I love my house , I hate the appliances after one week there was a dent in my refrigerator and the stove top is scratched already just by wiping it. My floors are cracking and Grout job on my tiles stinks I am glad that I still have but when your warranty to get fixed all the things that are wrong with my house.

We had multiple issues with cracks in the wall as well as the counter tops cracking. The floor not sealing right, the nail gun staples for the carpet poking through the floor. During the new home orientation I felt very rushed when there was multiple issues that needed to be corrected.

Within the first week my microwave broke and had to be fixed. The stove drawer is very flimsy and comes off track. Within 4 months 2 door knobs came apart and the screw to hold it together is missing. You can see ripples in the vinyl flooring between the rafters of the flooring. It's like only the bare minimum was done by building code. The cement work outside the patio door is so rough, you need shoes to walk on it. one of my windows has missing film. It was pointed out at the 2 week walk through and I haven't heard anything. I thought we were supposed to get a 2 month walk through, ...

Truthfully not happy with the workmanship on our new home. So many little things wrong that should have been fixed before we even did our final walkthrough. Doors with dents in them, the paint job was awful, it looks like a third grader built parts of the house. Shotty workmanship, Lennar will hire anyone to do the work. When you buy a brand new home you expect things to be NEW not already destroyed because workers are careless.

The process of purchasing was great. Everything was highly efficient and seamless. The craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. We’ve had them come up to repair the floors once and continue to have issues. The entire first floor will need to have the floors repaired. They are not level, lots of dips and squeaks. The refrigerator is tipping forward due to the floor not being level. The countertop is separating from the wall due to the floor not being level. Closing was a nightmare, the date was later than planned due to no street lights being in the development. This cost us thousands of dollars in rent and a double-move. At closing the company that handled it could not give us permission to enter the house that day because they needed one more e-signature from me and their system was down. Cannot run washer and dryer together or it trips the breaker. After review with my own electrician lower circuit was used and tied into our bathroom. Spending $400 on my own to resolve as a Lennar supervisor stated they will not do anything to resolve this.

I saved and put most everything into this home. I love the lay out, However, I am so mad that I closed with the understanding that I would have a driveway, grass and landscape when the weather broke. I just got my driveway 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting for grass and landscape and painting the outside and a Handle for my outside water so I can Clean the siding and windows and screens. The outside of house is filthy! the patio is also full of pop marks, but you keep building, and no one has time to complete the Closed homes only the homes ready to close.

Honestly don't where to start unfortunately this has not been an enjoyable experience and continues to slide downhill. I guess on the bright side it can only get better from here wait let me cross my fingers again. When it comes to getting your hard earned money communication is over the top but once they get it nothing but crickets. It would be so beneficial if Lennar communicated to the residents when let's say the sidewalks are going to be installed, backfill your home, grass/landscape installation, brick cleaning, post construction issues etc.. etc.. but nothing while we sit in our Lennar ...

Well, I should start from the beginning, Sale team was very good, working with Todd was our pleasure. Building manager Dan was also very good but building contractor did not meet any expectation.so many issues, workmanships of the contractor Lennar is using are terrible they don't know what a good quality means. I have plenty of picture to show the poor craftsmanship put into the construction. Seems like attention to detail was lacking. My wife and I had to wait 3 months past our original closing date with little to no contact from Lennar. We had put our trust totally in Lennar and even went to Lennar Mortgage. As a matter of fact, it was our Mortgage Consultant that informed us that our original closing date of 1/14/22 was not going to be met. Lennar home models and layouts are superb. Also the process was not exhausting with too many choices like other builders do. But quality needs to be improved. Most of the home buyers don't know but I think Lennar cuts on things that customers really don't think of too much during the process which cost more to the customers later on. For example, 1. Not using conduit pipes for wiring 2. Not using standard cans light that are readily available in the market
