As out of state buyers we really appreciated Sales Rep David keeping us informed (including pictures) throughout the building process. Our Construction Managers Don and Doug applied their extensive knowledge/experience to address our home building and product features questions. The finished home Don delivered at closing exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish the Lennar team has been great and my house turned out perfect. Would totally recommend.

We are first-time home buyers. Lennar has made the whole process swift and painless. Modern homes with careful consideration for use and maintenance. They answered all our questions swiftly with open communication and transparency. I love their "everything included" concept. I highly recommend Lennar.

Process was smooth and fast

Some parts of the house were built with exquisite quality and worksmanship. Other parts were just...not The sales department agents were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. At no time did we ever felt lack of honesty or transparency. More importantly Lennar's agents response to remedy the issues have been above and beyond, It changed our perspective of the whole experience.

Purchased my home when prices and materials were going up, many builders had severe delivery delays. Lennar laid out a plan and delivered a high quality product on time. The sales and delivery/construction staff were professional and they cared about the experience. I would only recommend Lennar as a builder, no others.

Good experience overall but too many rules

Standard garage is to small for a set of standard cars. Bathrooms are just adequate, could have been so much better. Tough to live in a monitored community... Big brother is always watching.

Good service good conversation good construction

The quality of the home was short of my expectations. There was paint on the floor, paint on the walls were not smooth at all. Overall the home was Mediocre not like the Model we fell in love with at all.

Using the Lennar mortgage made the process very easy

Lennar knows it’s brand and knows it will get customers. Therefore, the have no care or put little value in the customers during the buying stage. With the Exception of Steve, the construction site manager and Lisa, the warranty manager. First, with Lennar, they screwed us over in the home pricing. They waited until the price went up to notify us that an option we had requested could be put in. We had come in a days prior to the price jump and we’re ready to pay the deposit had we had the confirmation. Then later on, as I’m trying to get my private home inspector ready to come out, Lennar required a contract to be signed by the inspector. A contract so strongly worded, that my inspector and 4 others said no. I’ve closed on plenty of homes and never had to sign this contract. Again, Lennar did not care and made my inspector sign the contract. When we went shopping around, Lennar was the only one with a one year warranty, all the other competitors had minimum 3 years full home warranty which allows the home to properly settle in. Lennar Mortgage is another team we had issues with coming 45 days prior to closing. Joe was really responsive and great to work with; however the team was trying to swindle us into a much higher interest rate, supposedly the market rate. When my wife and I did our own shopping we found interest rates almost matching the credit we were given for closing costs, and .375 pts lower. Lennar mortgage matched it, but costed us $1,000 points, or a loss in $1,000 credits. Lastly, working with Steve through the home buying process and after while also working with Steve has been Lennar’s saving grace. Those 2 have really put the brand on their back and are available whenever we need them to answer questions or help set up any tickets. I have had a few friends asking about buying out here with Lennar. I told them go to elsewhere, to which they did and have had a much more positive experience thus far. ... More

A reliable and Trustworthy.Good backup support

We purchased during a hot market and there was no flexibility with Lennar. They were also very sltow respond if you had questions. With that being said we are happy with the house we purchased with a few minor things we will have to fix.

I have lived in this townhome for almost 7 months. My garage floor has spider cracks from wall to wall. As many many of the new homes here do. My counter slab was cracked in half, needed to be replaced. I am sitting in my office now, with a space heater blowing on high to keep this tiny room from frost. There is no insulation. My carpet is freezing cold because the cement under it is so cold. The caulk is all cracked every where you look. My kitchen cabinets are so uneven the bottoms of the doors will not close completely. I have had the hardwood, the doors, the caulk, the counter, the garage floor all worked on, replaced, or told to pay for it myself because the warranty doesn't cover things like an entire garage being cracked like an egg. Worst builder I have seen to date. I know my association has many active ongoing legal issues with them. I would never advise any one to build with Lennar ever. ... More

So much disappointed with overall experience.

After the change of construction management the communication improved greatly. The new Don is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great team. Michelle, Bob, and Brian worked hard to keep our home completion on schedule. Any questions or concerns were addressed timely. I am very happy with my new home and the homebuilding process with a Lennars Talamore team

Overall, the experience was relatively easy. Like all home buying, it is an extensive process, but it was as easy as I think it could be. The concerns that we had were all addressed.

Process was very straightforward and support provided at all steps.

Very disappointed that I was sold a smart house and not given information to set this up. We have been in 3 months and still not done. Other items on punch list are now being worked on.
