground for these kids to go. Besides that Lennar has been good. We noticed some things could be better, but it’s not a complete turn off. We would buy again from Lennar.

Great Buying Experience - Poor follow-up an attention to finishing

Our sales rep Vivian was excellent. She was informative of the process and responsive with any and all questions. Jamal our managing rep however was the polar opposite. It started with no showing me on my initial walk through and having someone arrive an hr late to cover for him. Final touch requests weren't completed or done haphazardly (paint, etc.). I still have a broken rack installed in my linen closet I requested to be changed out in early December still sitting broken. In talking with my new neighbors, they have had similar follow up experiences. Pretty underwhelming.

Good but not excellent. I gave the review good but not excellent because the structure of the building is good but the finishing touches is not great . The plumbing fixtures are very cheap we’ve been here for just four months and some of them are shaking from the walls already, The door knobs are very cheap as well And for a new homeowner I feel like you have to just move in and relax and not stress about stuff like that. The last thing is how do you build a whole complex with 2 dog parks without a play area for kids ?

The buying process and went well. There were small issues that were addressed with the home itself. Bigger issues have not been resolved and I feel I am being ignored by Lennar. A construction worker broke a sprinkler head, I told Lennar but nothing was done. Due to the busted head, my water bill was extremely high. I was told Lennar would reimburse me but needed to provide 3 bills. I did and never heard anything back. Two trees in my front yard died and the house was not 4 months old when it happened. I told Lennar but they said they do not cover that or it is not under warranty. Getting ...

Lennar focuses on quantity rather than quality! I moved in my new home in September and have had nothing but issues! I would never recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

I would not buy Lennar again

The house is built fast and cheap. Workmanship is poor quality. Home advertises as "comes with everything", but it doesnt come with essential items you would expect from a home; such as coach lights, door bell, sliding door bug screen, drawers in any bathrooms and list goes on. Lennar also did not disclose very important information such as; we live next to landfield, and many more information would have made us not move here if we knew. I won't be buying lennar again nor will i ever recommend them to anyone i know.
