The home is very well built. It is quite spacious and has modern appliances. The view from where I am is spectacular. I highly recommend buying one of these homes to anyone.

The builder’s were amazing. They walked me through and made sure I understood every detail of the home from start to finish.

Overall good quality workmanship and location

For the most part my experience was excellent, and I appreciate Hunter Hadley’s assistance in trying to have issues corrected. He was the only person I dealt with any of these issues, so I really can’t rate anyone else with Lennar regarding my home purchasing experience.

The value for the price was better than any others I researched. The quality of workmanship and materials met my expectations and the staff support, openness, and honesty made me very comfortable, I trusted them. The majority of issues were resolved or fixed before move and the remaining items have been taken care of with one item still open.

Working with Tim (sales office) made our experience perfect. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and patience plus his knowledge on the house, process, and products was amazing. I had complete trust in him. The construction managers were great. Funny guys, great with communicating to us and always always responded quickly and acted quickly. My only complaint was on the workmanship, mainly the painters. There was a lot of touch up work that needed to be addressed and there was/is paint on our hardwoods everywhere you look (now that we've moved in). We had a few issues that required service already but the responsiveness of the warranty process also has made everything better. ... More

We had a great experience overall with Lennar at their Candleberry Place development. A lot of the finishes are good quality, with just a few things that were “cheap”. Master shower enclosure is flimsy, the fireplace could have been upgraded beyond builder grade, paint was Sherwin Williams, but flat - should have used eggshell or satin finish for the ability to clean. Love the appliances, counter tops, tub and shower tile, flooring, the garage is a nice size for two cars with room to walk around. The delayed opening of the pool has been disappointing. We are waiting to see if they honor the “walking trail” around the pond that is listed in their brochure. We’ve heard mixed stories as to whether it is going to be completed or not. Everyone at Lennar has been very helpful and understands the needs of the customer, up until now all the issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.

Lennar is a good company. I think they hire some contractor workers who rush through these homes so for my experience, I had a lot of issues that I felt if they took their time building the home instead of rushing, some of the stuff wouldn’t have to be done over. Now, I love the fact, that when I have called for help on any issues in my home that needs immediate attention, they are quick and responsive and get people out here to fix exactly what you need. Jennifer & Chad have been the most supportive since the day I moved in with helping me get items done. From my new home orientation list and any issues since I’ve moved in, they have been awesome, Ms. Denise is the best sales consultant I’ve ever met. She does exactly what she say she is going to do and she make sure from the time you get your Lot until closing day, she goes above and beyond to help you.
