Bad experience with the underwriter during the loan process, Once we took the keys we found the floor with paint spots throughout the first floor, the basement had so much dirt on the floor it filled my container from my vacuum, the floor vinyl is pulling up in some corners & bubbling up in others, the refrigerator door was dented and scuffed, the upstairs has an area that makes a squeaking noise as you walk down the hallway, the garage man door has a lot of small dents along with the garage door, the basement sliding door was dirty along with the door track area that was filled with dirt, the front porch had a lot of dirt, along with the front door as well. When they came to pour the drive way the guys left tar on my font sidewalk, and there was a guy eating sunflower seeds as he was driving the roller machine he would spit out the seeds onto the drive way and would go over them with the roller embedding the seeds into the drive way. I had to pull them all out, the sod and seed were placed onto the dirt that already had a good amount of weeds growing before they put the sod and the bed of seed down and as the grass has grown so have the weeds... The homes are nice. I feel like they are just slapped together though. The sales people were nice and helpful. The construction manager is amazing. The loan department is awful.

Not to use your mortgage company.

When things needed fixing, it took a long time to do it correctly

Within the first week my microwave broke and had to be fixed. The stove drawer is very flimsy and comes off track. Within 4 months 2 door knobs came apart and the screw to hold it together is missing. You can see ripples in the vinyl flooring between the rafters of the flooring. It's like only the bare minimum was done by building code. The cement work outside the patio door is so rough, you need shoes to walk on it. one of my windows has missing film. It was pointed out at the 2 week walk through and I haven't heard anything. I thought we were supposed to get a 2 month walk through, but no one ever contacted us. Poor quality and response to incidents are very bad. Response to tickets is very bad. Nominal quality materials.

The quality of the home was short of my expectations. There was paint on the floor, paint on the walls were not smooth at all. Overall the home was Mediocre not like the Model we fell in love with at all.

Lennar home models and layouts are superb. Also the process was not exhausting with too many choices like other builders do. But quality needs to be improved. Most of the home buyers don't know but I think Lennar cuts on things that customers really don't think of too much during the process which cost more to the customers later on. For example, 1. Not using conduit pipes for wiring 2. Not using standard cans light that are readily available in the market

My first time homebuying experience has been harrowing. It had taken four months for my driveway and walkway to be laid, and I'm still waiting on the landscaping. I get most of the process is weather contingent, but I've seen other homes around me completed and the owner have yet to move in. It has been an inconvenience having to park on the street with limited parking. I love my home, but the process has been exhausting.

House is very nice, but I’ve been in the home about two months and I’m having issues. Too many to list. I’m waiting for lennar to set up “warranty” services. Which these should have been addressed at a QC phase.

I have plenty of picture to show the poor craftsmanship put into the construction. Seems like attention to detail was lacking. My wife and I had to wait 3 months past our original closing date with little to no contact from Lennar. We had put our trust totally in Lennar and even went to Lennar Mortgage. As a matter of fact, it was our Mortgage Consultant that informed us that our original closing date of 1/14/22 was not going to be met. We had to scramble to find a place to live till our actual closing 3/25/22. Not only did this create a financial burden to rent, but we lost 1.5% on the mortgage rate. We are currently in the 45 day warranty period and have submitted our list of corrects. Hopefully this aspect will not be the same poor survive we have received thus far. Should I have to live 11 months with a crack in the ceiling, that was pointed out a week before closing, because that is the walls policy. ... More

They are very one sided. As long as it is in their favor they are willing to make changes. However if the client needs something, they won’t budge an inch.

We were handed over hose without drive way , without landscaping , it is 2 months now , still not complete, basic work, few electric outlets. , floor uneven , poor floor carpets, no vanity lights in bathrooms or drive way, space between garage door and floor , no back slash

Well, I should start from the beginning, Sale team was very good, working with Todd was our pleasure. Building manager Dan was also very good but building contractor did not meet any expectation.so many issues, workmanships of the contractor Lennar is using are terrible they don't know what a good quality means. Starting from framing and ending on painting. So far this is our second month to live here and problems ready starts. Kitchen Cabinets doors are loose, HVAC system is not working properly paints are pilling, all the windows are collecting so much moisture and damaging a wall hardwood floor are squeak and etc..., etc. I hope all those issues will be resolved. ... Broken patio door lock ifentified 6 weeks ago. No action. Issuess with front door lock and latch. No action. Air leaks everywhere. Cracking of plaster in bathroom

Poor workmanship and slow response to resolve reported issues.

Home. Thing experience was great then we were forgotten about and treated poorly since.

Initial purchase seemed ok but after the fact when needing help and things fixed it’s like pulling teeth to get things fixed or made right.

The house it’s too cheap, a lot of small things it’s broken or will be broken short, house for 400k shut cost 200k for that quality

Quality of the material are not good. I think it woyld be good if they could have listed the appliances info during the buying time. All appliances are very basic and low quality. Construction quality is also low. The responsiveness for the issues reported is very bad. I would recommend before buying discuss with everything and go for it.

We have been in our home for 4 months. The first three were a nightmare. We had many issues and it was not acceptable. We had our spigot in the garage fixed 4x bc it leaks, and shot out of the wall and flooded our garage, the master shower flooring was not installed good and couldn’t use it the first month bc they had to keep adding foam and it still squeaks. Our mater toilet was leaking and called the emergency number and told it’s not a emergency and to shut water off and they’ll come tomorrow. The smoke detector goes off 10+ Times while you cook. The flooring in the master and hallway squeak so they had to cut a big hole out of the floor to replace and sand the hallway wood. As they were doing that, there were marks on the wood stating it needed to be fixed but instead they just threw the carpet down. The paint job in here is horrible. We had paint splotches all over our flooring and paint chipped everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend checking your home over very carefully before you sign. Overall experience was OK. We bought a spec home and we’re super frustrated that we were not able to make any upgrades. We wanted to pay more money and weren’t able to. Very frustrating.
