Love our house but Lennar could have done much better with quality control. Didn’t even have a garage door night before closing. Chased for months to close items documented prior to closing.

Good with quality and delivery of building

Lennar Homes is a typical large volume driven home builder. Cuts corners to keep cost down for them. Paint quality is horrible. Watered down paint is barely on the walls. Adding floodlights in front and back is great, but for $15 more per light they could have added motion sensors. Floors are uneven, baseboards are all over the place and not straight at all. Hardware on kitchen cabinets installed wrong. Fireplace is nice, but a blower to push the hot air out would have been a nice touch at a very low cost. Overall the home is nice but they just cut so many corners that had they put a little extra cost and thought into the home it would definitely have a greater value and appeal. They do have some nice touches and this is definitely an upgrade to other large volume builders, but they could really separate themselves from that large volume builders pack if they just spent a little extra thought, time, and money. I would definitely like to appreciate the builder to assist me to get an end unit town home which was initially an interior unit that we booked. My only concern is the mortage rate of interest which is exorbitantly high for me now 6.375. The overall quality of the town home is good. Kitchen appliances, Kitchen Marble quality, Toilet parts, hoses would have been slightly better. There are things that could have been slightly better in comparison with the price I have paid for. However I am overall happy with whatever we got. This is a bit of an early stage for me to comment on the other areas now but I believe I would get complete cooperation and support as and when needed. ... More

many post- Move in craftsmanship issues; we expected that there would be greater attention to detail… lennar project leaders were prompt and courteous relative to submitted claims to fix the issues; however, we believe many of the issues should have been identified / resolved before we moved in

Buying experience was good but open issues not taken care in timely manner and still have lot of open issues.

So far, so good! I’m looking forward to many years of happiness in my new Lennar home.

Overall satisfied with things- minor repairs that showed up shortly after move in.

We did not have any real issues with the purchase of our lennar home. We did get to monitor the entire construction from vacant lot to a finished home. The workmanship is not very good and time over quality is their MO. We have had minor issues after moving in and Lennar took care of them

I really like the house I bought from Lennar. Location is top notch. Finishing material is also very good. My experience with the sales team was also very good. Some finishing work is poor. Responsiveness is also poor. I have place a complain on a couple of electrical issues and never got anyone coming to fix them (or even to see what were my issues). Also my driveway, that was just done, is already showing holes on the concrete. Painting is bad.

My overall experience was good but I found issues after I moved in and when I reported the issues within the first 30 days it took a month or so before someone contacted me. I then was told that some items was not covered. So make sure you try to check everything if you decide on this builder.

The buying process was very smooth. The fixes that are always required with a new build has been very poorly managed.

I was given two gate fobs about a week after I closed on my property and they do not work. Three different requests have been made to rectify this problem and I still haven’t heard back from the current HOA manager. The far gate remains open 24//7 but I would like to have this problem rectified as soon as possible. Also my name is not on the gate directory! Why is this when I closed on 12/20? Please follow up with these issues.

Buying a home is the most expensive purchase most people will make. This was my 3rd new home, and it went better than the others. I felt as though the dollar was the first priority.

It was good experience to purchase house built by Lennar, however, the finish touch of garage is not satisfied at all.

The location was key. I like the look of the townhouses but the roads and parking in the complex was not repaved, the gates and fences were not finished and many of the wires around the complex were not buried. Lots of outdoor things not completed when it was stated they would be done upon building of the houses.

Had a great time buying the house and love the aesthetic. The quality of the materials and workmanship is clearly low cost. Lots of little defects around the house that are noticeable. Responsive and promptness from the Customer Care team has been abysmal. Very difficult to get things fixed after you've purchased. Very disappointed with that aspect.

Please make sure you see your exact home before you purchase there was some confusion on the pitches versus what I received are what I thought I was gonna be receiving I had already signed my contract to build and then found I wasn't given everything that I seen on the picture so I had to pay an additional $1000 down and over 18000 more in upgrades to receive what I want other than this my home by an experience was great

Sales And Mortgage Teams we’re extremely helpful.

House was not clean and details with trim not great. I have a crooked window and walls that are not straight over spray paint on all the floors and windows.

Expect delays Expect problems found in walkthrough to be very slow in being responded to

I have struggled to get the "Exceptions/Punch List" worked on after closing. It is push and nag but still nothing. I am working on escalating now to see if I can get anyone at Lennar to respond and get the list of things completed.

Buying experience was good. Workmanship is poor. Still waiting for items to get fixed, some from the punch list before closing.
