I love the design of Lennar homes. They are spacious and well built for everyday living.

The is no follow up after a job has been addressed to see if the job was completed and done correctly.

Lennar lender mess up the loan.Light drop down and never fix, Ceiling scratched and never fixed.

The builder are attentive to detail. Great subdivision. Only thing that is missing are the amenities.

My home is still lacking many things that was promised long after closing. The builder doesn't respond to text for calls. Very frustrating

Problems didn't take long to occur; there were cracks on walls, which was the slightest issue of them all. They didn't build the plumbing correctly, causing the water from the bathroom to overfill, have builders come back and dig up the waterline outside. The dishwasher leaked multiple times, which was an appliance issue. The kitchen cabinet had a huge crack on the side and was fixed, but after fixed, the drawer wouldn't close properly. The doorbell chime was burnt out within six months. The lightbulb in the bathroom dropped as well. The overall quality of this house was not worth the price, and hardly convinced it was newly built. I really like this house.

I have purchased two homes from this builder and my first experience was definitely not a good one. The person in charge of my house could care less about the quality of work being done. It has caused me great stress in trying to get my house in the shape that it should have been from the moment I walked in. There's really to much to write. My second house my builder was much better. Still some issues which I'm in the process of having taken care of. Thank goodness for the gal helping me on both houses as she has been a god send. She is getting things done properly.

Frequently asked your sakes consultant and/or construction manager to walk you through the home, so you can address poor workmanship immediately!

I can’t say enough about this company. They have been a pleasure to work with. They are very professional, friendly and I am completely satisfied with the layout and design of our new home. They guide you through every step and make an overwhelming process stress-free. I was so impressed with their knowledge, interest, and time spent to help solve any concerns. I highly recommend them!

Buying a home is the most expensive purchase most people will make. This was my 3rd new home, and it went better than the others. I felt as though the dollar was the first priority.

First time buying house with them and was very disappointed! Lots of unprofessional workers on drywall, painting and electrical. They have to revisit my place many times after final walk.

This is a great community wtth wonderful neighbors.

With the process was smoother. Lots of little issues made this process unnecessarily difficult. But in all we love our home so that is the silver lining.

I absolutely love my home. As the house settle I am starting to see a lot of things that needs to be repaired. When I put a request in for service the customer rep responds in an appropriate time frame but the contractor takes for ever to come out and fix the issue. I have been in my home now for about 45 days and it is a little frustrating to have to constantly reach out to customer service to send someone in to correct the issue. I paid to much money not to have quality workmanship.
