Amazing experience every step of the way. The NHC was very helpful in deciding what model and what elevation. James had a great answer for every question we asked. The Construction Manager Cindy did an excellent job, and even finished ahead of schedule! Each time we have contacted Lennar for a service call, it has been easy to put in the request, and a very quick response from the trade partner. Lennar is a great company!

Like the floor plan (though "open floor plan" not for everyone). Lots of receptacles in kitchen area. Very large master bedroom.

Lennar’s townhouses in Mirada are modern, spacious, and come with great home features. The community is beautiful, especially with the lagoon and convenient location. We had a few minor issues after closing, but Lennar’s warranty team handled them quickly. Overall, a great place to live and an excellent investment.

Austin is the best! He served us exceptionally and he helped us in so many way!

Be aware that all drawers in the Bathrooms are Fake and do not open. We didn’t bother opening during our first initial showing and just assumed they would open. When brought to their attention during our walk through before closing, the construction manager refused to change out. Great value for the most part!!

Everything was easy, from the home buying experience to the closing. The staff at the title company were phenoms!

I am very happy with the experience. The primary difficulties I struggled with, all were technology related. I worked a career that did not include much computer work, effectively none. Everything about this process required me to do something on a new app, or website. I don't even own a computer and that has made the process challenging. Plenty of help is available, but when you aren't familiar, the help is often difficult to follow. If you're in my situation, don't shy away, just be prepared. They will get you through it. Easy to work with. Liked the timely delivery and response to my inquiries and status updates. Great thing is it has everything and ready to move in except couple of minor things like Water softener loop and shower glass door.

The mortgage process was a breeze. Joel and his partner Jodi made it seamless, fun, and speedy. It was wonderful to work with their personalities are a breath of fresh air. I am also impressed by the way Lennar is managing my complaints. I am adding Josh in Customer Care to my list for being expedient, concerned, and attentive.

I like the fact that everything was included in purchase price and they paid for closing costs
