Worst experience ever. Showed up day of closing to complete punch walk review and then head to closing. Show up and nothing on punch list was completed. Construction PM left as he had prior obligations. Never mentioned that we did not have a CO and couldn’t close. After waiting for over hour and half for someone else to show up to walk home ( no one ever did ) we get a call that CO won’t happen for another 5 days. This was 30 minutes before closing at lawyers office. Also found out that they don’t detail clean houses prior to closing and it’s new owners responsibility to have detailed clean, ...

My best advise to anyone purchasing a new home today is to be patient but also diligent. Lennar does their best to manage the supply chain and labor challenges. Since moving in 4 weeks ago, we have encountered issues that required significant repairs. All can be contributed to poor sub-contractor performance. At the end of the day, the onsite project manager went above and beyond to make things right for us. Lennar needs to hire more leaders like Evan.

my home buying experience was not pleasant. I felt like I was a number, I was told more than once, if you don't want it, there are others that do...way to make one feel welcome. Workmanship was an issue, ongoing, especially dry wall. I had to fight every step of the way to get things done somewhat correctly...no specialty items, just how it should have been done to begin with. If it had not been for BILLY, I would have walked away. He was the only person that was honest and listened to what I had to say. I understand it is a seller's market but there is no pride in workmanship. YOU MUST ...

I would advise potential homeowners to consider waiting to close on their home until their ENTIRE punch list is either complete or is very short and reasonable in length. It is reiterated to you once you receive a closing date, especially at the end of the month The subcontractors for paint, Nickolas C, area construction manager, has yet to meet with me despite my requests as well as the requests from the builder and the Director of Customer Care for him to do so. I hesitate to refer other buyers to purchase from Lennar.

The orientation of the home as it turns out was awful. NOTHING was explained regarding hot water tank use and especially all the RING stuff and the fact it had to be installed within 55 days or HIPPO insurance comes with money owed due to missing the date. NONE of that was ever explained.

Bad - water leaks continuously from structure and still not fixed

Lennar has promised to fix several issues including leakage issue from the structure within 14 days of closing the house; however, it’s more than a month and I am still waiting on the fix. Builder has been responsive but it’s of no use when things don’t get fixed. We need some action and not just talks. Very Bad !! I don’t think after this I will recommend Lennar to anyone.

We had a hard closing date that Lennar would not budge on even though the house wasn't move in ready. It's been 2 months since closing and our issues have not been resolved yet. The construction manager had made promises that he couldn't deliver on. Not a good look for a national builder like Lennar.

Everything he promised to do before I moved in was finished beautifully. He has always been extremely courteous, punctual, always removed his shoes. Has made me feel confident about the little issues that had to be done. Would recommend him to anyone!

I would rather not comment. If I had it to do all over again, there will be things that I would’ve done differently. It seems that I was set aside because I do not use the preferred lender or realtors on site.

I live in a mud pit. Landscape? Not here. Many many repairs need to be done. Very poor quality workmanship.

Highly disappointed overall. House is cute. But craftmanship is poor. I still have a red GA clay backyard; a patio that is cracked so badly the underlayment is showing. The knee wall is the shower is very titled - leaning tower of Piza style. Shower floor has issues. But the mud yard is gruesome.

I will start by saying I love the floorplan I chose. I am disappointed with unkept promises by agent. Lennar Mortgage was very stressful and changed the interest rate at the last minute. The quality of work - paint droppings on the floors and molding (did not use painters' tape), cheap paint, several areas are bleeding through, ceiling showing sheetrock seams/cracks, there are areas of 'rough' wood where it should have been sanded, doors put up backwards, attic cut into ceiling inside house - should be garage only, can't reach attic stairs - cut too short...they said all of this was COSMETIC ...

I believe the builder are good people. Just to much work in a short time. When your moving fast you make mistakes. Service after the sale is everything, at present the response times on painting and repairs are slow. I hope we get all of our punch list taken care of as some are big. Hoping for the best that we are able to get them completed. Note, the walk way down to the lake is to steep and not wide enough for two golf carts. This is dangerous and does not make sense for a 55 over community. This need immediate attention before someone gets injured. Question how often have you used this ...
