My experience with Lennar builders started off great. Very responsive and helpful during my whole contract signing process, HOWEVER once I was under contract the whole game changed. I felt I was no longer a priority as they already had my deposit and commitment. Upon closing on my home I was told I would not be given my keys as my wire transfer wasn’t received yet. Even though it was 5 hours since I had wired the closing funds and I had proof it was sent. That was an awful experience to be on what should have been a happy and exciting moment . The Lennar representative lied to us about the amenities being included in the HOA price in SQ. After trying to use the pool, we found out that it was not included and required membership to the country club. This would have been nice to know at the beginning of the home buying process, as the amenities were one reason for buying in the SQ community. Repairs were still being done one hour before closing because they weren't completed when they were supposed to be. The home walkthrough was done one week prior. The houses were rushed to be finished just to get people in and on my street alone four out of five houses have had major repair work done, and they're brand new less than two months and a half.

We would never purchase a Lennar home after our experience. The process was rushed. At our walk throughs most items were not addressed. The overall craftsmanship of these homes is very poor and disappointing. We keep unveiling issues, and the contractors used for the warranty have all been low quality. Basically they are trying to put bandaids over everything rather than fixing the issue. Everything about this house is just sloppy.

Terrible experience!!! The Lennar Team had terrible communication. My closing was pushed back several time. On closing day there was still a number of items not completed. From front office, to construction, to warranty. This Lennar Team here is TERRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HOUSE.

The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
