Worst loan company I’ve ever dealt with

Everything was perfect! In love with my new home!

Beautiful homes! Modern homes with new technology is always a plus.

It was a smooth process

We found the people at Lennar generally very professional to deal with. From the sales process to the choices of site and features, through to the financing. The people at Lennar are generally very good, great to deal with personally, and knowledgeable about their products. We did shop around and did comparative pricing and found that Lennar pricing was reasonable. We had 3 walk thrus prior to our closing, all three were very informative and revealed the quality of the workmanship. However, our experience was not without a couple of difficulties. Two weeks after relocating into our new home, which is very nice by the way, our dishwasher became unusable due to a main processor failure. The dishwasher is considered a “non-essential” component of the home so replacement was not an offered option. We instead are having to wait about six weeks for a back-ordered part to arrive from overseas to repair the unit. While this is not a terribly serious problem, nothing like failing heat in the winter or toilets that don’t flush, it has been an inconvenience, particularly because of the long delay. We understand that supply chain problems are an issue at this time but that does not eliminate the problem. These things being said, we would rate our experience with Lennar as a 9/10. The people at Lennar were helpful and there every step of the way.

The Lennar team was great throughout the home buying process. Everyone we dealt with from sales to contractors to lenders thoroughly explained everything. Any questions were promptly answered. The craftsmanship is excellent and the house was completed on time.

The product offered is built at competitive prices, has an exceptional floor design, and is affordably priced.

The builder that I had on my property, was always available and very prompt and concerned about my issues

I love my new home. The design flow and layout uses every square foot of space optimally which was one on the primary decision drivers for my purchase of a Lennar home.

The process from beginning to end was actually easier than we had expected. If you've ever purchased a home you understand. The homes are built Strong & to your wishes. You have several options to choose from. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was very nice, helpful, and left no deed unfinished. Made sure we were happy. The Clubhouse, pool, fishing ponds, etc. are beautiful & exceptional. We are delighted with our New home and the area is very quiet, clean, and full of friendly neighbors. The only reason I gave a 4 star on Value for price paid instead of a 5 star is because I believe all homes are overpriced no matter who built them or where they are. This one is not to bad though. Seasons of Southbury Sales Manager & Construction Manager were simply the best and provided outstanding customer service every step of the way!

Our first home that we purchased brand new. As we have lived in the house, we continue to find ourselves solving one problem after another. This community has extremely HARD water due to the city having well water. Everyone I'd well aware that residents would need water softner, yet the home had no room to install one. We had to get various companies to come out to give us a quote and pick ONLY the one who could install water softner components in two different locations, which asked for TOP dollars. Entire process was long and frustrating a d we had to use hard water until water softner was installed. There should have been room allocated in the closet for it. Extremely disappointing experience. The community mailbox is located on a steep slope and doesn't have appropriate access to get to it. You have to walk on the grass that's a downward slope and stand next to the mailbox slanted without having anything to hold onto and get your mailbox opened with a key to access your mail, all while being in extremely cold and snowy conditions. How can an elderly and a tiny woman feel safe checking her mail? She has to have family come and help as it's hazardous for her to do. This needs to be resolved. Please consider better ways. ... It was a great pleasure working with Lennar! Starting with Amy on the home selection and support throughout the purchasing process to Brandon and Renee being extremely responsive and helpful resolving any problems we had.

Don't deal with them - they lie and will not honor their part, they are selling you and then completely take you for a ride or take advantage of you ! I will never do business with Lennar again in my life, I need to create a legal case to make them listen. Horrible company !!!

From sales office to completion of construction Lennar personal showed great great communication and professional skills. Every little detail of construction was clearly explained to me and my wife.The closing also was an easy process.

Good value for the money

Had a water leak (non emergency) they responded to my request quickly and set up a time the very next day! I was pleased!

I had an overall great experience with Lennar, I definitely will recommend to family and friends for future homes.

Lennar provided a home that was perfect for us with respect to the floor plan, features, and lot location. The Lennar team was very easy to work with - from home selection through closing!

Even with the material and labor shortages faced throughout the country, our home was finished only 5 days after the original projected date.

Lennar home models and layouts are superb. Also the process was not exhausting with too many choices like other builders do. But quality needs to be improved. Most of the home buyers don't know but I think Lennar cuts on things that customers really don't think of too much during the process which cost more to the customers later on. For example, 1. Not using conduit pipes for wiring 2. Not using standard cans light that are readily available in the market

Purchasing with Lennar was an awesome experience. Ann and David, the sales team, were available whenever I had a question. Doug and Don, the construction managers were on top of any issue we had. I love our house and couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with.
