My family and I had great experience buying our home in Bonaire, GA. Our home and the buying process exceeded our expectations of a large home builder. Build quality was above average and the home has a very functional layout. Additionally, Lennar was flexible in dealing with our unique situation and desires. Finally, when minor issues did pop up, Lennar was diligent in addressing them promptly and to my satisfaction.

My overall experience was very good and I had a great team of people working with me. I was not expecting there to be no towel bars or toilet paper holders in either bathroom !! The yard is the biggest disappointment. It was mostly weeds and brown sod when I moved in a month ago. I have had it mowed twice, and have hired a turf company. Yet I get a nasty email yesterday from Fieldstone, the HOA... But overall I love my new house !!!!!

Quality is very bad .. too many issues after move in and some times contractors take linger than expected times and issues goes in circles between hvac electric etc

Lennar homes are gorgeous homes and seem to be built well. Once we have been in the home for several months, we are finding more and more structural issues that were not caught by the builders nor the home inspections. While the use of the app to file the claim is effective, the timeliness of someone coming out to the house and having the issue 100% fixed is not efficient nor does it seem anyone is willing to act quickly in order for the issue to be repaired.

Overall, we are happy with our house. I wish we had been able to upgrade some things during the building process, but that wasn't an option. We used Lennar as our lender and it was painful! I think we got a decent deal, but from start to finish it was cumbersome and way more complicated than any of the other 6 houses we've purchased. There have been many frustrations since we've moved in. The finishes are pretty cheap and I can see already they won't stand up to daily living.

There has been some random issues we’ve had to call in for warranty. Lennar is responsive, however each item has taken several days to get attention. Everything is at least one day for a telephone call, then a day or two to have someone come out. By the time they come out issues are usually fixed quickly. Aiden is very responsive and gave me his cell phone number and I’ve reached out with questions and gotten responses fairly quickly. I rated quality low due to my home specs was go be built with wood on the stairs and it wasn’t. Some various items was missed on building the home. We found ...
