I am a first time homebuyer, and I was very pleased with Lennar as my builder and lender. They were communicative and timely, and kept me abreast every step of the way. We love our new home!

Everyone at Lennar has been very helpful and understands the needs of the customer, up until now all the issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.

From start to finish, the experience was great. I purchased a move in ready home. Communication was top tier between all players throughout the process between Lennar team, my realtors and loan officer. I’m not sure what I expected throughout the process but I’d have to say my expectations were exceeded. The only drawback for me was lack of follow up to my questions regarding options to add a few things that wasn’t included such as laundry, refrigerator, fence and patio screen door. Overall, for my family and I, we received more than we could ask for with the price we paid.

My experience first started was not professional at all.Inform Lennar about my concern and was immediately put me with another loan officer (Oliver Washington) who was just fantastic,very professional,very knowledgeable,very helpful individual,

Standard Quick construction homes at a decent price, depending upon the location and home plans etc. Construction quality is not great. Customer Warranty service is very poor. I have a HVAC issue going on now over a month, and they closed the ticket by saying fixed and completed. I had to reach out to management, and as usual they were unaware! Overall not so great experience as compared to other builders I deal with.

No clear outline of the process. No clear accountability

The process to purchase within the neighborhood was entirely subpar. The agent who helped assist through the purchasing process almost made us not want to purchase the home- There was obvious flaws throughout the house (cracks in railing/misplaced and discolored carpet/ect) and the agent wouldn’t even acknowledge there were issues. Until we talked to a neighbor of their post-purchase experience we would not have moved forward with the purchase. The post-purchase process was phenomenal, however. Dusty and Lamar have been great. I’ve appreciated their willingness to address the issues we’ve had. One note- and more of a disappointment- Lennar states certain smart home devices are included in the home. It’s advertised on their website, it’s advertised in the brochures they give you for the neighborhood. Unfortunately they do not honor all the devices they explicitly say come with the house (wrong/lesser grade thermostats, specifically) ... More

My experience with Lennar went smooth. At your walk through look closely at everything, turn the water on, look at the glass windows on garage door and even check out the air conditioner. The quality of this home is good but I would change some of the design for instance in master bedroom I would put toilet closer to the bedroom.

The process was stressfull , but fun at the same time everything look great working with the team on our first walk through was exciting as we were getting closer to closing day so over all the process is stressful I would do it again.

We were new buyers and needed to be educated on the home buying process. We attended a seminar and decided to start the process. The team that we worked with was phenomenal. Allison i( the agent) was very friendly and made us feel so comfortable with the process. She made us feel really comfortable and was always willing to answer all questions in a timely manner. After putting down the earnest money we were introduced to Oliver. We cannot say enough good things about Oliver. He was so professional, friendly and made a tedious process seems less stressful. He was in constant contact and answered all of our calls and emails in a timely manner. He had such a positive spirit and provided reassurance when it seemed like we weren't going to be able to get the home. He worked hard and diligently and getting this deal to close. We spoke so much until after closing, we were sad that our daily conversations had come to an end! He is definitely an asset to your organization! He is one that I will never forget and will always praise for a job well done! Lastly, Priya did an exceptional job during the underwriting process. There were times We wanted to give up and walk away but she would find a way with encouraging words to keep us focused on the end result. Overall, we've had a good experience with the home buying experience. Responses from all the different teams - construction, support, mortgage department and closing have all been good. I do understand that the materials used with the brand are finalized by the builder based on certain criteria and standards but for the cost incurred, we felt that the quality of some of the materials used could have been better. ex: blinds - could use a more modern remote controlled blind, small pieces of concrete chipped off at the entrance of the garage (where the door meets the floor). The documentation logistics have all been smooth and things went pretty well aligned with the timeline. The property was ready for move in as per the promised date. Hopefully, our relationship with Lennar will be a pleasant one moving forward as well and I will be happy to work with them again ! ... More

I felt that the quality of work and the materials used were very poor quality and the team knew it but let it slide.

SALES PERSON IS VERY HELPFUL

Pretty bad experience in terms of communication, I tried to call so many times but no answer, even email communication is very bad. I still have issues with home insurance because I changed A to B. but I still pay A rate, and nobody does nothing to fix and calling or emailing is nearly impossible to speak with right pesons....

Great property at a great value

Overall, the experience has been pleasant. The finance side of the business went very well. But, from the time we completed our initial walk-through to now has not been so pleasant. I was told that Lennar doesn't complete a thorough cleaning of their properties. It's called "construction clean". So, we had to go through the entire property once we closed to clean all paint, tape, and sheetrock dust off of everything. Now, I have a warranty claim, and they are telling me it's homeowner maintenance. I am not pleased right now.

The construction managers did a good job of staying on top of construction issues. They seemed friendly and genuinely concerned to make accommodations as they arose. Some of the subcontractors could take better care during cleanup. Routinely finding trash in the yard is not fun. I am disappointed with Lennar's choice of Beacon Management as the HOA service. A $625 initiation fee plus $625 yearly seems excessive for a community with no amenities. They are difficult to reach by phone. They charged a "transfer letter" fee at closing even though it was new construction. They also charge an extra $100 dollars just to look at your landscaping plans if you want to build a fence. I've never experienced an HOA that operates this way. ... More

Lennar is great builder and easy access of review for the loan processing and mover over working with Lennar is easy life for home buyers.

Eveything is a great experience

The windows and walls are not straight. The finishing on walls and tiles is poor. Overall it seems the work is done by inexperienced workers who were in in rush to finish. We highlighted this during inspections but response was that they cannot do anything and quality inspections are only for issues that are visible from 6 feet away. Unsatisfied with builder’s quality for a $1 M home.

We are happy to buy good quality construction at right price!
