This home was supposed to be my dream home. I was not given upfront, honest information from the time I signed the contract to the building of my home. Front elevation by front door was not what i signed for , it was a bait and switch. Lot was not what I needed - specifically told sales rep I wanted yard with a pool, my yard has so much utility items now running through that I cannot have a pool. The company has not been responsive to my issues, I have had to follow up multiple times to get any actions completed. Their subcontractors are not reliable. Lennar does not return messages. ...

Awful experience from the rushed closing to dealing with their financing. We almost walked away. Ask around the developments prior to putting down a deposit.

I love they layout of this home, exactly what I dreamed of. Everything else is awful. The quality, materials and workmanship is beyond terrible. Problems with every square inch! Looking into a lawsuit at this time.

Do not be one of the first in the community as you will pay more and have less incentives than the homebuyers to follow. The construction/Lennar staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Building material and trucks have been parked outside my completed home that blocked me from driving out of my garage. Two months in, no mail, trash from the contractors is everywhere (including the pond), sent to collections from Comed for a bill that was not mine. The initial purchasing process was pretty straight forward. Our sales rep was extremely nice and progressional/helpful. We agreed to purchase our home and sent in our earnest money. Fast forward a few months later, we lost communication with our rep and we later found out she had left the company for undisclosed reasons. Fast forward even more and we are approaching closing. Will Never Buy Lennar Again

TERRIBLE responsiveness to issues. Would have been really screwed had we not hired an external inspector. More workmanship errors and cut corners very apparent longer we are in there, and Lennar is VERY unresponsive and slow to these issues. I will NEVER buy from Lennar again

CRACKS CREAKS AND NOISES NO COMMUNCATION

There is no communication between Lennar and the homeowner with informing them the work is going to be done in neighborhood examples sidewalk being poured ,backfill of dirt on property, installing asphalt driveway, and sod installation. Residents got their cars stuck in the Garage and couldn't get out. The homeowners association is non you call they say you have to talk to one person he's never available then your email never responds. Unfortunately the quality of building materials and some workmanship appear to be of low quality, especially in basement concrete/foundation, carpet, vinyl flooring, tub, shower. We got upgraded package and we were told something different than what we got ... material used very cheap...they just want to finish there work and close our house so they get money...after we did our closing we asked few things to get it fixed and they said ohhh we can't fix it now because in order to fix this issues we have to take entire stuff out and go it which is not possible...

Lenar Agent sold for 30000 extra then homes in same area, no quality materials , crack in foundation,silings everything cheap. Construction managers not doing quality checks. Found more then 20 issues before closing,due to 60 days have to send list for correction

Our experience was horrible, we chose and paid for a model Santa Rosa. However, our home was not built like the model. My master bedroom is missing two windows, a dining room should have been the enginery flood instead of a carpet. we got 1000 back for carper. The home was over price didn't pass the appraiser's value, we were given 11,000 after our lawyer was able to reach cooperate, but it still has 15,000 underwater. Very bad experience, with everyone at Lennar Homes. I have been calling Lennar Corporate telephone number for weeks , I even sent a email and have not got a response. Today is August 29, 2022 and I have only two days left before my 60 day home warranty expires. During my closing walk through there was so much I saw that need to be fixed, the builder supervisor said don’t worry you have 60 days. Well my 60 days expire in 2 days and guess what I can’t get anyone to respond to my request. Worst experience in mortgage and house material

Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Basement has leaks as we started water sprinklers just think water is coming into basement just from water sprinklers that are used to water garden. Still don't have mailbox for the house. I have lived in this townhome for almost 7 months. My garage floor has spider cracks from wall to wall. As many many of the new homes here do. My counter slab was cracked in half, needed to be replaced. I am sitting in my office now, with a space heater blowing on high to keep this tiny room from frost. There is no insulation. My carpet is freezing cold because the cement under it is so cold. The caulk is all cracked every where you look. My kitchen cabinets are so uneven the bottoms of the doors will not close completely. Nothing good they are not a good builder and not be trusted when yo buy a home in McHenry. IL for 400K plus I expect tat all the above are being respected - none it was and is horrible experience - legal here we come, I am not done with them!

Don't deal with them - they lie and will not honor their part, they are selling you and then completely take you for a ride or take advantage of you ! I will never do business with Lennar again in my life, I need to create a legal case to make them listen. Horrible company !!!
