The entire process was easier than I had anticipated. The only part that was frustrating was the request for verification. Many times I would send in what was requested as they were requested and I would be asked to send it in again and again!

I'm a 3rd time Lennar Home Buyer and a Licensed Real Estate Agent. And this was the worst experience ever. Terrible construction quality, cheap choice of material and workmanship, unacceptable warranty service. The walkthrough coordinators lied on my face at every stage, instead of fixing the issues identified during the first walkthrough, they simply took the markers off and signed the final walkthrough on my behalf in my absence!!!! I can't even say how many dry wall and paint issues. They left all the issues unaddressed and on the day of the closing they knowingly didn't say a word when ask if the home was ready to close. Not just that, they never cleaned the home, or power washed the garage as promised. Apart from this, the Master Shower is a mess, it is so small that my arms are hitting the wall or shower door while taking shower, as it was not built as per the design specifications and now when I raised a warranty ticket, they do not want to give any documentation in writing!!! Had an amazing experience with on-site agent Jennifer at Lakeview Meadows community in Fayetteville,GA. She was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and professional and made my home buying experience memorable. The quality of the home with the exterior/interior features is what really captivated me to chose Lennar over other competitors and the price was very reasonable. Perfect size community and the neighbors and neighborhood is beautiful! I’m so blessed and happy with this home buying experience.

Staff was 30 minutes late to walk through. Rude to me during walk through. Did THREE walk throughs for paint issues and they still never fixed many of the horrible looking spots on walls and baseboards. My $601,000 home looks like an absolute joke! Not to mention, I did not have a working oven for the first month of living here. Also, they were not prepared with paperwork and therefor made me wait at the attorneys office on my closing day for several hours. I would not recommend Lennar to my worst enemy.

I looked long and hard before I purchased. I have been following Lennar for about 6 years and every community they build I follow it. I am in love with Lennar homes. Lennar staff was very professional, always ready and willing to help, Not to mention my loan office Mervyn was outstanding, personable, knowledgeable, professional, he made my process so easy and stress free, I cannot thank him enough. just overall great people! just the best team ever!!!!!!!!

Tasks aren’t being completed to the satisfaction of the homeowner. Work is shoddy at best. Unprofessional builder.

Steve was amazing through out this home buying experience. Great all around person! The responsiveness was always prompt. The home has been great and the neighborhood peaceful. Some of the areas around the home have been disheartening. I have glue on the floors in several threshold that won’t come up and scratches on the floor tiles unrelated to moving as no furniture was moved into the bathrooms. Paint imperfections exist throughout the house. I expected better appliances/fixtures for the money paid for the home.

They are the best builder to work with. Specially the building manager Billie was very helpful and took care of everything what has to be done. Thank you!

Lennar responses very quickly to resolve issues

House was not clean and details with trim not great. I have a crooked window and walls that are not straight over spray paint on all the floors and windows.

I would definitely like to appreciate the builder to assist me to get an end unit town home which was initially an interior unit that we booked. My only concern is the mortage rate of interest which is exorbitantly high for me now 6.375. The overall quality of the town home is good. Kitchen appliances, Kitchen Marble quality, Toilet parts, hoses would have been slightly better. There are things that could have been slightly better in comparison with the price I have paid for. However I am overall happy with whatever we got. This is a bit of an early stage for me to comment on the other areas now but I believe I would get complete cooperation and support as and when needed. ... More

Communication was not clear during the process. Had to chase down contacts. Continuous pushbacks with no explanation of why. Overall, I would not buy another home from the builder based on that part alone. I was so glad to be done with all reps in every process during the process. Nice home but stressful process to close. Not worth it

Overall I am totally satisfied.

Quality of workmanship&materials: A window was covered with sheet rock and went unnoticed until weeks after closing. Another builder acknowledged and took care of the issue. Painters were super messy, lots of paint dripping throughout the house. Did not hear from my builder. Trustworthiness: There was not a good repore with my last builder and I did not trust him. There were no apologies made for the mistake, he was not willing to suggest or recommend any product for grout; or provide model or serial numbers for appliances to be registered after taking pictures and saying they would send it to me. Value for the price paid: the increase in cost from the start of building the community to closing coupled with the interest rate was overpriced. Responsiveness to issues: From the sales representative to the last builder, not one apology took place. It felt like a cover up. The sales rep sent us the wrong closing date creating scheduling conflicts for appliances and cable. Had the one builder not corrected the window issues I don't believe my builder would have said a word. I believe he lied and said he sent the builder to fix the window. The conversation we had with the builder did not line up with that statement. This is our 5th home, the smallest, the most expensive, and the worst customer service. ... More

The process went very smoothly I was kept informed at all times Whenever I had a concern it was addressed in a timely manner . My only concern was that as a senior citizen the virtual challenges we faced was not taken into consideration, which caused some frustration

My home buyers experience was above my expectations. This was my 3rd time purchasing a home and it went very smoothly. My loan officer and my loan processor was exceptional. The only process that could have went better was my orientation and walk through. I felt like it was rushed because I had my closing on the same day, but all in all it the whole process was great! I have to especially thank my loan processor, she needs a promotion.

My new home consultant. Shawna, was absolutely phenomenal! Shawna went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. Knowledgeable. courteous and kind. Shawna made my first time home buyers experience one to remember. Thank you Shawna.

Overall the house was well built. I found some imperfections in the details to which I got a response of “within the tolerance” or “built to code”. My biggest disappointment is not getting a stoop. I have a cover, but, the stairs were an afterthought because the designers didn’t contemplate the elevation. They go all the way to the front door unlike the vast majority of the homes in neighborhood. I like the included security elements that made me feel safe from the moment I moved in. Despite the imperfections, I am very happy with my new home.

My overall experience was good. The loan officers worked very well with me. The sellers were ok. There were issues that had to be escalated. The end result was great. Kudos to the builders and management team for caring.

Sales agent Eric is very good and accommodating. Construction manager Nick is very accommodating as well. Quality of materials are ok. The bathroom materials are ok, not tiles. Small things to be sorted all through.

So we just bought our first single family home. Good things- they stuck to time line and pretty much completed the projected on estimated time provided. The mortgage process was fairly seemless till closing without much surprises. Bad: we were not allowed any choice whatsoever, even the kitchen units were selected by their sales agent and we were told afterwards. Upon moving in there were construction stains on the flooring which was addressed on multiple occasions by their staff but they didn’t seem to have the correct equipments to clear them. Now with time and persistent cleaning by us, after a month or so these are almost gone. Overall we are pleased with the outcome though it’s not ideal. Construction quality is rather standard in most areas and substandard in a few. They didn’t put in any bathroom fixtures. Within one month we are seing continuous cracks along the walls/counter top edges on kitchen, around bathroom shower cabinets and bath tubs with some signs of small leak. Upon contacting customer service We are told that caulking is not including in their standard warranty and my home is setting. I am not entirely convinced by this explanation. Overall, it was an up and down experience buying Lennar home. Given the scarcity of available new homes we didn’t have much choice. I would probably rate the whole experience a 6/10. Ok for first time buy but wouldn’t spend over a certain amount with them. ... More

The builder’s were amazing. They walked me through and made sure I understood every detail of the home from start to finish.

Overall we had a good buying experience. The home consultants were very friendly as well as the builders and their staff. Everyone was very responsive when we reached out for any issues before and when we initially moved in. I only wish that we had the option to pay for add on’s such as a deck or porch or basement.

We're previously owned a Lennar home in Southern California. Pride was very apparent in the quality and workmanship provided in our Southern California home. However, here in Fayetteville, Georgia we're very disappointed regarding the workmanship in the home. Every time I think about the cost of the high cost of home and the cheap paint, the sloppy unfinished sealing in the molding, the visible cracks in the corners and cracks in the crown molding; as well as the floating tiles in the floor which crackle when you step on them makes me sick to my stomach. We've purchased 5 new homes in our lifetime and never experienced such sloppy work that this home offers. The location of the home and floor plan is very attractive, however the home lacks pride and quality in the workmanship. We feel stuck with a $420,000 mess we have to fix. I can't have my family or friends over until this home meets the quality we're use to. Also we've been trying to install a screen around the back patio. We've submitted two ARC (October & November 2022) and left several messages for CMA to contact us, no return call has been received however our HOA is submitted as expected each month. ... More

The home buying experience with Lennar from the on-site sales agent to the closing process was exceptional. I have bought several homes in the Atlanta metro area and this experience has been the best. There were issues after I closed but Kendra in customer care was wonderful and wasted no time addressing the issues. Would recommend Lennar without reservation.
