Beware of Lennar Agents

Alex G. was the Lennar agent we worked with to purchase our home. The experience was not good at all. It started out well as we believed every word he said when he answered our questions. Little did we know, he wasn’t providing the correct information. I don’t think he did this for nefarious purposes. I think he just did it because he wanted to provide an answer and didn’t want to say “I don’t know”. We’d have appreciated him so much more had he just said “I don’t know” instead of feeding us a line of crap that we’d then find out later on wasn’t true as we’re going through the buying process. ...

Poor craftsmanship, process was rushed and we felt deceived.

We would never purchase a Lennar home after our experience. The process was rushed. At our walk throughs most items were not addressed. The overall craftsmanship of these homes is very poor and disappointing. We keep unveiling issues, and the contractors used for the warranty have all been low quality. Basically they are trying to put bandaids over everything rather than fixing the issue. Everything about this house is just sloppy.

Terrible experience!!! The Lennar Team had terrible communication. My closing was pushed back several time. On closing day there was still a number of items not completed. From front office, to construction, to warranty. This Lennar Team here is TERRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HOUSE.

The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
