Lots of sloppy job done. finished product is not up to the standard. I had to hire handyman to finish touchups needed. The home is not built with love. lousy paint job, imperfections in drywall, baseboards are not aligned with the floor properly. etc.

I'm mostly disappointed in how some of the homes in the neighborhood are maintained. I was surprised to learn the number of investment properties and rental that are in the subdivision. We have some houses were the grass has not been cut, dogs tied up in the front yards, basketball goals lying down in the front lawn, and couches in the garage where people just hang out with the garage door up. This is definitely not what I was expecting and I don't know what the homeowners association is doing. Overall, I'm just disappointed.

Lennar is a good company. I think they hire some contractor workers who rush through these homes so for my experience, I had a lot of issues that I felt if they took their time building the home instead of rushing, some of the stuff wouldn’t have to be done over. Now, I love the fact, that when I have called for help on any issues in my home that needs immediate attention, they are quick and responsive and get people out here to fix exactly what you need. A nightmare process but a fine home.

Houses were slapped together quickly. New home had sloppy workmanship, garbage and extra materials were left in the home, and a light was literally hanging out of the ceiling by a wire, upon moving in. Disappointing for the price paid for the home. The closing date was pushed back day by day, which made hiring movers, a nightmare. It was pushed back over a week with little to no information of why. The home is beautifully designed but the process and craftmanship need improvement.

Lenner make promises during the walk-through that has not been fulfilled!!!! We are still waiting to get the outside door painted along with touchup work inside. This experience has been very frustrating!

Overall a good experience and we love the size and plan of the townhome. Sales and finance teams from Lennar were outstanding! Construction team delivered on-time but there are some differences from other builders to be aware of such as no semi-gloss paints in wet areas. Also no bathroom hardware provided, and no option for appliances or colored accent walls. I mention these as it makes the home not exactly move-in ready so plan accordingly. Little things like counters, tile, and wood decks aren’t sealed by builder so be prepped to do those as well. Soundproofing between units is acceptable ...

Overall process was stress-free, after discounting factors outside builder's control - time for getting permits, interest rate environment. Overall responsive both before and after closing for any issues that came up. Satisfied with workmanship and product.

Can't say I'm surprised or disappointed with our experience so far with Lennar as we had fairly low expectations given the state of builders, build quality, and labor issues. I will express that for all the "issues" that have cropped up throughout the process, Lennar has been prompt to address them in a suitable time frame. Regardless, it still astounds me that there isn't more attention to detail during the build process so they didn't have to spend so much time, $$ and resources fixing things that could have prevented in the first place.

I’ve been completely and utterly unhappy with my home purchase. Since buying a Lennar home, I’ve had a gas leak, my floors seem like they are sinking in, and plumbing seems to be a problem. My home has been riddled with problems. If you're looking to buy a home, I would suggest you do a thorough investigation on the builder before you buy. I wish everyday I could get my money and time back.

Very unhappy with the overall experience. Once the home was sold to me I had to call various people to get any little information that I needed but everybody has been Very unresponsive. There are things under warranty like my garage door and the ring doorbell for which we do not have the code and I have tried calling multiple times but no response. The light bulbs were fused and now I will need to spend money to get them replaced. I have also sent a request through the Lennar website but no response whatsoever. My experience with Diane and Jennifer who were my loan officers was a nightmare, as I had to explain several times a day over a period of over 4 months for my documents and loan processing. I had to settle for quarter point higher rate due to their delay in rate lock. The build quality left a few things to be finished like garage footboard, and finish quality of cabinets and windows, design of mater bedroom. When my realtor and I went to the Lennar office for our scheduled appointment, we were told we couldn't use the prices on the sheet we were handed as there had been a price increase. That evening we received the updated sheet from Michelle, and yes there was a 5 thousand increase. The next day, March 1, we returned to the office as I had make the decision to go ahead and purchase the house. I left a voided check so that my account could be debited for the deposit.
