Be aware that all drawers in the Bathrooms are Fake and do not open. We didn’t bother opening during our first initial showing and just assumed they would open. When brought to their attention during our walk through before closing, the construction manager refused to change out. Great value for the most part!!

While the financing process had its challenges, the personal experience of working with the team was positive. However, it seemed that the sales department was somewhat misleading regarding the selection and purchase of the home. They were quite insistent that the prices of other homes would be significantly higher than the existing one, possibly to meet their sales goals. I would advise future homeowners to conduct a thorough inspection of their house before signing any contracts. During our cleaning, we discovered overspray on the glass doors, windows, and countertops, as well as some cracked cabinets and leaking plumbing drains. I was so excited to buy my first home. I was consistently sold a false narrative and dragged through this process. It was quite miserable from beginning to end.

We loved what the community offers and liked the house and lot right away. Buying the house was much more intense and demanding with all the new requirements. The sales agent was great, as were the finance people, although the pressure to complete the mortgage application was strong. The walk through was called a "celebration" which was confusing, and there was little or no give on items we wanted addressed. I would have appreciated help with interior paint. I was disappointed that most bathroom drawers were fakes, and there is no medicine cabinet. Mostly I would have appreciated that the interior could have been painted with some color. Buying with Lennar was a pretty easy process. The separation of Lennar companies was a bit difficult to navigate I.e. Lennar construction, Lennar mortgage, and Lennar sales.

I found it extremely frustrating that the walk thru time is dictated by lennar and not the buyer. I asked them to send me a calendar invite and was told " we don't do that". My experience with david weeklyvwas amazing and they worked with the buyer. Lennar has a very military like feel to the home buying experience. I wanted a different front door and was told no, I wanted different colored cabinets and was told no. " we at lennar don't do that" is what I was told. In my humble opinion Lennar is a turn and burn company in regards to their buyers. Lennar just cares about the sale. However my driveway is too steep and I filled out a complaint online and a gentleman named Josh contacted me the next day which exceeded my expectations and they are fixing my driveway. But now I have to buy a new front door on a brand new house, I have to buy brand new cabinets on a brand new house. None of this happened with David Weekly, the buyer was in control and valued. ... Very confusing, offers of help were hollow

After 8 years of apartment living...and with the uncertainty of future rent costs, we decided to see what was available in our price range. We found exactly what we needed on our first visit to Mirada. 36 days later, we moved in to our spacious, no outside maintenance home. Thanks for helping us secure our future.

This home buying experience was convenient and home buyer friendly

My home seller and loan officer were awesome in the process and guided me through.

Everything was easy, from the home buying experience to the closing. The staff at the title company were phenoms!

Upon house hunting, I visited a few different builders. All with different wonderful options for those wishing to become homeowners. However, Lennar stood out most from the very beginning of seeing different floor plans with Adrianne, to the loan officer Regina, to the very end when we did our celebration date (the walk thru of the home). Everyone was pleasant, helpful and always answered any question without seeming frustrated or too busy. Lennar staff made it a pleasant experience. Overall satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend and refer them to anyone.

Jenn was very professional and helpful answering all my questions. I was very pleased with all the information that she gave me about the Villa.and all the benefits to own one!

I had a great experience buying from this builder and I am very pleased with all the process that was very smooth and quick.

I think the sales agent was nice but the process which I’m sure is trained feels rushed and forced. You are not allowed to review documents. It’s sign and make a down payment. Will not be my last purchase but will definitely use a realtor or attorney going forward. Same thing for ky walk thru. Never got to noir or green tape so refused to sign for the walk thru. 2nd round although I taped half the tape was still up and not touched up. Overall I’m still happy with my purchase.

Poor communication during home buying and than nothing after. But in a claim because piping is backwards and nit up to code, so instead of fixing the issue correctly. Lennar wants to take a short cut which will affect my whole hot water throu out my house.

John our sales representative was excellent to deal with, always answered when called. Joel our lender was also wonderful. The home has some minor issues when we moved in but overall Lennar has been responsive and took care of most issues.Overall love the neighborhood

Currently amenities are not available and yet we’re paying for them. My husband is a trim carpenter n noticed lots of caulk used at the base. A lot paint flaws on drywall. We enjoyed working with our Salesman Ole.

Construction inspections very low quality. Sloppy and lost trust in the inspection manager. Many cosmetic complaints and had to pull teeth for adjustments. Would recommend Lennar evaluating their construction manager and their definition of what quality is.

LENNAR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FORTHRIGHT

The experience buying the home was fine. Although you must know how to navigate the Internet and how to upload and download files. The home is OK for the price. The neighborhood is already having a good experience in our lives. We're going to enjoy living here very much. Having four HOA's is a bit much to handle. I hope we can afford them in the future.

Over all a positive experience with a decent quality construction and amenities. My minor dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the builder did not install a single ceiling fan and sprinklers for lawn in the backyard.

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!

Great experience with Adrianne, our sales consultant. To this day, it is so special to see her in the community. She has stayed friendly with us and has graciously introduced us to our neighbors. We had some difficulties with construction following up on items. We were rushed to close on December 31 with several outstanding items; particularly landscaping agreements between Lennar and the HOA. The agreement was for the builder to clean up the "buffer" area between the lot line and the golf course. This took lots of phone calls and follow up from folks that are not part of your construction team. The area was mowed, but the agreed upon installation of pine straw has not been completed as of today. I also was not impressed with the quality of the build. You can tell people were rushed to do their jobs as painting was sloppy. There was a safety hazard with the glass shower that we had to have fixed. The support for the glass was being held by a drywall anchor, and fell out of ceiling pretty easily when the glass was removed. Some other small things that were not considered are; no light in the guest bathroom shower, the master closet door should have been placed to open on the opposite side to provide more working space and no vanity lights in the bathroom are just some of this issues we have uncovered. The appliances are cheap and will most likely have to be replaced in the near future, specifically the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Overall, we are somewhat pleased. If you want it for yourself, Lennar wants it for you. It’s your time, be patient. I worked with the most kind, pleasant, and patient team of individuals who kept me informed and motivated. I absolutely love everything about my home. In addition to getting everything I wanted in a home, literally all boxes checked, the structure, of my Lennar home is the best in its class. Thank you Lennar for being the leader you are!!!
