Overall satisfied with things- minor repairs that showed up shortly after move in.

I purchase home model as a new home. When I found undone work I was denied assistance cause it was a model but paid new price

We did not have any real issues with the purchase of our lennar home. We did get to monitor the entire construction from vacant lot to a finished home. The workmanship is not very good and time over quality is their MO. We have had minor issues after moving in and Lennar took care of them

House has many defects, they keep coming. Hopefully they won’t be more sticking out!!!

Love our house but Lennar could have done much better with quality control. Didn’t even have a garage door night before closing. Chased for months to close items documented prior to closing.

Please make sure you see your exact home before you purchase there was some confusion on the pitches versus what I received are what I thought I was gonna be receiving I had already signed my contract to build and then found I wasn't given everything that I seen on the picture so I had to pay an additional $1000 down and over 18000 more in upgrades to receive what I want other than this my home by an experience was great

I really like the house I bought from Lennar. Location is top notch. Finishing material is also very good. My experience with the sales team was also very good. Some finishing work is poor. Responsiveness is also poor. I have place a complain on a couple of electrical issues and never got anyone coming to fix them (or even to see what were my issues). Also my driveway, that was just done, is already showing holes on the concrete. Painting is bad.

Good with quality and delivery of building

Overall, the experience has been pleasant. The finance side of the business went very well. But, from the time we completed our initial walk-through to now has not been so pleasant. I was told that Lennar doesn't complete a thorough cleaning of their properties. It's called "construction clean". So, we had to go through the entire property once we closed to clean all paint, tape, and sheetrock dust off of everything. Now, I have a warranty claim, and they are telling me it's homeowner maintenance. I am not pleased right now.

House was not clean and details with trim not great. I have a crooked window and walls that are not straight over spray paint on all the floors and windows.

Lots of sloppy job done. finished product is not up to the standard. I had to hire handyman to finish touchups needed. The home is not built with love. lousy paint job, imperfections in drywall, baseboards are not aligned with the floor properly. etc.

We are happy in the new house with lot of open issues. It was promised the exception issues will be closed in a month while closing , and still most of them are still open. Not sure if this survey is just a drama or will be taken seriously.

I have struggled to get the "Exceptions/Punch List" worked on after closing. It is push and nag but still nothing. I am working on escalating now to see if I can get anyone at Lennar to respond and get the list of things completed.

Buying experience was good. Workmanship is poor. Still waiting for items to get fixed, some from the punch list before closing.

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Additional issues have come up with the response the house is “settling in” and we should wait the rest of the year before reporting. Being a late buyer into the community has left us feeling forgotten and undervalued as Lennar moves to their next development. I wish I could say my experience is unique however my neighbors express the same issues. The community and location is fantastic. The sales team and financial services were awesome. My home is still lacking many things that was promised long after closing. The builder doesn't respond to text for calls. Very frustrating

Lennar’s mortgage lender was absolutely terrible. Celebration walk thru was knowledgeable. Cosmetic defects were not fixed/ repaired that we requested.

My overall 3 star experience rating is based on my experience with the mortgage side of Lennar. Construction team and sales team were great.

Has been difficult to get the dying grass in my yard replaced due to springer system being inoperable for a good amount of time.

For the money you might expect better build quality. Switch plates that are not level, drawers that don't close right, stair rail supports that are not parallel, paint that is so thin you can see through it, concrete that is already cracked at move in, light fixtures not flush and falling out of the ceiling, support legs on the kitchen bar that wobble and don't support, windows that don't stay open, is that really a fireplace hearth, visible drywall joints, etc. Makes me wonder what's behind, or not behind the walls. They have been good to follow up, but it did take 2 months to get our second garage door opener. Again, nice house, good follow up, but quality and finish work is not worth the $ spent. Paint work is the weakest point. Wonder how long the exterior will look good. Lennar kept bugging me for a review...well, here it is. ... More

I gave the overall buying experience only 3 stars because the closing date was postponed several times. When the actual date arrived I was nervous about closing because there was still a long punch list of things that were not yet completed/corrected. But I'm glad we went through with the closing. The wonderful foreman and sales office make up for the sloppy workmanship.

The process of purchasing the home was good. The overall quality of the home so far is ok but I have had issues with my dishwasher and it has not been fun going back and forth between Lenar and Electrolux, the weather stripping on the front door was trash, and all the items that were identified in the walk through were not fixed as promised.

This was a hit and missed experience for me. By this I mean some pleasant and not so pleasant. My house was already built and ready for sale some features were okay and others were not my choice but I accept them anyway. Overall it was a fast paste experience and lots of knowledge gained.
