Love the sales staff, the CM's, and the house!

Working with Tim (sales office) made our experience perfect. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and patience plus his knowledge on the house, process, and products was amazing. I had complete trust in him. The construction managers were great. Funny guys, great with communicating to us and always always responded quickly and acted quickly. My only complaint was on the workmanship, mainly the painters. There was a lot of touch up work that needed to be addressed and there was/is paint on our hardwoods everywhere you look (now that we've ...

Terrible builder

I have been in my house 4 months. The dishwasher, disposal and both thermostats had to be fixed or replaced. My roof has had to be fixed as well as my gutters. I think they are terrible builders, but they have fixed the items. Just seems it would be better if they did it right the first time instead of causing all the aggravation.

We noticed a few minor issues after closing that were promptly repaired. So far, so good. I love my new home.
