The experience buying the home was fine. Although you must know how to navigate the Internet and how to upload and download files. The home is OK for the price. The neighborhood is already having a good experience in our lives. We're going to enjoy living here very much. Having four HOA's is a bit much to handle. I hope we can afford them in the future.

Over all a positive experience with a decent quality construction and amenities. My minor dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the builder did not install a single ceiling fan and sprinklers for lawn in the backyard.

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!

Great Sales Team; Difficult construction follow-up

Great experience with Adrianne, our sales consultant. To this day, it is so special to see her in the community. She has stayed friendly with us and has graciously introduced us to our neighbors. We had some difficulties with construction following up on items. We were rushed to close on December 31 with several outstanding items; particularly landscaping agreements between Lennar and the HOA. Closed two months ago and almost every single week after closing, we experienced issues with the house where we had to call the builder to send contractors out to make corrections. For the price we paid for the house, this is truly unacceptable.

Value for the money but some improvements needed

Overall, it's worth for the money. But I feel they could have provided a bit more quality items for the same price. As an example, in guest bathrooms, they are proving small tiles, very labor intensive, and needs more cleaning by homeowners on a weekly basis. Instead, they could have provided either big tiles/less labor or even the new cheap big vinyl sheets. No basic fixtures like toilet paper holders in bathrooms.

It was a great experience. I received attention from some of the team and assistance in completing the data until I finally reached the completion of the house purchase process. However, I would like in the future for things to be smoother and more flexible when selling and for everything to be explained before signing the contract. I recommend dealing with Lanar. I am very happy with the experience. The primary difficulties I struggled with, all were technology related. I worked a career that did not include much computer work, effectively none. Everything about this process required me to do something on a new app, or website. I don't even own a computer and that has made the process challenging. Plenty of help is available, but when you aren't familiar, the help is often difficult to follow. If you're in my situation, don't shy away, just be prepared. They will get you through it. I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home. Before you close, take your time to look at the home with a magnifying glass because there are many careless mistakes, issues that it will overwhelm you after closure. You will not only be dealing with your move but also requesting repairs so many issues and keeping up with all the trades services that will have to come to your home to fix the issues. My experience with Lennar has been far from pleasant. I scheduled a home orientation and traveled out of state specifically for it. Upon arriving, I found out the orientation had been canceled without any notification. The property was in complete disarray, and the lack of communication was appalling. We closed on 10/30/2024 and couldn't wait to get into our new home. Unfortunately from the moment we moved in it's been issue after issue. We purchased a 6-year-old model in bad shape, Lennar didn't correct every warranty item, just a few of them. They refused provide information and keys to the home. Therefore, we needed to locksmith and get new lock and keys for $340.00, and same the pavers we did them for $250,00 in Nov. 2024. But Lennar never repaid us.

House is nice but the home buying process was a nightmare

The house itself is nice and a good value for the money. The process of buying the house from the mortgage lender all the way through the celebration and acceptance had MUCH to be desired. Issues riddled throughout the entire process. Warranty claims had to be reopened because they were incorrectly denied. Several issues were found during the celebration walk and none of which were addressed before the home acceptance.
