My home seller and loan officer were awesome in the process and guided me through.

Everything was easy, from the home buying experience to the closing. The staff at the title company were phenoms!

Upon house hunting, I visited a few different builders. All with different wonderful options for those wishing to become homeowners. However, Lennar stood out most from the very beginning of seeing different floor plans with Adrianne, to the loan officer Regina, to the very end when we did our celebration date (the walk thru of the home). Everyone was pleasant, helpful and always answered any question without seeming frustrated or too busy. Lennar staff made it a pleasant experience. Overall satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend and refer them to anyone.

Jenn was very professional and helpful answering all my questions. I was very pleased with all the information that she gave me about the Villa.and all the benefits to own one!

I had a great experience buying from this builder and I am very pleased with all the process that was very smooth and quick.

I think the sales agent was nice but the process which I’m sure is trained feels rushed and forced. You are not allowed to review documents. It’s sign and make a down payment. Will not be my last purchase but will definitely use a realtor or attorney going forward. Same thing for ky walk thru. Never got to noir or green tape so refused to sign for the walk thru. 2nd round although I taped half the tape was still up and not touched up. Overall I’m still happy with my purchase.

Poor communication during home buying and than nothing after. But in a claim because piping is backwards and nit up to code, so instead of fixing the issue correctly. Lennar wants to take a short cut which will affect my whole hot water throu out my house.

John our sales representative was excellent to deal with, always answered when called. Joel our lender was also wonderful. The home has some minor issues when we moved in but overall Lennar has been responsive and took care of most issues.Overall love the neighborhood

Currently amenities are not available and yet we’re paying for them. My husband is a trim carpenter n noticed lots of caulk used at the base. A lot paint flaws on drywall. We enjoyed working with our Salesman Ole.

Construction inspections very low quality. Sloppy and lost trust in the inspection manager. Many cosmetic complaints and had to pull teeth for adjustments. Would recommend Lennar evaluating their construction manager and their definition of what quality is.

The experience buying the home was fine. Although you must know how to navigate the Internet and how to upload and download files. The home is OK for the price. The neighborhood is already having a good experience in our lives. We're going to enjoy living here very much. Having four HOA's is a bit much to handle. I hope we can afford them in the future.

Over all a positive experience with a decent quality construction and amenities. My minor dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the builder did not install a single ceiling fan and sprinklers for lawn in the backyard.

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!

Great experience with Adrianne, our sales consultant. To this day, it is so special to see her in the community. She has stayed friendly with us and has graciously introduced us to our neighbors. We had some difficulties with construction following up on items. We were rushed to close on December 31 with several outstanding items; particularly landscaping agreements between Lennar and the HOA. The agreement was for the builder to clean up the "buffer" area between the lot line and the golf course. This took lots of phone calls and follow up from folks that are not part of your construction team. The area was mowed, but the agreed upon installation of pine straw has not been completed as of today. I also was not impressed with the quality of the build. You can tell people were rushed to do their jobs as painting was sloppy. There was a safety hazard with the glass shower that we had to have fixed. The support for the glass was being held by a drywall anchor, and fell out of ceiling pretty easily when the glass was removed. Some other small things that were not considered are; no light in the guest bathroom shower, the master closet door should have been placed to open on the opposite side to provide more working space and no vanity lights in the bathroom are just some of this issues we have uncovered. The appliances are cheap and will most likely have to be replaced in the near future, specifically the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Overall, we are somewhat pleased. If you want it for yourself, Lennar wants it for you. It’s your time, be patient. I worked with the most kind, pleasant, and patient team of individuals who kept me informed and motivated. I absolutely love everything about my home. In addition to getting everything I wanted in a home, literally all boxes checked, the structure, of my Lennar home is the best in its class. Thank you Lennar for being the leader you are!!!

Closed two months ago and almost every single week after closing, we experienced issues with the house where we had to call the builder to send contractors out to make corrections. For the price we paid for the house, this is truly unacceptable.

I am totally unhappy with my experience with Lennar. They already raised my HOA fees and I’m only living here a month. Every time I turn around they are charging us for more things that were never explained either at closing or when I first looked at the community. Living in a 55t community, most of us are on a fixed income. Had I been aware of all the extra dues, I never would have bought here. Very unhappy and will consider moving.

Overall, it's worth for the money. But I feel they could have provided a bit more quality items for the same price. As an example, in guest bathrooms, they are proving small tiles, very labor intensive, and needs more cleaning by homeowners on a weekly basis. Instead, they could have provided either big tiles/less labor or even the new cheap big vinyl sheets. No basic fixtures like toilet paper holders in bathrooms.

It was a great experience. I received attention from some of the team and assistance in completing the data until I finally reached the completion of the house purchase process. However, I would like in the future for things to be smoother and more flexible when selling and for everything to be explained before signing the contract. I recommend dealing with Lanar. You are a truly excellent choice.

I am very happy with the experience. The primary difficulties I struggled with, all were technology related. I worked a career that did not include much computer work, effectively none. Everything about this process required me to do something on a new app, or website. I don't even own a computer and that has made the process challenging. Plenty of help is available, but when you aren't familiar, the help is often difficult to follow. If you're in my situation, don't shy away, just be prepared. They will get you through it. If you are someone who is familiar with and enjoy doing things online and on apps, then you will really appreciate the process. ... More

I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home. I cannot take a bath in our tub because they have so much crap caked on the bottom of it from painting and whatever else they used, our appliances are rusting very bad, our floors are uneven and the furniture rocks back and forth. Poor quality and they rip you off on price. The home next to us (a townhome as well) sold for 300K less than we paid and they have more sq footage. I could go on and on but it’s not worth my time anymore to deal with them. My parents were going to buy a home as well and after our experience I told them to never buy a Lennar home. Thanks but no thanks Lennar. You couldn’t even send us our Key fobs. We had to drive an hr and back to pick them up. Real classy ... More

Overall great experience. The consultants were awesome. But as far as workmanship, fast and sloppy not quality materials used. They don’t even come with ceiling fans anymore.
