Awesome Builder and Great Product!

There is nothing good or nice about Lennar. This was the worst experience ever !!!!!!!!

Lennar has turned into a cash-grab operation. Likely because they are now publicly traded, so they care about their shareholders, not their homeowners. Everyone in our neighborhood (Parkside Meadows) feels this way. The bright side is that it has brought us together as a community! So if you're looking to unite your neighborhood in their hatred of the builder, shop Lennar...

My overall experience was good but I found issues after I moved in and when I reported the issues within the first 30 days it took a month or so before someone contacted me. I then was told that some items was not covered. So make sure you try to check everything if you decide on this builder.

The buying process was very smooth. The fixes that are always required with a new build has been very poorly managed.

Buying experience was good. Workmanship is poor. Still waiting for items to get fixed, some from the punch list before closing.

Still waiting on front steps to be replaced due to incorrect way they were installed. Had my final walk thru postponed 2 and wasn't notified, pushed my closing to December 3 and that cost me $450 in rent money. House is built good, alot of inconveniences since house wasn't completely ready on closing date...

So far its been very professionally ran and I'm happy with my purchase.

They gave me windows that are damaged and refusing to fix it, garage floor uneven , sheetrocks with holes in it, horrible workmanship, their refusal to fix anything. It is appalling. Do not buy from Lennar.

Bogie, Tommy and Gonzalo make a great team from the sales, to construction, to after closing each played a critical part in the process of our home and we appreciate it. Hamilton Preserve is shaping up to be a great community and I'm happy we purchased here.

For the purchase price paid, the quality, workmanship and customer service, the home was overpriced. I am still having issues.

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Additional issues have come up with the response the house is “settling in” and we should wait the rest of the year before reporting. Being a late buyer into the community has left us feeling forgotten and undervalued as Lennar moves to their next development. I wish I could say my experience is unique however my neighbors express the same issues. The community and location is fantastic. The sales team and financial services were awesome. Outstanding The whole process was exceptional. From the time I selected the lot to closing time was timeless. The house is beautiful. I am very happy with the decision to move to hedges. I would recommend these builders anytime.

i would have liked more options about what material colors went into the interior of my house

November 8, 2020 was a miraculous day. I bought the last home available in The Village of Lafayette. Excellent experience with Jeff D, Hany, Hunter, Oliver. The Lennar Team always friendly, available and answers questions/concerns in a timely manner (less than 2 hours). I found them very transparent with an easy Everything Included program with a seamless finance department. I was able to close in 19 days November 27, 2020 with the lowest interest rate.

Would not recommend Lennar. While the signs in Tucker, Ga of say No to Lennar are for other reasons, they do explain my sentiment as well.

My experience wasn’t the best, I think it’s because I bought the last home. They are not present in the neighborhood so it’s hard to get things fixed.

Our home buying experience had some ups (our sales rep, Denise, was great throughout & we got 2 unexpected upgrades) & many downs. The downs started when we were informed that features labeled on Lennar's documents as "optional" were not available or selections became unavailable during the selection process. We were also disappointed when the construction manager told us things the contractors would do (like screw down the nailed 2nd floor subfloor & sweep concrete before flooring was installed) that weren't done or not done adequately, causing squeaks & popping sounds under the finished flooring. Now that we're in our home, we're noticing that the finish work is most disappointing - painted over gouged drywall throughout the home, drywall compound on most of the outlet/wall plates (due to not taking the plates off before applying the compound & not cleaning them afterwards), missing grout around outlets on the kitchen backslash leaving visible gaps, uneven & discolored tile grout in the bathrooms, sloppy trim/moulding seams that are separating & peeling, holes in the carpet padding, & other issues. In addition to all the needed repairs, we've been asking for our 3 missing window screens for 3 months & keep being told that they're coming, but still no screens. There are also several inconsistencies in the same floor plans in the neighborhood - some have Wi-Fi garage door openers, different gutter downspout placement & breaker box placement, different house numbers, & only some have granite in the shower. Finally, the neighborhood amenities haven't started being built despite the first phase of the neighborhood being 95% built & there's no information about when they will start building. What started as an exciting & fun process turned into a frustrating & disappointing situation. There's been some turnover with Lennar's construction/warranty staff & it's taken about 2 months to finally get some of the needed repairs started. We're glad that Lennar's warranty exists to make the repairs, but it's tedious & disruptive to have different people in & out of our home over the past month with more repairs needed - all during a pandemic. The whole process goes to fast so the quality suffers.

Had a great time buying the house and love the aesthetic. The quality of the materials and workmanship is clearly low cost. Lots of little defects around the house that are noticeable. Responsive and promptness from the Customer Care team has been abysmal. Very difficult to get things fixed after you've purchased. Very disappointed with that aspect.

I am very pleased with the whole house and solving minor issues with Ryan.

For the money you might expect better build quality. Switch plates that are not level, drawers that don't close right, stair rail supports that are not parallel, paint that is so thin you can see through it, concrete that is already cracked at move in, light fixtures not flush and falling out of the ceiling, support legs on the kitchen bar that wobble and don't support, windows that don't stay open, is that really a fireplace hearth, visible drywall joints, etc. Makes me wonder what's behind, or not behind the walls. They have been good to follow up, but it did take 2 months to get our second garage door opener. Again, nice house, good follow up, but quality and finish work is not worth the $ spent. Paint work is the weakest point. Wonder how long the exterior will look good. Lennar kept bugging me for a review...well, here it is. ... More
