Working with Tim (sales office) made our experience perfect. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and patience plus his knowledge on the house, process, and products was amazing. I had complete trust in him. The construction managers were great. Funny guys, great with communicating to us and always always responded quickly and acted quickly. My only complaint was on the workmanship, mainly the painters. There was a lot of touch up work that needed to be addressed and there was/is paint on our hardwoods everywhere you look (now that we've moved in). We had a few issues that required service already but the responsiveness of the warranty process also has made everything better. ... More

We had a great experience overall with Lennar at their Candleberry Place development. A lot of the finishes are good quality, with just a few things that were “cheap”. Master shower enclosure is flimsy, the fireplace could have been upgraded beyond builder grade, paint was Sherwin Williams, but flat - should have used eggshell or satin finish for the ability to clean. Love the appliances, counter tops, tub and shower tile, flooring, the garage is a nice size for two cars with room to walk around. The delayed opening of the pool has been disappointing. We are waiting to see if they honor the “walking trail” around the pond that is listed in their brochure. We’ve heard mixed stories as to whether it is going to be completed or not. Lennar builds a home that has all the latest features currently popular as well as affordable in nature. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Everyone at Lennar has been very helpful and understands the needs of the customer, up until now all the issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.

Lennar is a good company. I think they hire some contractor workers who rush through these homes so for my experience, I had a lot of issues that I felt if they took their time building the home instead of rushing, some of the stuff wouldn’t have to be done over. Now, I love the fact, that when I have called for help on any issues in my home that needs immediate attention, they are quick and responsive and get people out here to fix exactly what you need. Jennifer & Chad have been the most supportive since the day I moved in with helping me get items done. From my new home orientation list and any issues since I’ve moved in, they have been awesome, Ms. Denise is the best sales consultant I’ve ever met. She does exactly what she say she is going to do and she make sure from the time you get your Lot until closing day, she goes above and beyond to help you. Had an amazing experience with on-site agent Jennifer at Lakeview Meadows community in Fayetteville,GA. She was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and professional and made my home buying experience memorable. The quality of the home with the exterior/interior features is what really captivated me to chose Lennar over other competitors and the price was very reasonable. Perfect size community and the neighbors and neighborhood is beautiful! I’m so blessed and happy with this home buying experience.

The home buying experience with Lennar from the on-site sales agent to the closing process was exceptional. I have bought several homes in the Atlanta metro area and this experience has been the best. There were issues after I closed but Kendra in customer care was wonderful and wasted no time addressing the issues. Would recommend Lennar without reservation.

The product is nice and well thought out. Other than the sales team, everyone else has been great to work with and provided timely and accurate responses. Their post purchase customer service has been outstanding - Ron is prompt, communicates and gets things taken care of. Most things are just the minor issues that come with new construction. Very pleased with overall product.

People are very nice at the site,they are very helpful and friendly. Buying it’s very easy with them.

Is Ok everything was fast and nice experience

The builder did a good job in making these homes very attractive, although there are some quality issues concerning safety that are disturbing, I am enjoying my new home while waiting for these issues to be resolved.

Steve was amazing through out this home buying experience. Great all around person! The responsiveness was always prompt. The home has been great and the neighborhood peaceful. Some of the areas around the home have been disheartening. I have glue on the floors in several threshold that won’t come up and scratches on the floor tiles unrelated to moving as no furniture was moved into the bathrooms. Paint imperfections exist throughout the house. I expected better appliances/fixtures for the money paid for the home.

my out side garage lites have not worked since i moved in six months ago when are they going to come and solve the problem.
