Attention to details as discussed in person. Several items we discussed were left incomplete from the original report. I did advise that my home back in GA was closing and I needed things listed completed. Less than month into my new home and we have a leak in the guest bathroom that I found while storing some things away. When I walked through final inspection, home was still being worked on. We recently closed on a single family home. The closing process was all one way. The builder set the schedule and we had to live with it. Living in another state required us to cancel flights and reboot them as their schedule changed. When I asked for an one day change in the schedule, I was told 'No Can do', but they later changed the schedule by a week. We went with Lennar because we got more bang for our buck. However, it came with a price. Read below. The sales guy was our first interaction with Lennar. He was very condescending and not very responsive most times. He always seized the opportunity to say something condescending. Often times when he felt that he was repeating himself he would say "I said" or "like I said" or "I already told." He rubbed me the wrong way the entire time. The start of the process was great, the sales team and mortgage group did an outstanding job (great communication, attentive to questions and concerns and just a pleasure to deal with). The walkthroughs were ok, a bit rushed and even items pointed out prior to the walkthrough weren’t all corrected (some weren’t corrected after the first walkthrough, and were rushed to correct just prior to closing), because of this several items were missed. Each and every Lennar personnel were knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressures and they provided me with options to meet my needs and wants. No Front Door Lock - Poor

My home still does not have a front door lock. My construction manager told us he ordered the lock a day after we closed on October 21, 2024 and told us he would have it in two weeks. It is now December 12th and the construction manager does not return my calls. He has our garage door opener which he was supposed to use to open the house to install the lock so I will need it back or a replacement. This whole experience is unprofessional!

A number of items brought to the field supervisors attention were ignored or he said he would "take care of the" and then ghosted us and did nothing to complete and repair items. NO the best quality materials. contractors made the construction too fast with many imperfections, bur overall, Im happy with the transaction and the seller conceptions that Lennar granted. and I will fix those issues on the way. ahhh…. HOA IS TOO EXPENSIVE, $289 is ridiculous fee for what they do, and not even cover the water.

Buying a home can be very overwhelming and Lennar did well at streamlining the process. I just felt very misled after I signed the commitment letter and made my down payment. Things I were told were included were in fact not included. Things I was told would be addressed prior to inspections were not and were just brushed off as “easy fixes”. I had to send documents back several times for incorrect numbers. My sales agent went MIA after he got the commitment letter from me. I got my keys but didn’t get my garage door opener or my mailbox key. As a first time home buyer it was not only annoying but very difficult to deal with . I didn’t like the roughness and the figure it out mentality that I slowly came to realize. It was a very rushed process and I had to find out or contact them about my keys which should have been explained to me.

Company has been absolutely horrible since moving into the house. I’ve been here for less than a month and a half. I’ve had a roof leak due to my vents not being installed properly. I’ve had breakers go out. I’ve had things not sealed and also I’ve had a hole open up in my lanai. Trades people have been scheduled to come out they no-show customer service reps also ghost you when you try to get a response out of them. I paid 421K for my house and Jesus Christ. I can’t believe paying that much money gets you such bad customer service Lennar is a horrible company. Do not buy go elsewhere.

We purchsed this home using a realtor as our eyes as we live 1500 miles away. Overall the house itself is built well with exception of the rooms being out of square! The shower for example is approximately 1 inch out of square, which is quite noticeable when using 2 inch square floor tile. The appliances are strictly builder grade and we will update these ASAP. Please check everything very carefully before accepting house. There are many issues in the house and warranty sucks. Please stay away from purchasing Lennar if you have other builder options. Lennar delivers poor quality house. Also their sales and construction team is very irresponsible and careless. They usually don’t listen and deliver on promises they make to customers.

Ive scheduled my first payment to be electronically sent to Lennar Mortgage on the 28 October 28 2024 because it's due 1 nov 2024. They didn't inform me that th loan had been switched to a different loan company. Only the escrow payment made it to the my first payment. This is fraud!
