Well I am disappointed, my whole floor needs to be redone. They barley fixed any of the things they said they would on the walk through. Said “it’s under warranty my guys tried just make a checklist.” Used some cheap material where the caulking was suppose to go and had left a water buildup from a loose pipe in basement tried saying they had just cleaned it. Lying straight to my face, I hope they honor the warranty and if they would just slow down and do it right there wouldn’t be any problems. Good luck if your shopping with lennar I hope you get better quality than my duplex.

Leak in basement in August 2021. Hope to get it fixed by 2022. Also the vent makes a clanking noise. Dishwasher very loud when running. Positive note the salesperson was great and is still very helpful.

Do not hesitate to purchase and build with Lennar! Lennar has simplified the process and each of their team are superb to work with. Lennar, you are lucky to have Amy, David, and Brandon represent you. The entire homebuying experience from my first video call to the closing exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Tracy was amazing helping us with questions. Everything else went smoothly. The only problem is that we are seeing problems now that had blue tape on them but were never fixed, like a hole in the garage door back and finishing and cabinets in master bath missing. Visible nails in baseboard in master toilet as well as drywall issues. Drywall issues in master bath along with missing grout in master shower. Not really sure who to tell about any of these issues. Also the ring system is ridiculously difficult to operate. We can figure out how to link anything. Including the garage door, thermostat, front door lock and our door bell won’t chime inside when you hit the button. ... More

Overall, satisfied as can be with the new home. I feel we were fortunate as to only have one major issue. However, talking with neighbors, there were too many stories being shared about their problems with their new home.

Regarding responsiveness to issues and concerns they were always prompt with satisfactory outcomes. Most of the issues were minor. The only major issue was they initially changed the closing date to a later one than originally promised. But my complaint resulted in an extra effort to complete construction and honor the original closing date for which we were very grateful.

Everything went smooth and I am not complaining, I am happy but if you have a choice to build yourself which is better. If not lennar is good builder to choose out there thanks lennar.

Were still working with lennar team to fix paint, cracks in stairs, nails in carpet sticking out and widow seal issues in 2 rooms. Unsure about the experience so far to be honest.

My experience with this builder was smooth and professional. I am a first time home owner and the process was not intimidating.

All the process with Lennar was very smooth and easy, and for me that I was a first homebuyer was such a relief. The thing that I appreciate most was that you can choose all the colors of your house and personalize as you want. All the staff is very pleasant and always ready for all the requests.

Overall very disappointed in how the lennar staff handled issues that I encountered and I will likely not buy lennar again.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? From the first moment we met they were so careful about every single detail that it was impossible not notice the difference. We felt at home. The house was a dream, perfect, clean, almost no details to be fixed. I was expecting a high end price but no, it was a fair price and surprisingly they were flexible. Although we closed on the expected closing date, the mortgage process could have been a lot smoother, poor communication. As a first time buyer I would say we love the house, only mishap was that we were expecting a step tray ceiling in the master bedroom and our home was built without, so again poor communication. Once moved in getting things repaired RIGHT has been nothing short of frustrating. The only thing I can add is that quality for the most part is above average however the drywall and painting is below average and getting these issues corrected is a pain. Initial purchase seemed ok but after the fact when needing help and things fixed it’s like pulling teeth to get things fixed or made right.

We were walked through every step of the way with complete guidance. Made the process easy and stress free.

My experience was truly smooth from beginning to end. I was pleased that the buying process was seamless, my unit was ready on the date that was given, and my walkthrough issues were finished to my satisfaction. After move-in I called about 3 issues and they were completed in a timely fashion. I did not schedule my 60-day review because there was simply nothing that needed attention. So I have been focused on enjoying my new home and not focusing on problems. So thank you Lennar!

We have been in our home for 4 months. The first three were a nightmare. We had many issues and it was not acceptable. We had our spigot in the garage fixed 4x bc it leaks, and shot out of the wall and flooded our garage, the master shower flooring was not installed good and couldn’t use it the first month bc they had to keep adding foam and it still squeaks. Our mater toilet was leaking and called the emergency number and told it’s not a emergency and to shut water off and they’ll come tomorrow. The smoke detector goes off 10+ Times while you cook. The flooring in the master and hallway squeak so they had to cut a big hole out of the floor to replace and sand the hallway wood. As they were doing that, there were marks on the wood stating it needed to be fixed but instead they just threw the carpet down. The paint job in here is horrible. We had paint splotches all over our flooring and paint chipped everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend checking your home over very carefully before you sign. It's frustrating that the subs try to shortcut things and it reflects on Lennar; do it right the first time!

Be sure to have all concerns documented and taken care of before moving in.

Excellent sale process, service and follow up

Office staff was friendly and informative. The building manager was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly until closing day. Lennar title did not have the paperwork needed to close on time so we were delayed in the closing of our new home.
